Druids are not big on stealth options in Core.

I keep forgetting Reduce Animal. A medium sized Baloo is still pretty big but we might be able to pass him off as a big housecat or a baby tiger.

As for Irizati he will hold on to anything we want to smuggle in and go in as a mouse or something in someone's pocket.

I'll be using my extend rod for Magic Fang Greater on me and Baloo and we will both have Barkskin. That still allows up to 2 more Barkskins to be cast.

Not by Pietro. He had one prepared heroism spell and a lot of charisma-based skill checks to make. His other two 4th-level spells were tongues.

They don't appear to know about the demons in the room - but being human they can't really see into the room, just hear what is happening.

Note that this seems like a lot of things going off at once. Some of that is me handwaving my eaten post so a couple of effects got delayed. End result being monster lost a round of attacks so hopefully error works slightly in your favor.

Sure wish I would have saved that Grease spell. Hmmm. I do have a bonded ring and could cast any spell on my list. I might be able to escape after all if I don't botch a concentration roll. Maybe nest turn since I already posted the escape attempt.

Since she both got past 2 animals with scent and got very far very fast, Could we just guess D-Door or some similar short range teleport ability?
