Sturmvanger -- yay. Long time no see. Not sure who I'm bringing yet.

Hey there, just wanted to confirm if this table is still playing. Looks like I'm the only character dotted in.

If I can't get a PC ready in time, I'll take a level 1 Raia please.

Sounds good to me. We got the fighting, magicing and skilling covered so healing's what we need.

I am not sure what happened ... the android is getting us some supplies and the fox person activated something that is generating oxygen? So there wasn't oxygen before? Do we need environmental seals or is it safe now?

Anyone want to run Keskodai for the group? I am fine with doing it, just for convenience. Just be sure to make it clear if you need healing. :)

Aballon lacks an atmosphere.

I'm sorry, but still not entirely understanding it. Are we each carrying our own oxygen generator now? Like air tanks and a mask? Or are we within some kind of domed area that has oxygen? Do the oxygen generators mean we do not need to be using our suits' environmental seals?

Generally all armor in SF includes air generation. So you don't need to worry about carrying oxygen.

I don't necessarily think we need a pregen. And if we're really looking for healing, I'd go with the Envoy. HP healing is generally pretty unnecessary, especially if you can keep your SP up.

Right ... which is why I'm confused. Does the fact that there appears to be a functional "large oxygen generator assembly" mean that we have oxygen without needing to use our environmental seals? I just don't understand what the consequences are of what the fox person did.

The fox person helped set up the basecamp. It had an enclosed dome so people didn't have to use ANY armor or oxygen tanks.
Blitniz

OK got it now. So basecamp is domed, but we're on environmental seals because we're leaving basecamp. That makes sense.
Blitniz

Given that we're on an oxygen-based deadline, then, what is the travel time to the city locations? Because we only have 24 hours on level 1 armor, right?

This information might help with this encounter. It was from the android. Sorry I missed it.
What is the Insight Array? “The Insight Array
is a network of AIs tasked with governing
Aballon, from determining the expansion of
megaplexes to ensuring that every citizen
has access to work. You can think of
the Insight Array as the ruling body of
Aballon.”
How come the anacites haven’t
explored the city? “Anacites consider the
ancient cities of the First Ones sacred places
not meant for them to inhabit. For an anacite to
enter Eternity would be sacrilegious. If they want to
know what’s inside, they usually hire trusted outside
agents to investigate on their behalf.”
Where was the Eternity Drive found? “The Eternity Drive
was found here on Aballon, in a temple where ancient
anacites worshipped the First Ones. The structure started
drawing immense power unexpectedly and so, with the
permission of the Insight Array, Starfinders ventured in,
recovering this interesting artifact. The place was quite
hostile to living beings, so you should exercise caution while
exploring Eternity.”
Who are the First Ones? “That’s a great question. All
we know about them is based on what and who they
left behind. They created the anacites, along with other
artificial lifeforms. Yet, despite the obvious impact of their
accomplishments, we know next to nothing about them.
Why did they leave? I find that a very intriguing question!”
