Roark manages to avoid the worst of the damage, though he bemoans the state of his feathers after the fiery attack. Then, as if remembering something, he turns to Jinglemane, his face creased with worry as he remembers his friend's phobia to fire.
Seeing the Yellow monstrosity approach, however, Roark snaps out of his stupor and begins to dance, flipping his tail feathers as seductively as possible to get the thing's attention.

Roark avoids some of the flames, but Kit and Jinglemane are not as lucky. Despite his fire-resistant coating, the poppet seems quite upset by the attack.
Jinglemane recognizes the bandaged creature as a mummy guardian, an undead with the mummy and unholy traits. They are weak against fire and alchemy - in addition to increased damage from innately harmful effects, they take damage from any alchemical substance they make contact with.
Roark waltzes up to the mummy (slightly out of step) and pecks at it menacingly.
The bluish creature blocks the tunnel and swings its glaive at Dreggar and Don Jurri. The usual 'two attacks where MAP doesn't apply until after both'.

Dreggar moves south toward one of the cages.
Voron moves back and places a small orb of flames right in the blue skeleton's ribcage. It crumbles to the ground in a pile of charred bones.
Sotroz does not know if Jinglemane can make a reactive strike, but he does know that such maneuvers exist. He steps back and casts a spell at the poppet.
DC 25 Will Save

Will (E): 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28
Confusion has the emotion trait, and Jinglemane has been wished alive, which means that he treats all successes on emotion and fear will saves as Crit Successes.
Jinglemane pouts when Sotroz takes his guarded step backwards and then casts the spell. But then he grins as Sotroz's spell fizzles. "Now I'm really confused! Was that supposed to do something?"

Turns out there is an amount of effort that would allow Jinglemane to strike Sotroz, and that involves wearing his official Pathfinder Society tunic on this mission (Explore, Report, Couture!).
Kit also puts some extra effort into her attack.

WHOMF!
Jinglemane startles as a wall of flame with actual hot, FIRE erupts right in front of his face. He suppresses the moment of panic, takes a deep breath, and remembers that Kit got him treated. He's no longer vulnerable to fire.
And then, he looks down at his mirror and grins. He reflects himself right in the middle of Sotroz's circle of flame.

Then he whispers in Sotroz's ear, "I'm not trapped in here with you. You're trapped in here with me. This will make it so much harder for you to step away from me."
