"I think time is of the essence." Elena nods to Kala.
Elena will check on the north door, leaving the animals for the moment. They might be able to help them once the floor is secured.

If Elena has an action left after getting to the door, I would suggest using a move action to open it since you can see a big ball of flame under Navi's control moving towards it. Hopefully the door isn't locked!

This room contains triple-stacked, gnome-sized bunk beds strewn with musty blankets. Half-eaten scraps of food—a combination of raw tubers, mushrooms, and unidentifiable meat—crunch and squish underfoot. A large, open barrel holds water.

Well, they certainly know we're here now. Kala muses wryly as she hustles to the northern double doors, asking: "These doors next?" While she waits for everyone to catch up or decide otherwise, she checks the doors for traps.

the Creatures in the previous room are Worgs, and they don't seem happy to see you in the room itself, infact its almost as if they are trying to bite and attack Elenas hand instead of going for the food.
the room with the roasted spriggans has nothing of value, the doors are not locked.
as you open the doors, you come upon a hallway, with a few other doors as well.

Elena moves behind Wymarc and waits for the 'all clear', before moving to the large double doors to the North. She waits for the others to come closer before opening them.

Oondeen moves forward once Wymarc does and tucks herself into a corner where she can see all directions down the hallway.

Knowing worgs as she does, Kala watches Elena and Navi as they approach the worgs, mostly to make sure they don't release the over-sized wolves. "It'll take longer than we have to convince them not to kill us. Let's circle back later." And hope no one comes in behind us to open their cages. Once they've abandoned that distraction, she follows them to the doors.
Since Kala's usually one of the last to react in initiative, she'll let the quicker martials go ahead of her.

the double doors aren't locked, and when opened, reveals a stair case going upwards in a circular room

"Uh, shouldn't we, um, finish clearing this floor before going up? So we're not sandwiched between enemies or something?" Kala points down the hall, where three other doors are visible. "Maybe, um, check the south door first, then the east one?"

"Yes, we don't want them coming after us... Let's check the other doors."
Elena will move to the East door and wait for the others before opening it.

"Agreed. Let's keep checking this floor." Oondeen follows whoever goes somewhere first.

"Ew. Worgs." she says in disgust. "Well, they look rather hungry. Be careful, Elena. They might take off your hand. I have an idea to keep them sated for a while."
Navi pulls the half burnt corpses from the bunk room, one after another, and stuffs the bodies through the bars of the cages.
"There. That ought to keep them fed for a while." she says in satisfaction, dusting off her hands and watching the worgs hungrily devour the bodies.

While Navi ‘feeds’ the Worgs, Wymarc will check the northeast door in the hallway..

The doors open to reveal a wide entry hall lined with prickly spines serving as columns. The floor is hard-packed earth, and windblown leaves gather near the entrance. At the end of the hall, raised steps lead to a set of towering double doors as the passage turns west.

Navi soon catches up to the group as they peer into the room with thorny columns and leaves. The blowing leaves in the room look very tempting to play with.
She turns to Kala.
"I think we'll check that area after this one."
She then turns to the infiltrator.
"Wymarc? Would you be so kind to scout ahead? I'm ready if there's any trouble."
Navi looks at her teammates and gives a nod.
"You all ready?" she whispers before Wymarc goes in.

And yes, it is ridiculous that "stay" isn't a known trick, but it was a story choice with her last companion.
Shield up and Orc Brains out, Kala stalks to the other side of the entry hall, all senses keyed to their maximum for any sign of a potential threat.
