Lofnaiali nodded in agreement with Tahlumilali. “I was raised following Our mother of Graves, but my grandmother always taught me that there can be no night without first having sun. I have a deep respect for Sarenrae, without her there is no balance or warmth in the land of the dead. ”She lowered her eyes for a moment. She fixed her gaze on the ruins once more, “it is this way of thinking that made my family outliers in elven society. Although this opened a box of discrimination against us, I regretted none of it. It let me connect with people beyond my own race.”

Lofnaiali finds stillness in the chaos by taking a deep breath and assessing the sight before her. Hey eyes scan the ground and finds a woman badly burned. She immediately jumps into action scrambling over to the lady. She opens her hands and places her palms on the woman’s torso and forehead. Lofnaiali can see her spirit still inside her injured body, ”I lend my strength that you may be whole, house of bones please do not evict this spirit!” Lofnaiali feels her own life force come through her palms and jump to the downed woman like a small bolt of lightning. If she could at least stabilize her, she might have a fighting chance. Cure Light Wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Living finishes handing out all her new weapons and armor "Here Wallace I know you prefer to stay out of combat but I can't leave you with such a shoddy human weapon." She says with a grin as she hands him a new morningstar fashioned of steel and dragon bone the head of the mace was shaped like a dragons head its horns and spikes formed of real dragon horn. She then turns to Rhavenna "I know you've got your own weapons already but, I couldn't help myself. This new bow will shoot farther than your old one and this lance using your original one as the template I was able to work a portion of the skull in as the shield. The lance has scrimshaw of the battle etched into the bone detailing Rhavenna's charge. It's blade is made of the razor sharp bones located at the end of dresskal's tail, the shield which Bharrog helped set was formed from a portion of his skull allowing the horns to be shown making a fearsome weapon indeed. The bow had a stock of hardened steel and the the risers were bone giving the weapon a beautiful sculpted look. Going to Maiathreen she unveils the armor she had been working on its weight was almost nonexistent and fit his style of combat perfectly and wouldn't hinder his spells or fighting at all. The scales were pure white which took on a reddish hue when set off from Maiathreen's own red scales. She the pulls out a single edged dagger with a folded steel core with the dragon bone forming the cutting edge. "Wear this armor to keep you safe my love for if your injured I am injured ten fold. " She tells him before wrapping her arms around his form and kissing him. For herself she formed a thin but strong longsword with a sculpted hilt to look like a dragon's head, her own bow had a guard with small spines sticking up over the hand forming the arrow rest and delicate elvish script detailing the bows name Dresskal's Bane.

