You are correct, Arin, the only things you find in the maze are the undead badgers…

This large, earthen chamber is dominated by a pair of large stone operating tables, upon which lie a pair of gnome corpses. Shelves of alchemical and magical reagents line the walls, and a smaller wooden table bears numerous handsaws, calipers, and other tools. Open tunnels exit the room from the west and the north. This larger chamber houses the various equipment and supplies Ellux uses to create his undead minions.

You see three gnomish-sized skeleton warriors standing before you within the chamber…to their north, you see a gnome in a garish robe, who can only be the necromancer you seek, Ellux. He exclaims, ”Those not blessed with the darkness of Kalsgard cannot stop his impending ascension! Attack, my soldiers!”

Arin lets slip a very rare show of emotion on seeing the gnome bodies. It manifests as a scowl of hatred, followed by a look of brief sadness. In a flash, he returns to his stoic, unmoved expression. Whether it was processed, or bottled away for later remains to be seen.

Closing his eyes, he gathers divine energy to bestow the blessings of fervor again.

Along with the three blinded skeletons, three more emerge from the northern chamber beyond Ellux and attack. Two of the blind skeletons swing wildly, missing Meri and Catushlara by a wide margin…but one of them guesses right, swinging at Ushi, while two of the newer ones strike at Meri…

I will freely admit I haven't done this before, so I will leave some of this to GM Discretion.

Baretta pulls out the miniature statue of Garuda, sets it on the ground, and if he has the action economy will speak the command word to restore Garuda to his normal size. I would place him in the square next to Meri, and I am not sure how he would displace others as he returns to normal size. I would try to place him to displace Red and Orange if possible. I put a properly sized Garuda on the map

NOTE: Garuda, restored to large size has 10 feet of reach and Combat Reflexes with Three attacks of opportunity per round.

Forgot to declare my Blessing of Fervor last round

Baretta will choose "Gain a +2 bonus on attack rolls and a +2 dodge bonus to AC and Reflex saves."

Garuda was not "present when the spell was cast, so I assume he is not impacted.

Baretta will move over to Garuda and try to mount as a swift action. If this fails, I will mount as a move action and essentially take a double move this round. I think the DC is 20 but am at work and don't have access to a reference.
