Daymok and Wynok run forward, flinging stones to skitter off Dawn's armored shin before scampering off into the corners of the arena.
"We'll accept your ssurrender whenever you're ready," Daymok offers. "Doessn't even have to be total, we'll take jusst a ssu." Wynok quips.

"You want us to surrender our shoes? That doesn't make a lick of sense, I mean are boots are Nice and all, but they won't fit much of anywhere on you other than your ears." Kalla's magic infuses her banter, encouraging the others to bash and brawl while she rushes forward to stand with Dawn.
The bard had slipped her hammer out of her belt once she saw the size of this place and how far the other entrance was. The others had heard her mutter "my belt for a bow" a little grumpily.
Still she had her hammer and it wasn't That far.

Nix barks out a forced laugh in an attempt to convince everyone that the barbs from his fellow sewer dragons had no effect on him. After briefly scanning the arena to see if everyone seems convinced, Nix rushes forward and steps between his enemies and the two spell casters in the south of the arena.
Once in front, he locks eyes with the orange Kobold (Lyrok?). Nix scour's his memory about the kobold and has a flash of remembrance "It wasn't so long ago that you were but a hatchling and would run at the sight of creepy crawlies, do you really think you can best a whole group of soon to be Pathfinders?" As he says this, Nix spears a fat grub from an open pouch in his belt with his hatchet and displays it menacingly in the direction of the combatants

Lyrok runs forward, beaming beatifically as he silently lobs a rock past Nixoret, then scampers back. Bairnok ducks as Kalla's hammer flies over his head, giving her a wounded look. "I thought we could have had ssomething sspecial!"

Laszlo makes his way to Sajan's side and draws a Versatile Vial in preparation for the coming engagement. He whispers briefly to Sajan "I should be able to use this to provide us some cover as we cross the open ground."
Bairnok folows in his big brother's footsteps, rushing forward to pelt Nixoret, grinning apologetically as the rock caroms off the other kobold's skull, then hustles back towards the gate.

Dawn barely registers the sling bullet impacting her shin. Seeing the kobolds playing keep away, she lets the fey apparition's power fade as she moves closer to one and fires off a beam of divine power.
Sajan nods at Lazlo before dashing forward to strike at the one called Wynok.
Sajan catches Wynok off guard, and before the kobold can so much as waggle his browridges, the monk has knocked him out cold! "Whoa!" shouts Daymok, "They told me you could be sseeing sstarss on the ssurface!" He pegs Dawn with a rock ringing off her helm. "But maybe you're ussed to that?"

"Daymock! So many targets and you keep picking on Dawn. Is there a reason for your ardent attention?" there is a heat of annoyance in Kalla's words as she hurries toward the kobold. Luckily the words still hold her magic though.

Laszlo goggles briefly at Sajan's rapid progress, then shrugs. Crossing over to Nixoret, he shifts his vial into a Smoke Ball and screens them from ranged attacks by the other kobolds.

Nixoret emerges from the smoke attempting to look as intimidating and effortlessly cool as possible. He dashes up to Daymok and flashes his mirror in the Kobold's direction. From behind Daymok's shoulder Nix whispers "Don't forget to watch your back."
Bairnok hurtles forward, drawing his spear and lunging for Nixoret! However, whether it's because the Nixoret he's attacking is an illusion, or because the other crafty little kobold is just too fast, the spear doesn't find the mark. "Well... can't blame a guy for trying?"

The Nixoret on the arena floor evaporates into nothingness as bolts of electricity lash out at Daymok and Lyrok from the stands. After the bright light fades, a new Nix stands in the middle of the kobolds waggling his brow-ridges in a naked attempt to taunt them into an attack.
Dawn moves closer and fires another beam of light, this time at Bairnok.
Grinning at his own success, Sajan moves into flanking position behind Bairnok, "I thought we were here to fight, not talk? Maybe that's why you're losing."
(A) Nixoret rains down lighting from on high, shocking the other Sewer Dragons! Dawn's beam of light singes and startles Bairnok, and then Sajan takes advantage of his distraction with a blindingly fast cuff to his temple.
Daymok looks at the swiftly dwindling number of brothers he has left, and gives Lyrok a sympathetic pat on the shoulder. "Well, only one of uss getss to be the lasst kobold sstanding!"
He then races into the middle of the fray, skewers Nixoret, and then races off, laughing all the way.

"Oh, no, you don't" Kalla says as one of the kobolds rushes away. It isn't the one the beaned her in her noggin, but the idea of having to run after this little guy would as frustrating as a kettle full of bright purple dye boiling over. So she warps the ground to send her shooting toward him.
Lyrok's jaw drops in surprise and joy that he's still conscious. To celebrate, he jabs at Nixoret again, and then runs off to squat down behind Kalla, ready to knock her off balance for Daymok!

