Jenna moves down and peaks around the corner, Flash is less than cooperative, but she does see the hall and the rope bridge across the chasm.

Urtar moves down and around the corner, throwing a globule of acid into the back of the fleeing warrior. who screams in agony, then looks around and hurries across the rope bridge going straight across it and not taking the side passage. Gideon see's a larger warrior coming to the edge of the rope bridge on the other side. The fleeing deathwalker stands right before him on the bridge, obviously in agony.

I think I need to put it into initiative now.

I assume the FF AC of the sergeant has been mistyped? Hopefully!

Urtar sees the sergeant but isn't phased. He moves forward and shoots another acid ball at the soldier.

I think both Arronus and skeleton can both make their posted moves, as they had spare movement from double moves.

[ooc]I am assuming that Urktar did indeed drop the soldier with his acid ball, as his post states... Thus I have moved the skeleton ontop of the soldier; if the soldier has not dropped, it will have to stop 5' earlier...


Dr. Ocellus, torch lit, moves out past Flash and turns heading towards the bridge moving past Gideon and out onto it, pausing on a junction with another heading east. He looks carefully at the bridge. Strong Hemp rope and closely set planks of wood are used in the crossing and tied off to stalactites and stalagmites. To the right the bridge moves t a passage thats dimly lit by a sputtering torch on the wall about 20 feet away, but it only passes through the rock for another 20 feet before going out on another rope bridge maybe another 40 feet before entering another well-lit hall.

ahead, the Deathwalker is shakily clinging to the rope, while a burly deathwalker stands in the doorway, javelin in hand. Beyond him the hall becomes well-lit with what looks like a set of double doors flanked by torches at a t intersection. Whats more disturbing though is the is the chasm. He cannot see a top or a bottom, but at times the roughhewn rock comes into view, and clinging to it are large furry bodies with leathery wings, the size of a bear... Quite a few of them. Down below in the distance hs can here flowing water.

The Sergeant throws a javelin at the Good Doctor. it barely misses passing by and dropping into the chasm, where it can be heard ...after a few seconds...clattering among rocks.

Urtar moves out on the bridge tentatively, next to Dr. Ocellus and takes flings another acid globule at the deathwalker it ctaches him in the back and he utters a cry of pain as he releases the rope and drops into the depts before landing with a thud below and youre right, The sergeant's ff ac was a typo...thank goodness eh?!

Arronus moves past Flash, and past Gideon who is just now beginning to recover from his strike of the deathwalker and reposition his fauchard. and squeezes past both Urtar and Dr. Ocellus and moves a step onto the right rope bridge.

The skeletal servant follows Arronus and takes point on the rope bridge.

Jenna moves down and around the corner coming to the edge of the bridge. and pauses.

Gideon moves out and past everyone, standing on the moving bridge, holding his fauchard best he can on the bridge with eveyone on it is wavering back and forth.

Flashears back, nostrils flaring stands at the corner refusing to advance.

Doctor Occellus did not like fighting on the bridge, it swayed and what if they fell off!

Gingerly he removed a vial of alchemist's fire and lofted it at the deathwalker. It smashed with a dull whoomph!

Dr. Ocellus pulled a bottle with a reddish fluid that looked thick and threw it over Gideons head at the Deathwalker blocking the passage. It struck his shield and burst, igniting. The shield caught fire, and the soldiers arm was burning.

At this point the skeleton was not in front of the Sergeant.

The Sergeant gritted his teeth and threw a javelin at Gideon. The Javelin struck him in the shoulder, then glanced off tumbling down to the floor of the cavern far below.

Urtar flung another acid globe into the arm of the sergeant burning it causing him to grimace.

Arronus threw his chakram at the Sergeant slicing into his side it struck the warrior hard, cut him and bounced out, dropping to the cavern below

The Necromantic Servant moved forward passing Gideon and coming forward readying an attack on the Fighter holding the hall.

see the roll for possible recovery on roll20. please reduce your Chakrams by 1.

Jenna loaded her crossbow and fired at the Deathwalker guard. The bolt shattered against the cave wall.

please track ammunition. all from previous battle could be recovered. but this bolt is gone.

Gideon swung his Fauchard, and even on the moving bridge, the polearm struck the warrior hurting him badly.

Flash stood in the dark not liking it a bit. watching the people he knew out on the bridge, and ears down, looking back up the stairs. then he took a step forward towards where the group was, and the light was

Dr. Ocellus watched as the flames from his bottle of Alchemist Fire continued to burn the big warrior holding the Halls entrance. They gradually stopped though and still the warrior stood.

The look in his eyes was resolute. He would die defending this hall, such was his fervor. He tried to slam the shield into the skeleton. The Skeleton managed to stay on the bridge as he was slammed into the rope by the force of the blow. The undead being had no care to try and steady himself or look to its safety. It was relentless.

Urtar once more targets the warrior with a globule of acid, it misses the mark and burns into the wall next to him.

The Skelton tears into the warrior. Its for certain not a pretty site as the big man is torn to pieces and falls to the floor. Arronus moves up behind Gideon. with the straw rat on his shoulder.

Jenna loads her crossbow and aims it at the hall, There is no enemry to shoot, so she stands at the ready, in case.

Gideon, Fauchard at the ready, pushes pass the skeleton and up the hall to the junction. He looks left and right. To the right he sees the hall goes down about 30 feet in a wider hall to a door. across from him are double doors with a sputtering torch in a sconce on either side. To the left about 40 feet to an area overlooking another chasm with red marble pillars holding a roofed area.

Flash Tentatively steps forward a few feet, preferring the light to the dark, drawn by the torch light Dr Ocellus holds. Jenna glances back at the mule hearing its hooves on the stone floor

Keen to get off the bridge, Dr Ocellus moves forwards. He glances down the long corridor before saying, "Perhaps one of you can check these doors for any tricks? They seem the obvious place to check next."

Dr. Ocellus seeing the way was clear, moved steadily forward into the hall Gideon had gone into and past him into the wider hall looking left and right.

Urtar thinks he see's something in the chasm, and quickly moves off the bridge and up behind Gideon.

Arronus and his servants move up and into the wider hall glancing around looking for where to go next.

Jenna hears Gideon and reaches back and takes the lead of Flash and with a few kind words, convinces the mule to follow her out onto the rope bridge. They head across and dont quite make it fully.

Gideon stands on the otherside, just thinking about what to do.

Because Jenna isnt quite in the hall yet, we are still in initiative.

Jenna moves off the rope bridge and into the hall behind Gideon. She then reloads her crossbow.

Gideon had been watching Jenna and Flash and nodded as Flash, ears back eyes looking afeared, and nostrils flaring stepped off the bridge and into the hall. with hardly a look back the mule walked in.

Suddenly the chasm they had just crossed burst into a frenzy of activity as brown furred winged creatures the size of horses began to fly to and from out in the open air of the chasm.
