Brie Magnum

Brie uses one charge of magical armor to guard herself.
"Let us go find this druid. We need to know who we're up against. The sooner we know, the better a defense we can put up."

Jang looks at Elyin and asks a couple more questions.
"Do you believe that there are any other people here in town or anything else in town that could aid us? Anything else that we should know? Does it make sense to gather some more information here?" the cleric of old Deadeye asks with a grim expression.

Elyin shakes his head. “Honestly this is a small town. Aside from our rangers, that’s the only real fighting force. I am definitely putting in to hire a town mage after we get through this. No one else in this town would have any other understanding of what is going on. Your group is probably better equipped to figure it out. I would suggest you move quickly.” Jang you get the sense he is being honest. This is a small town with not a lot of resources.

"Let us wait for Vomer and then go seek the Druid. Although I am not sure if the range of the spells that Vomer has chosen will be enough."
Vomer Nosebone

I assume the forest is at the edge of town..... just as we leave town/enter forest. Vomer is going to cast "locate object". The object will be the wardstone causing this mist/barrier. The spell has a radius of 720 feet around me and... moves with me - - lasts for 8 minutes. Then we will head toward the druid as quickly as possible. May not find the wardstone but ..... worth a try.
GM DocHoliday45
Vomer you release the spells and for its entire duration. You get no ping. Sorry.
Your journey begins from Bellis to Devarre’s retreat in forest, but you notice grasping thickets and confusing fog begins to slow your travel considerably, as if the terrain were trackless forest. Survival check to not get lost.
GM DocHoliday45
Felix completely blowing the skill dc out of the park, your group is not hampered of your progress toward the Druid’s home. You travel for eight hours as your trek is slow with both the fog and difficult terrain that seems to be getting worse as you progress. Night approaches. Who is taking first watch? Please a roll a perception check who is doing it.

Naevy’s your eagle eye and ears don’t fail you as you see near the camp a wounded dryad stumbles out from a giant oak and falls exhausted into their midst.
A slender, furtive figure separates from one of the trees at the edge of camp. It takes only a couple of steps and then collapses to the ground with a gasp of pain.“Please... you must help us! They came from the shadows... inside the mist! My sisters are dying! They’re burning our trees! We have nowhere else to turn! You must help!”

GM DocHoliday45
Felix you would know that burning the tree of a dryad means they die. It’s their connection to nature. Destroy that destroys them.
“Spriggans. Horrid little gnomes. Half-plant and fully malicious, they grow like weeds. Legends tell of such creatures once locked away in a place called the Fellnight Realm. But that was... thousands of years ago. Our grove lies in a clearing of paueliel trees just south of here. Follow the gully like a trail and it will take you there. Hurry!”

"I hear you!" with that said, Brie sprints forward, bringing out a wand to tap herself and then switching it out for another.
Using Shield as well as Mage Armor as she moves along.
Or if there's only time for one, then shield first.
GM DocHoliday45
Vomer and Felix you would know that Dryads are tree-fey who prefer secluded woodlands far from humanoids in need of lumber. Dryads’ main interests are their own survival and that of their beloved forests, and they have been known to magically coerce passersby into aiding them in tasks they cannot complete. They are more likely to be friendly to non-evil druids and rangers, as they recognize a mutual respect for or empathy with nature.
Dryads are benign guardians of trees, and though they can do little in the way of direct violence, they can trap and disable threats to their homes or turn enemies into allies.
As the group begins their chase, sudden horror clouds her face as somewhere deep in the forest the spriggans burned her tree. You watch her body wither away and die.

The group breaks out into a sprint running towards the action. With the successful survival check, you know where to go based on the smell of smoke. The gully leads through this part of the forest, rising into a small clearing of silver-barked paueliel trees, many of which lie fallen and hewn into large piles. A bonfire bathes the fog hovering at the forest’s edge with an orange glow, its flames burning away some of the mist, and replacing it with the heavy tang of woodsmoke instead. A woman’s screams punctuate the muted laughter of small figures capering about the fire. An elf-like female and a badly wounded unicorn lie bound upon the ground near a stack of man-sized, hand-cut logs that have been crudely carved into humanoid forms. There are four Spriggas. Two are poking at the fire trying to burn the dryad. The other two are kicking dirt at the unicorn.

Duration instantaneous
Saving Throw Reflex half; Spell Resistance yes
Description
Keleshites brag that they stole this spell from genie-kind thousands of years ago while other civilizations struggled without fire.
This spell causes an arc of flame to leap from your fingers, burning a number of enemies nearby. It deals 1d6 points of fire damage per caster level (maximum 10d6). For every additional target the discharge arcs to, reduce the number of damage dice by half (rounded down). Therefore, at 9th level, your burning arc deals 9d6 points of fire damage to the primary target, then 4d6 points of fire damage to a secondary target, then 2d6 points of fire damage to an additional target.
Each target can attempt a Reflex saving throw for half damage. The Reflex DC to halve the damage of the secondary bolts is 2 lower than the DC to halve the damage of the primary bolt. You may choose secondary targets as you like, but they must all be within 15 feet of the primary target, and no target can be struck more than once. You can choose to affect fewer secondary targets than the maximum.

Yellow will run away from you Brie and moves a different tree. AOO from Brie. You watch as it dives into the tree and disappears.
Green is still on the battlefield. Yellow escapes. There is also a dryad screaming in pain as she is slowly being roasted over the fire. “Help!!!!!” 1d6 ⇒ 3 she takes of fire damage

Jang you are able to pull her out of the fire but she is still burning. Magas tries to go for the bite the giant creature was able to dodge the attack
Felix your fist connects with Green with a good hit. More importantly you doused the dryad in a gallon of water so she won’t burn up and die. Good job.
Brie you slash up at Yellow. It takes the damage and jumps through the tree. Yellow has escaped
Vomer green still remains so you may take your turn. The water worked in saving the dryad.
Brie you may also take your turn.
Naevy you are also up
Green still remains.