Here are some other experiences I had. This particular incident happened on the Fourth of July and both my husband and father were present for this.
______ Growing up I lived in a haunted house. My sister and I were tormented by those "things" that lived in the house. My mother and father always told my sister and I that seeing ghosts ran in the family. This made our childhood difficult and frightening because most people didn't understand nor believe us. The ghosts in our home were particularly aggressive, often shaking the bed or pulling off covers. It got so bad that we never left the room at night for water or to go to the bathroom unless one of our parents happened to be up. That was when the ghosts got tricky and started luring us out. It would mimic the distinct sounds of my father's footsteps so that we would come out, only to find ourselves alone In a pitch black living room. It would even turn on the television so that the light would dance down the hall. When you finally reached the living room, again it was pitch black. Every night my sister and I would hear whispering and clicking on the computer in the breakfast nook. The voices spoke loud enough to be heard but never enough to be clear enough to make the words out. One night my sister wanted to stay up to watch some tv. Next to the television was a window. She looks up and a white apparition of a man appeared and walked past it looking in. She felt that it was wanting to come into the house. There were several entities in the home and two outside that we knew of. We called one of the entities "thing 1" because it resembled the character from doctor Seuss. This being was white with a fluffy or sparkly head and was always running. I actually caught this one In a photo. We finally moved out when I was 16 and was relieved, thinking that the scary crap would stop. It didn't. Later on my husband moved in and he too started to encounter weird things. One particular night that I will never forget was when we were expecting my uncle. He was on his way for a visit and he was supposed to come very late in the night after a long drive. That night it was raining like crazy, a typical summer night in florida. We were starting to fall asleep when we heard loud pounding on our window. We thought it was my uncle in the rain trying to wake us up so that we would let him in. I looked out the window and there was no uncle, no car, no sign of anyone. This happened several more times around the house. The last time it happened was when I was in the sunroom with my cats. I heard a loud knocking on the back door. The next night after that my sister was in the sunroom with the cats too, when all of a sudden a deep guttural growl began to sound off from behind her. The growl was so deep it vibrated the whole sunroom and the cats ran under the couch for dear life. This frightened the cats for several days. ------
I know some may not believe my stories but they were very real to me and my family members. Ok anyone else got some goodies to share? I wanna hear some ghost stories!
Tiny Coffee Golem
I'm sure if someone told a person 500 years ago that we would fly to the moon on a rocket or be able to communicate using a small device called a cell phone, they would think you were insane or possessed. Anything is possible, so why not ghosts? People have believed and experienced ghosts since the dawn of time. People who have never met each other nor had prior knowledge of a haunted location have claimed to have seen the same apparition known to haunt a specific location. There is no way that these people could share the same hallucination, there is also no way for a whole group to see the exact same hallucination then capture it on camera or audio. And besides, this thread asked for ghost stories, not whether or not ghosts are real and if it is irrational to believe. It was not about debates, but rather telling stories about experiences with ghosts. Have fun and just relax. No party poopers, they stink and ruin everything! :p
I have an experience I would like to share. Throughout my life I had experienced many strange things. I know many believe my stories, but that there are a few that don't believe simply because they don't believe in the unexplainable. What I will say before I continue is that these experiences were real and true to me. Enough of that let me get to the good stuff! My experience in Belchite Several years ago in 2006, I took a trip to Zaragoza, Spain to visit my family on my mother's side. Knowing how much I love the paranormal, my cousin Adolfo told me about a small town called Belchite. This town was destroyed during a civil war in the 1930's and was rumored to be extremely paranormally active. Belchite was a ghost town that was abandoned by it's people and they erected a new Belchite close by. Today the corpse of the old Belchite lies tainted, a ghost of it's former glory. I was told that the spirits of those who died call out in terror at night warning people to run and take cover from the bombs that were dropped overhead. A news crew tried to capture footage but were run off by the ghosts. They fled in terror after supposedly hearing the ghosts for themselves. Hearing all these exciting things I decided to go see for myself if these rumors were true.
As we tread, the stone path looked ordinary considering all the bloodshed that took place on it. Belchite's was a beautiful town. Charming and rustic. We couldn't help but notice though that although everything looked somewhat normal at first, some of the apartments had the backs completely blown out. Holes lined the walls where artillery pounded through the bricks. The front would look normal but when you went around, it was almost like a stage prop. The front wall was intact but the back was collapsed and there was no way of getting to the top room because even the floors were gone. While my father and I were looking around, we started hearing faint explosions as if from a distance. They sounded like bombs. We continued to hear these "bombs" late into the afternoon. By sunset we had already walked the entire perimeter of the town and were familiar with all the buildings and what their conditions were. We knew which ones were whole and able to be explored and which ones were only a shell or wall standing. As the sun began to dip down, my father and I noticed that the town began to look "different". We thought it was the light playing tricks on us. It was almost as if the town was coming to life and rebuilding itself. Buildings that looked gnarly by day started to fill out and look whole again. Although we didn't hear the voices we could still feel the invisible eyes watching from the doorways we passed. The soft echoes of bombs continued throughout the night along with the summer breeze. A full moon loomed over the town swollen and bright. It looked like something out of a movie. Although we had already been to the back of the town we were almost drawn to walk back one more time. We passed balconies where I fully expected someone to watch from overhead. Windows were pitch black and void of all light...That was when we saw it. At the third floor window was a light. It was the soft glow of an old fashioned lantern. It looked like someone was up there writing a last letter or tucking in for the night. There was only one problem. This apartment was one of the ones where the whole back and floor of the building was gone and just the face of the structure stood. We watched as the lantern glowed softly from the window. The color of the flame was warm and golden, a stark contrast to the cold dark building. As we stood there looking up, the light suddenly grew dim then was blown out. We walked around the back of the building and sure enough, there was no one and no way of getting to the third floor. Someone would have to either know how to fly or levitate. We left Belchite completely awestruck. Never had we encountered anything like this. We came back telling anyone who was willing to lend an ear. We were believers. But my story doesn't end there. A few days later, my father was out exploring other parts of Spain while my sister, my mother and myself stayed in my grandmother's old apartment. I still had the child's shoe in my room. When I came back from Belchite, every night I would have nightmares about a dead little boy. He always appeared angry. Not putting too much thought into it, I continued on with my day as if it were just an ordinary nightmare. One night I decided to take a bath. As I was in the tub I suddenly felt a presence and every hair on my arms stood up. I thought for a moment that I saw a child's face begin to form in the water. I knew right there that I messed up by taking the shoe. I immediately got out of the tub, got dressed and grabbed the little old shoe. I told my mother and my sister what happened then I walked onto the balcony and chucked that sucker out the window. It landed silently onto a car that was parked below and I didn't care! Normally I would have felt horrible for having thrown something onto a car. I was so scared that I was just happy to be rid of the thing. My father and I will never forget that ghostly light in the window nor the sounds of the bombs. I hope you enjoyed my story.

Upon seeing the pitiful state of her husband and Seren, her vision goes red and all sounds fade to a static buzz. Her face went pale like a corpse and a cold sweat rolled down her spine and scalp. Her thoughts were silenced and it was as if Desna had possessed her. Her goddess knew what had to be done and the healing commenced. Her eyes roll back as her lips speak silent words. A blast of healing energy came rolling in like an angry wave crashing to shore. The symbol of the butterfly flashed before her eyes and the healing was done. Ethyra slumped to the floor shaking.
