Chaandra is unable to pounce on the bugbear due to the clumsy two-legs in her way. She moves up to take a bite out of the bugbear moments after the young lion that appeared grabbed him.
Her bite starts with the wounded one, but the carnage continues and the other bugbears are not safe from it. Will 5'step if needed to get more bugbears between attacks
The wolverine attacks the same guard(2)if he is up, or moves to attack the next guard(1).
claw:1d20 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 171d4 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9 claw:1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 231d4 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9 bite:1d20 + 10 ⇒ (15) + 10 = 251d6 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8 Wolverines attacks will do +3 damage each if they are against guard 2 and he has an evil aura
The eagle shifts to attack another enemy (move to T7 and attack T6).
Chaandra moves to O12 and realizes that the fighter is in trouble. At her master's command, she tries to pull the fighter out of danger if he is attacked.
Aid DC 10 gives Rorax +2 AC to the first attack by one of the BIG fighters. No help for a mook attack. aid:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20
Chaandra charges AFTER the dwarf leaves her a clear lane to charge down the W row.
Will Save:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
She attempts to attack any enemies in front of her starting with the most injured and pounces on all enemies with brutal savagery. Full round action=Charge down the W row with pounce bite:1d20 + 7 + 1 + 2 - 2 - 2 ⇒ (16) + 7 + 1 + 2 - 2 - 2 = 221d6 + 2 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 2 + 1 + 4 = 11 claw:1d20 + 7 + 1 + 2 - 2 - 2 ⇒ (10) + 7 + 1 + 2 - 2 - 2 = 161d4 + 2 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 2 + 1 + 4 = 11 claw:1d20 + 7 + 1 + 2 - 2 - 2 ⇒ (15) + 7 + 1 + 2 - 2 - 2 = 211d4 + 2 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 2 + 1 + 4 = 10
The savagery of her attack leaves the enemies in many pieces despite the affect of the bugbear obviously convincing Chaandra he is the alpha male in the room.
My check shows Trane in W15 moving to X14 -- Brandor in W14 and needing to 5' (V13 looks good) step to let Chaandra have her charging lane for a pounce down the W row--he can attack and 5'step or step and attack--and Kenz in X14 needing to step after his attack, probably on the gnoll in front of him but not to the W row (preferably attacking the gnoll and taking his space). My map still shows the bugbear in Y11 but I assume he attacked Kenz from W13
Chaandra moves behind the druid and prepares to help against an attack.
aid another, readied action, first adjacent attacked:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14 +2 to AC -- front line is crowded will let others fill it in Chaandra at W16-- probably cleric and fighter
8/19 hp and prone
Chaandra feels healing and wait to leap to her feat (move) and step to attack the nearest gnoll if up.
bite power attack:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 91d6 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9
Still wobbly, her lunge is off.
The lion steps up on the other side of the human (P5) and follows her masters wishes and readies a bite.
readied bite power attack:1d20 + 7 - 2 ⇒ (17) + 7 - 2 = 221d6 + 2 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 2 + 6 = 12

Maxis has always been a meek figure even by halfling standards, due to his weak body. His pale complexion speaks of a lack of sun as much as a lack of fortitude. Even when he's injured or ill, however, he always manages to stand with some dignity. At times, his dark eyes seem to carry as much life in them as his whole body. He is usually dressed in simple clothing, and more often than not, forgets to remove his artisan's apron when his work is done for the day.
background:
When you're born at death's door, you learn to take every blessing and stroke of luck you can get. At birth, he was so small, underdeveloped, and fragile that he almost didn't survive his first breath. The cleric who discovered him abandoned in the woods noted that he was very receptive to magical healing. Despite mending well from any injury, however, Maxis has always known frailty, illness, and clumsiness, and has always wondered if he will simply drop dead one day from a random cold or from tripping over a rock. Thus, he tended to keep indoors as a child, spending more time with the one thing with which the gods did favor him: his mind.
While he was always left out of the games of his community, and unable to carry out most laborious chores, he found wonder and practicality in books, laboratories, and intricate devices. While other children of his age were exploring the woods, practicing swordplay, or learning to smith, he was mixing chemicals, studying tomes of magic, and playing with complex toys and gadgets. Far from a cloistered boy, though, he refused to simply be stuck indoors all his life, and he grew to be liked by his community for his talents, his approachable demeanor, and his optimistic spirit. By the time he was an adolescent, he was trading antitoxins, sunrods, and tindertwigs for services and supplies. As he grew, he was always depressed and frustrated with how easily he took injury and sickness, but also thankful at how quickly he recovered from them all.
With adulthood upon him, the minute halfling has resolved to find a way to overcome his frail body and rid himself of his constant vulnerability through the promise of alchemy. He may get more than he bargained for, however...
personality:
Despite the cusp of adulthood, Maxis is still very much a boy, filled with wonder at the marvels of the world, and hope for a better future for all. His frailty has led him to be overly cautious and somewhat meek, but his curiosity sometimes edges out even his greatest reasoning and sense. He is somewhat soft-spoken, and dislikes unnecessary conflict, but has the wit and tongue to match the greatest bards.
motivations:
Maxis has no complicated motives, nor mysterious destiny (so far as he knows.) He enjoys the possibilities of alchemy, loves to study exotic subjects, and enjoys seeing new places and people. While the practice of alchemy has offered him some compensation for his delicate constitution, he hopes one day to find a way to free himself from the shackles of his frailty, so he can let his wanderlust and curiosity take hold and guide him to endless discoveries and amazement.
city life:
Maxis is a local prodigy, usually offering high-quality alchemical work, medicinal aid, or mechanical troubleshooting in trade for other services such as food, clothes, supplies, or whatever favors can be suitably bargained for. Despite his fragility, he has generally good relations with the townsfolk of Westcrown, and usually prefers not to stir up trouble, despite his distaste for the state of the city. If he's not filling vials with chemicals, tinkering with locks and gadgets, or studying tomes of arcane theorem or history, he's probably running errands for Edwin, the cleric of Milani who rescued and raised him.
notable NPC:
Edwin is a man who saw the final fall of Aroden's worship in the lands of Cheliax, and knowing that a dead god can answer no prayers, he sought a new path. Seeing the fall of cheliax to oppression, inferal taint, and tyrannical rule, he found his calling in Milani, the Everbloom. Wisely keeping his beliefs private, he publicly acknowledges Asmodeus, but feigns (quite convincingly) the guise of a man simply bereft of faith, so as to discourage scrutiny. In secret, he hopes to subtly lift the hearts of the people in order to shift the paradigm of life to one of prosperity and freedom, not simply of unyielding order. He takes great care to spread the faith slowly, lest he be found and persecuted. His work is doubly sensitive with the fact that Maxis Has only ever known him as "Father;" the term holds two meanings equally close to his heart.
