Sadly, none of my rolls would be of any use here. Excited about the Dimension of Dreams though. My favorite plane!

Daratar can automatically aid on all of Patrick’s checks.
((Tshirt reroll on the first roll))
[dice=k arcana]d20+21
Should that roll also include GM stars?
Heighten Awareness is 10 minutes per level, so I don't think it will cover the entire ritual.
Yeah, the wand would only be useful for the first 10 minutes unless it could be used during the ritual. Patrick would need to cast the spell himself for it to last for the full ritual.

It looks like the research here uses Knowledge (local), Perception or Sense Motive. If I recall correctly I think Ive got the highest perception, so I’m happy to lead one of the groups, but I was wondering if anyone has a particularly high knowledge(local) or sense motive and may be a better choice as we’ve not needed to use either of those yet?

![]() |

Elby's best research skill is still Perception -1, and I never got an answer about whether Elby meeting 322 in a "later" scenario means they are acquainted here.

![]() |

It sound like it may be worth Daratar being he main researcher for one of the groups, so I’ll sort out the rolls for him.

![]() |

He then looks into the mirrors to see what he can glean.
[dice=perception]d20+14
Would Patrick also need to roll for the knowledge point reduction as he is one of the primary researchers?

![]() |

Did we come to a conclusion on who it would be best to give that cloak to?

![]() |

The level 5 needs it more, but the level 9 can do more damage if they fail their will save. I am willing to leave it to others to decide.

![]() |

I vote to give it to the level 5 in hopes of keeping them alive.

Grandmaster TOZ |

GM, how much time has passed since we entered the plane of dreams? Bon Jon has mage armor active for 60 minutes and barkskin for 70 minutes, from then, as well as heroism (70 minutes) sometime soon after that.
As mentioned in the research tracking quotes, it took 24 minutes to investigate the portals, plus whatever minor rounds needed to move around, so we'll call it an even 25.

![]() |

Ok that's what I thought but just confirming. Thx.

Grandmaster TOZ |

Patrick, I think if you stepped forward a square or two you could include Bon Jon in your Haste spell, which would be greatly appreciated! GM, ok to retcon accordingly (assuming that Patrick wants to do that)?
Looking at the map, there is no room for Patrick to step forward. And even if he does, there is still more than 30ft between everyone. There will need to be choices made on who gets the haste and who does not. (My assumption is Patrick will leave himself and Radiarch out.)

Couldn't he move to the square just south of Elby? That would be exactly 30' from Bon Jon. And Bon Jon is within 30' of everyone else except Radiarch.

As Elby has shadow form cast on her the feargaunt will need to make a DC25 will save. If it fails it will only do 20% of the original damage.

I like Radiarch's casting. Reminds me of Final Fantasy Tactics.

![]() |

Depending on the nature of the charisma bleed on Bon Jon shadowform may also provide him with protection from that as well, as any special effects associated with the attack are only 20% as likely to occur or only 20% as strong:
If the foe fails, the target takes only one-fifth the normal amount of damage from the foe’s successful attack or effect, and if the attack has a special effect other than damage, that effect is one-fifth as strong as normal (if applicable) or only 20% as likely to occur.

![]() |

Do we know how to stop the charisma bleed on Bon Jon? Would it need a knowledge check?

![]() |

Thanks for running, GM! What an interesting scenario - the plane of dreams was very different from anything else I've experienced in a pfs scenario.
Bon Jon will take the bracers of sworn vengeance for his chronicle unlock.

![]() |

Instead of downtime, Bon Jon will attempt to check a faction journal card goal by skulking about Absalom putting up "revolutionary" posters with various slogans from his master written upon them.
Stealth DC 22: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19
The citizens of Absalom are, seemingly, unmoved.

Patrick would go for the Voidfrost robes - good for stargazing on those cold winter nights.
profession archivist: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (4) + 12 = 16

![]() |

Thanks for running I enjoyed that.
Here's my day job roll:
craft (calligraphy): 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (9) + 13 = 22
I'll re-roll that and take 10:
craft (calligraphy) + GM stars: 10 + 13 + 2 = 25

![]() |

Perform (Comedy): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Ladies, gentlemen and otherwise, the comedy stylings of the paladin!

![]() |

Thanks for running this, TOZ! And to the rest of you for letting a lowbie come along :P
I'll take the Manual of Gainful Exercise option.

Grandmaster TOZ |

Chronicle link. I am working through chronicles now, the item access was not well separated out.

![]() |

Chronicle downloaded and filed. Looks good. And if Elbesamiya is working as a stand up comedian, Patrick may just attend a show. He could really use a good laugh.

![]() |

Chronicle all looks good. Thanks again!

![]() |

The funny thing is, I got a 22 for my day job in a scenario that took place on Axis, so I presume she just has very lawful humor.
Chronicle looks good. Thanks to everyone for a great game, especially TOZ for running!

Mun will go with the bracers of sworn vengeance (though, it's kind of moot, as he has access to everything in the list just based on gp value; most of us probably do).
Perform (dance), day job: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14
Perform (dance), day job, shirt reroll: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12

Looks good - thanks again for running GM - much fun!