Dawn moves up beside Sajan and calls on the spirits to heal Nixoret.
Done with talking, Sajan steps into Lyrok's flank to push towards the end of battle.

Laszlo strides out of the smoke, takes a quick assessment of the fight and tosses a bomb at Daymok. "You are wrong. There will be two last kobolds standing, and they shall both be Nixoret!"
Laszlo and Dawn work together to make it more likely that Nixoret will be the last foe, healing Nixoret's grievous wound, and dropping Daymok in a cloud of poison!

"They said magic makes this all non-lethal... right?" Kalla says to the kobold as she raises her very heavy sword like she about to chop wood... with Lyrok being the wood.
Lyrok drops to the ground with a dull **thunk** and Marcos rises to his feet in a clatter of weaponry and applause.
"Well done, well done. I have notes for later, but go ahead and put yourselves back together, eh?"
Dawn takes the break to expertly heal her own injuries!

Kalla digs out a rag, wets it from her canteen, and cleans her slightly bashed forehead. "Just a tap, nothing that needs anything greater, yet." she grins, just slightly out of breath from her wailing on the little guy. She'd feel bad about it, but she doesn't want to.
Then as an after thought she goes to get her hammer.

Laszlo tosses a healing vial to Kalla and then breaks out his alchemy kit to replace the two versatile vials he'd used during the fight.
Marcos booms again, clearly playing to a crowd that just happens not be to be here, "Well done! I hope you're not too tired from your first bout. Your second match might overwhelm your senses; try not to be too dazzled by their light." He gestures to the far gate; this time, instead of it grinding open, four lithe, diminutive humanoids with wispy, mothlike wings and long, thin ears simply fly between the bars and zip down the field, shimmering brightly.

Now familiar with the arena layout, Sajan advances to take cover behind a column.
One of the little winged creatures flits forward towards Sajan's hiding spot, shining a violently bright spotlight on the monk, though he's able to dodge out of the way of its burning illumination.

With the flying creature out of the running, Laszlo makes his way to cover from the other enemies and draws a Volatile Vial in preparation for more advanced alchemies.

Nixoret glowers at the approaching combatants and frantically searches his various esoterica with an option which is resonant with any vulnerabilities he might remember for similar creatures.
He stops upon finding a worn bug catching net which he confidently waves in the same hand as his mirror. Emboldened, Nix joins the good doctor ready to work with him to dispatch oncoming foes

Laszlo eyes the butterfly net as Nixoret gets close. "Ah, we are engaging in the taunting of opponents. I shall also take part! How was that?"
Two more of the firefly sprites flit forward, with a bit more caution than their skewered sibling. Still, stirred to anger by Laszlo and Nixoret's taunts, they can't help but get close enough to launch an attack, pushing into their minds with a mental jolt!

"to the bold goes the attention if nothing else." Kalla sighs, just before she calls on her magic and wills the ground to shift her faster and further.
She opened her mouth to say something but it is lost to a sudden snort at Laszlo's insult. "PERFECT, Las!" she manages, which oddly is enough to power her inspiration magic.
The last of the sprites flies up to Kalla the bold, and gives her all the attention and spotlighting she could ever want, unleashing a swirling multitude of colors to overwhelm her senses!

Laszlo chuckles at his own taunt, then follows Kalla up to take a pot shot at the bunched up sprites. Shifting his vial into a Blight Bomb, he chucks it directly at the middle creature.
Nixoret follows behind Laszlo, drifting in to place directly in front of the nearest firefly. As he arrests his momentum, Nix takes one definitive swing up in to the underbelly of the fey
"The bold gets Colors" Kalla awed at the display... before she realized the luminosity is all she Can see. "socks, foul three day old itchy with holes, Socks!"
Chuckling as he advances Sajan encourages Lazlo's taunts, "You tell 'em, Lazlo!"
Focusing on the nearest fey, Sajan strikes with two uppercuts.
Dawn moves closer and fires a beam of energy across the arena.
"Harrr!" shouts Marcos from the stands, "Guess those shades aren't dark enough. Go from the hips, Sajan; you'll get more power! Nixoret, you're swatting at a sprite, not chopping down an oak. She won't stay still!"
The firefly sprites pounce on Kalla while she's disoriented, stabbing down at her with needlelike rapiers, but thankfully even dazzled and blinded, the sweeps of her sword are able to keep them from landing any truly deadly blows.

"Flappy wings with needle like stinger, your self esteem must be low to be styling yourselves off of mosquitos" her magic continues at least to help others.
