I believe Remoh is referring to the rules presented in the Ultimate Campaign book- handling downtime, building a kingdom, etc. (And yes, this is also relevant to my interests...)

This post of mine seems to have gotten lost in the shuffle...
Question: I pledged at the $140,- level for the pdf's and Hardback, but I'd like to get the softcovers of the first part (and prelude) as well. (I intend to also order the softcovers from the LG site when each one is available). Is there any way to do this? An add-on option, perhaps? Thanks,
Rogue Genius has the Mosaic Mage which redefines the schools by colors. I use this (along with the eastern elemental scheme, which includes wood & metal) as the 'standard' for wizards from the east in my games for the two predominant philosophies of arcane magic.
Gotta catch 'em all :) err, I mean- snagged it :D I got two different files in my DL via DriveThru; what it the difference between the two? I haven't had a chance to look it over as closely as I'd like with my daughter lurking about, peeking over my shoulder, and wondering what's up with this mysterious package that arrived that I HAVEN'T opened (for a change).
Well, if you hadn't gone and Spoiler: , Psionics could easily be reskinned as a form of 'Spirit Magic' or 'Medicine', with the inner reserves of psionic power being the individual's connection with (fill in the blank- the earth, the universe, mystery of the cosmos- whatever works). The spectrum of psionic classes and powers have many analogs to mystical or supernatural abilities from indigenous myths and legends, so it wouldn't be too much of a stretch.
wiped out most of the indigenous peoples- why is this spoilered, by the way? And since, as you mentioned, only one type of magic is really common, then this 'alternative', rare option still works for the odd character who managed to learn to find his connection (or was born into the tradition).
I have one I'm meaning to send over; I have my illegible notes on scratch paper, but I rather doubt scanning that in would qualify as 'submitting a character'. I wish I had a form-fillable PsiCharSheet; I think I'll plug my notes into PCGen instead and use its export function. That will also help to double-check my math- I often tend to give myself less than I'm actually entitled to...
As was depicted in The Worldwound Gambit, you pretty much have to bring your food with you. Or resort to cannibalism, which the cultists are certainly more than willing to do. That and steal from the Crusaders who are usually smart enough to bring supplies with them. Spells like Create Water and Create Food and Water are your best bets for survival, although some limited foraging might be possible, albeit unwise. Some Tieflings may have the alternate racial trait which allows them to eat ash and such ( I think that is from Blood of Fiends). Also in the aforementioned novel, you see that many of the human cultists are indeed infected by the diseases and whatnot, but their fervor (or maybe fever?) pretty much gives them a 'who cares' kind of attitude. Of course, the more they can align themselves with certain demons or persons with the ability to cure (or at least stave off the effects of) their disease, the better- and the demons encourage this kind of sycophantic behavior.

I got my invite well over a week ago (I also got the one-week 'reminder' from backerkit). It'll be coming to whatever e-mail address you use for Kickstarter, and you might want to check your spam filter, since it is kind-of like a mass-mailing.

Interjection Games has Words of Power Unleashed. This, along with the aforementioned Jon Brazer Enterprises works are pretty much all I found when I went on a similar search a few months ago. Which is unfortunate, since the system has a great deal of potential.

@ Choon - Ah, ok! Thank you for spelling that out for me. Still, at 11th level, when I consider the adversaries a party should be facing, that amount of healing will only be a stop-gap measure at best (especially considering the amount of PP's involved, and proper resource management, etc etc.). Unless of course, the party is only having a one-encounter adventuring day, in which case going nova isn't such a big issue.

Most excellent :) Was I mistaken, or hadn't I read somewhere that subscribers would get some sort of %-off the print copy?
I think I'm missing something here- how is the amount healing being multiplied, when it says: Heal Injuries wrote:
Boldfaced for emphasis. As I read it, 2 guys could get an un-augmented 55hp healing from this, and so on. How exactly were you getting numbers in the thousands from one use of this power? I'm not trying to be critical, it's more of an 'inquiring minds want to know' thing :)
I have a question for the Necromantic Frogs related to the Quests of Doom KS & Backerkit: I wasn't able (due to lack of funds) to add on the Book of Lost Spells during the KS, but I see I can do that now via Backerkit. Would there be any way to also toss in a hardcopy of Stoneheart Valley to my 'order', and have these all shipped together (to save on postage)?

Incorporeal: When the spiritualist chooses to manifest the phantom in incorporeal form, the phantom appears within 30 feet of the spiritualist as a ghostly apparition. It gains the incorporeal subtype, including a deflection bonus to AC equal to its Charisma modif ier. Since it isn't an undead creature, it takes no damage from holy water or positive energy. Unlike other incorporeal creatures, an incorporeal phantom can't attack corporeal creatures, except to deliver touch-attack spells using the deliver touch spell ability. An incorporeal manifested phantom can make slam attacks against other incorporeal creatures as if it were in ectoplasmic form. Regnir looks much like he did in a life that he does not remember. The first things that is to be noticed about this creature is that while he appears solid he is dripping a trail of sticky goo. An average height for a dwarf with a thick beard and thick hair both of which has braids. His hair is full of rings marking triumphs of his life. Scars run across his face, a thick scar on his nose and one across his left eye. A necklace decorated with claws and fangs hangs around his neck. His bare chest is lined with scars from various combats. Stringy cords run across his chest and arms ending in thick bands around his wrists. Snug pants with a thick metal looking belt rest on this incorporeal creatures waist. Regnir male dwarf phantom ectoplasm form Init +; Senses Perception +0
Ectoplasmic: When the spiritualist manifests her phantom in ectoplasmic form, the phantom gains the following abilities.
Phase Lurch (Su)
Personality: Regnir is a long dead dwarven man who remembers almost nothing about his life. He is no longer driven by rationality and logic but instead he is ruled by his emotions. The primary emotion being jealousy. He covets the joy others have. That spark of life, their memories. This leads him to be a selfish creature with little concern for what others what. But what he wants now, more than anything, is Dammerhall. Though he is not sure why he needs to get there Regnir is consumed by that need. On a normal day Regnir remains in Nalnera's head and simply watches though her eyes as she moves though her daily activities and telling her everything that she does wrong. Regnir knows that he is bound to the young dwarf and his is more than happy to stay that way. It was when he helped her that his name, well he hopes that is his name, returned to him. Ragnir tends to be condescending and cruel. But since the vast majority of his time is spent in Nalnera's head she is the one subject to it. And she refuses to obey him! She will listen but there is no unquestionable obedience. This is the subject of frequent conversations.
Jealousy:
A phantom with this emotional focus is covetous of everything—its master, those who wish to do it harm, and any who do not pay attention to it. It demands to be the center of attention at all times. The forms these phantoms take are as diverse as the forms of jealousy in life. Often they take pleasing forms, wishing to draw others in. Other times they take the form of crawling and lurching things, grasping at all they covet when they come within reach. The auras of these needy phantoms quickly change in color, going from an oily green to orange, to brownish red as they swirl through emotions in their efforts to gain the objects of their dark desires.
Skills: The phantom gains a number of ranks in Appraise and Bluff equal to its number of Hit Dice. While confined in the spiritualist's consciousness, the phantom grants the spiritualist Skill Focus in each of these skills. Good Saves: Reflex and Will. Deceitful: The phantom gains Deceitful as a bonus feat. Jealous Combatant
