Three more successes! Well done!
"Yes, yes. I have told the Warden about the mold quite a few times," Seamless concedes. "But, she hasn't responded to my requests for action."
"I fear she hasn't been responsive to most requests of late." The poppet continues. "I believe that I am the last poppet to have any regular interaction with The Warden and her even commands from her have become increasingly infrequent."
"If you do choose to speak with the Warden," Seamless acknowledges, "then you have my support."
Only one room left on this floor, so to keep us moving...
Miniaturized statues of dinosaurs, winter wolves, dire bears, and other large predators from the land of Irrisen are displayed here, where a staircase on the far southern wall winds upwards higher into the dollhouse.
Locations of PC tokens on map on Slides have been updated.
The statues in this display room are each in menacing poses, fierce snarls of teeth and claws protruding at any visitors. What might have once been an impressive display is now rundown and pitiful. A century of dust and cobwebs has matted fur and clogged open maws. Painted eyes have dulled and peeled to make them look comical and lifeless. This once grand display room is now indicative of the failing of this former prison.
The statues are all dilapidated and in disrepair.
"I used to think the statues in this room were really scary, so I refused to clean them," Sweeper admits. Now, they just feel as though they are sad."
"Those stair lead to the door of the Warden's office." Seamless declares, pointing at the stairs in the south of this room lead to south of the room.
Please place your token on the steps or where you wish your PC to be on the Map when the door is unlocked. Otherwise, I will simply go with the provided marching order on Slides.
A PC may attempt a Thievery check to Pick a Lock or an Arcana check to Identify Magic to open the lock. Alternatively, a PC may attempt an Athletics check to Force Open the door.
What do you wish to do, Pathfinders?

Savan heads up the stairs. At the door, he pauses while the others catch up and then tries the door. Finding it locked, he decides that perhaps some stealth is required and tries to defeat the lock.

Well, he could if there were more room, but unfortunately this door is at the top of a narrow staircase. He manages to avoid knocking Savan over at least (barely).

Moving Savan to head of marching order and placing others' tokens on stairwell on map on Slides.
Savan safely unlocks the door without setting off any magical traps or warnings. Trying the door, he finds that it opens.
In contrast to the rest of the dollhouse, this room is well taken care of. The paint is fresh and bright, plush velvet cushions line the sofas and chairs, and the opulent carpets are clean and free of dust. Sitting in the nicest overstuffed chair is a doll wearing a fine silk dress and a coronet of ice. She is surrounded by a collection of brooms, moving on their own to tidy up the place. The doll scowls as soon as the door to her room is breached.
“What chaos have you brought to my beautiful house? Why do you intrude here, turning my staff against me on your half-baked mission? And you, Sweeper, is this some scheme of yours? You never did know your place." The doll cries. "Explain yourselves and do it quickly before I have you replace our missing prisoners."
What do you wish to do, Pathfinders?

Savan steps into the room. "My apologies for the intrusion, Madam Warden. I'm Savan, and these are my friends. We believe you may be in some danger here in the house as the magic has become unstable. We ourselves need to get out, but we also think it might be the best for all of you to leave. This is your domain, so we beg your blessing to depart."
| GM Valen |
"And why would I do such a thing?" The Warden inquires.
Please provide any appropriate skill checks with your responses.

That's not a chaos but a medical assistance we are bringing to you and yours. begins the hooded one with a monochord voice. This place isn't safe anymore. This place is full of mold. That's dangerous and not healthy at all. That's why we offer to guide you outside to save you all.

"Because whatever you have experienced here, you do still care for the other poppets here and want what is best for them. "
The Warden is incredibly stubborn. "I am set on not allowing anyone to leave. And your presence here may be a chance to give the other poppets a new purpose."

The Warden cannot be convinced by the Medicine skill. The check has no mechanical impact.
"Save us?!" cries the Warden. "There is no one here that should be saved! There are only those who are supposed to work. And i will see to it that those will receive punishment if they are not doing what they are supposed to do."
"There are no longer any prisoners here to work for." Sweeper chimes in from the doorway. "We all think that we can better find our purpose outside of the dollhouse."
"We agree!" Seamless, Full-Plate, Chef Basil, and Tartan also appear at the doorway throwing in their support.
The party obtained the maximum number of Cooperation Points. With six players, this is enough to reduce the DC on the Diplomacy check by 4.
"If it is a lack of prisoners to work for that is causing your rebelliousness," The Warden sneers. "Then, I can see to it that some new prisoners are obtained for confinement here."
Unfortunately, even with the DC reduced, the result of Savan's check is not quite enough to meet the DC.
As the Warden is hearing you all out, the DC to Aid on the Diplomacy check is only 15. All PCs, except for Savan, may attempt a Diplomacy check to Aid, if they wish.

For a number of reasons, I have ruled that each PC starts at the location on the map where the player most recently placed the PC token at the time that I rolled for Initiative. Those reasons include, but are not limited to, the interests of avoiding delays, preventing potential disputes as to PC locations, and trying to make the best of the limited space available on the map.
I concede that, in game, it appears "weird". It is also weird that the party was speaking, but that I applied Avoid Notice for Initiative. Similary, all of your poppet allies were mentioned as being present in the post, but their tokens are not all on the map.
That being said, with blue destroyed, I have moved Zdenek an additional 5 feet in order to apply the posted attack against the nearest broom.
