Has there been a conversion of this to PF
I realized I did not give much to go on in the initial post. I saw a picture with a gnome with a disembodied hand on its shoulder.

This made me wonder if this could be a familiar. So I found a 4e disembodied hand familiar. Here is my attempt at the conversion.
