Wow. The dice roller is not being good to you guys.

The southwest door suddenly bursts open. The biggest, meanest, and stinkiest troglodyte you have ever seen so far glares at the lot of you while brandishing his wooden cudgel, smacking the end in his open palm.
DC 13 Fort save from everyone at the beginning of your turn!

The yellow trog points at you all then yelps at the brute. It then steps away from the door, out of the brute's way, and claws wildly at WwG.

Walks decides he would be better off helping the others than try todamage it again and he activates his (nearly useless) Stardust ability to make it harder for the trog to connect.

stardust:
Stardust (Sp): As a standard action, the shaman causes stardust to materialize around one creature within 30 feet. This stardust causes the target to shed light as a candle, and it cannot benefit from concealment or any invisibility effects. The creature takes a –1 penalty on attack rolls and sight-based Perception checks. This penalty to attack rolls and Perception checks increases by 1 at 4th level and every 4 levels thereafter, to a maximum of –6 at 20th level. This effect lasts for a number of rounds equal to half the shaman’s level (minimum 1). Sightless creatures cannot be affected by this ability. The shaman can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + her Charisma modifier.

After a few moments your nausea wears off. A search of the troglodytes' barracks reveals nothing of interest except for several normal javelins and the Brute's hefty, but mundane, cudgel.

With keys in WwG's hand, Rahu leads the group into the southern chamber. A brazier of glowing coals sits in the center of this room, its acrid smoke mixing with the ever-present troglodyte stench. A few knives, pokers, and other metal implements lie atop a rusty iron box nearby. There is a door in the northeastern wall.

What kind of knowledge roll to identify if the implements have any particular purpose? Walks heads over to the northeast door to see if it has a keyhole that the key might fit. He also takes a look to see if it might be trapped.

Crude rusty pliers, a hand-crank drill, a ball-peen hammer, and a few spatters of blood on the floor. There appears to be no artisanal items being worked on here. These are most likely used for torture.

The door in the northwestern wall does have a keyhole. The first key he tries doesn't work. WwG tries the key labeled "11" and gives it a turn. There is a soft audible click as the tumblers within disengage.

Slowly and carefully opening the door, WwG peers inside the small dark room. The torchlight reveals a man wearing tattered commoners' clothes, with black eyes and a swollen face (obviously from several beatings). He sits slumped in the corner with his hands manacled behind his back. He looks up in terror and tries to scoot further into the corner. It takes him a few moments to realize he's not in for another beating.
"Please... Help me. Water."
He manages to mutter with parched lips.

Rahu quickly takes the canteen from his belt and hands it to the man. Rubbing his chin as the man sates his thirst, he queries: "Balenar, I presume? We were sent by the Pathfinder Society to ensure your safe return."

The man guzzles down almost all of the water.
"Thank you. Ahh. Thank you for the water. I owe you for saving my life, friends."
The man says in relief to his rescuers. He then nods in the affirmative in response to Rahu's query.
"Yes. I am Balenar Forsend. Pathfinder, tale-spinner, and travelling bard. Have you seen my dog? Her name is Kita."
After hearing the news, he looks down in sadness.
"Poor girl. She was just a pup when I found her on the streets. She was my faithful companion for many years and went along on many adventures with me. I'll miss her dearly. You wouldn't have happened to find her collar by chance? I'd like to keep it as a token in remembrance."

Looking back up at you, he squints through his swollen eyes to get a good look at you all.
"Pathfinders you say? You kinda look familiar, actually. I think I've seen some of you in passing at the Grand Lodge. Heh! Look at that. A seasoned Pathfinder being rescued by new recruits. Good work, my friends!"
Balenar then groans in pain as he turns to reveal the manacles binding his wrists behind his back. He gently rubs his raw wrists after the manacles are removed with the other key.
"Well, best if we hurry and get going. I don't know what those monsters did with my gear. Hopefully, it's in that chest out there."
He nods towards the brazier and chest in the center of the room.

Balenar gives the chest a thorough check for traps. Not finding any, he lifts the unlocked lid. Sure enough, his gear is inside.
"Thank the gods it's still here."
He takes out the items and dons his gear: A suit of masterwork studded leather armor, a masterwork buckler, a masterwork rapier, a shortbow with 15 arrows, a scroll of cure moderate wounds, a scroll of invisibility, and a wayfinder.
"You should get one of these as soon as you can."
He says with a wink as he holds up the wayfinder.
"It's a badge of office for us Murderho... Erm, Pathfinders."
He places the chain holding the wayfinder around his neck.
"I believe the leader of the troglodytes is in the main chamber upstairs. How about we go take care of that son-of-a-b****?"

Walks hunkers down to hear the self proclaimed bard's tale.

"May I ask, how did you get captured and what can you tell us about the guy upstairs? Another troglodyte??"
