Folmyr gives the game a try and easily shoots close to the bull's eye. Stella takes her turn and scores the same. Success

Duvar attempts the next round but falls short of the dartboard. Stella chuckles, and shoots her darts better. Failure

Shimmer takes her chance to the competition but her aim is not as her ally sprite. Just realized we have two sprites here. Failure Stella easily wins the game by hitting the bull's eye this time.

She brings the party back to her table. "Not really impressed with your lot, to be honest. Maybe I was expecting too much." she tells them. "To make it worth my while, I will add a clause in the contract that requires the Society to give me the right of shipping and refusal on all the Society's finds in the region of northern Garund." After removing one of her gloves, she pricks her finger with a knife and writes her name in blood, with the clause she just stated.

After Fane rolls the contract back up and hands it to Folmyr, she looks around suspiciously. “Never can tell who’s watching—the Free Captains have eyes and ears everywhere. Best to be sure that if these lot remember anything about this night, it’s not that they saw us here together.” With that, Stella Fane sweeps her hat off her head in an exaggerated bow and bids them good night.

As Fane bows, she extends a leg behind her, tripping a nearby server. The server drops a plate of exquisitely prepared crab and raw fish, which lands across the faces of a nearby table of fishers—the same ones, in fact, who supplied the bounty used to prepare the dish. Enraged at the waste of food and livid with hunger, they lunge from their seats, inciting the rest of the tavern’s patrons into a raucous fight.

Fane then activates her cape of the mountebank and disappears in a puff of smoke!

"It's you!" the fisher 2 accuses the group and launches himself after drawing his knife. He then stabbies Jaehaera.

Chakson brings his armor into overdrive but it starts releasing fumes, then nothing happens, fortunately. He then slashes at Fisher 2 that is within reach of his long weapon. Fisher 2 takes 5 S damage

Then, a cask behind Chakson and Tarkis suddenly ruptures as Yellow Square making the area slippery! Has effect of Grease (see below).

To make the situation worse for them, Fisher 1 sends an electric arc at them! DC 13 basic Reflex save vs 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 electricity damage to Chakson and Tarkis It then attempts to retch out the sickened feeling it has.
DC 15 Fortitude, Sickened 2: 1d20 + 5 - 2 ⇒ (16) + 5 - 2 = 19 Success, becomes Sickened 1

At least, the Fisher is able to lessen the discomfort he is feeling.

Chakson stays standing, and unharmed buy the arc. Tarkis manages to stand on his ground as well to avoid falling down. But he seems to focus so much on the grease that he is unable to evade the arc. Tarkis takes 3 E damage. He heals himself for 8 HP and sends more needles to his target. Fisher 1 takes 7 P damage

Fisher 3 sends another electric arc, but this time to Duvar and his Prowler! DC 14 basic Reflex save vs 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4 electricity damage to Duvar and Prowler

It also attempts to retch the sickened feeling he has.

Rereading the quest text, I am doing some major retconning here where the crowd goes wild. Disregard the 8 damage taken by everyone (and I am giving back Shimmer's Fane's reaction) and redo the attack. I should make an attack roll for each and those that are hit, I will just roll single damage for them. And the fishers should be affected as well. My bad.

Chakson fails again to activate the armor. He trying to disperse the crowd by brandishing his weapon and it is effective. He then steps out of the grease.

The unruly crowd continues to be unruly, but not in the area that the Pathfinders are in, fortunately. However, another cask on a table nearby them, pouring the ale contents under Chakson and Duvar! DC 15 Reflex or Acrobatics vs Grease (see below)

Tarkis carefully Steps on the grease and heals Duvar. Chakson manages to stand his ground while Duvar falls with his face flat on the wet wooden surface.

Fisher 3 retreats, seeing that his allies are down. He then pulls out the seawater from somewhere and bends it towards Jaehaera.

Chakson is really having a hard time bringing his armor into use. Even his attacks are missed.

Shimmer perfectly hits the spot to knock down the last fisher. Fisher 3 eliminated.

It looks like as long as everyone stays on the placated area for a round and then makes there next round to spend actions exiting, everyone will be unharmed so I am handwaving it.

With threats eliminated, though the crowd are still fighting one another, the Pathfinders makes their best to exit from the tavern.

ENCOUNTER OVER! WELL DONE!

Once they fight their way clear of the bar fight Fane started, they can make their way back to Hlar’s boat, contract in hand. The old diver is upset.

"Getting back to me so soon? You just arrived. I have not even stretched my legs." she complains but when she hears the commotion inside the tavern, "though it’s probably best to leave after you lot gets being involved in a brawl of that size."

She navigates the Pathfinders back to the sandbar she originally picked them up at, leaving them with some dried squid and a jar of fresh water. A day later, another commissioned ship travels by and offers to transport them to Absalom. There, they present Stella Fane’s contract to Venture-Captain Ambrus Valsin, notifying him that she’s agreed to aid the Society with passage through the blockade, and that the way to Vidrian is open. In gratitude for their service, Valsin presents them with an archaic wayfinder.

"I know you did your best, but this is much better, to stick with the contract with the provisions she added than none at all."
