Ah, the abstract nature of hit points suddenly juxtaposed against the precise detail of specific injuries. The Adventure Path lays out that the wounds can be "healed" from a hit point perspective, but repairing Anevia's leg or Aravashniel's eyes require regenerate or equivalent. Sooooo, beyond the level of the PCs (it's a campaign method of making players care for wounded characters in the long term).
Missy, your Heal check on Aravashniel and Callen's on Anevia have 'stabilized' their critical injuries. They can now be healed, but will suffer the effects of their injury.

Figured as much, just wanted confirmation. Regenerate literally calls out broken bones in its description.

If the bone has been fractured in such a way that she will need surgery, Nicolette has surgical tools and knows how to use them. It may be a long night ahead of us. But then coupled with some healing magics at least she will walk again? If we don’t do anything to get them killed in the meantime…

Apologies Nicolette, somehow my reply to this was lost. It appears that Callen did an admirable job setting and splinting the broken leg. She is able to walk currently with the crutch she has fashioned, though healing her to full HP might have more beneficial effects.

TERENDELEV’S SCALES
Each of the seven scales are blessed with one of the below powers. I will let the group work out who possesses which here in Discussion.
- Blessed Barrier Three times per day as a standard action, this scale can be used to cast ward shield (CL 6). If the bearer does not possess a shield, the scale expands to become a light metal shield upon casting the spell.
- Cloak of Air Three times per day as a standard action, this scale can be used to cast blur (CL 6). When this happens, your body takes on a faded cloud-like appearance, granting the effect.
- Cloudwalker Three times per day as a standard action, this scale can be used to cast levitate (CL 6). A bed of roiling clouds rises below the levitating object or creature, growing and shrinking with the target's altitude. This cloud is 5 feet in diameter (regardless of the target's size) and allows you to walk while levitating at half your speed.
- Dragon’s Scales Three times per day as a standard action, this scale can be used to cast barkskin (CL 6), but instead granting a silvery scaled appearance.
- Dragon's Visage Three times per day as a standard action, this scale can be used to cast alter self (CL 6). While disguised, the target gains a +4 bonus on all Bluff checks made against evil creatures.
- Hallowed Resistance Three times per day as a standard action, this scale can be used to cast resist elements (CL 6).
- Sacred Weaponry Three times per day as a standard action, this scale can be used to cast align weapon (CL 6), but only to make a weapon lawful or good. Unlike a normal align weapon spell, this effect can be cast on an unarmed strike or natural weapon.
Everyone, a brief update: I made a mistake as I was listing the NPCs in the Campaign Notes. Aravashnial is at 3 hit points, not 13 (I copy and pasted Anevia's info at first, and failed to delete the tens digit).

GM: No, that's okay. I just know walking on a splintering fracture is not good and would take more than a splint. It would take surgery to align all of those little pieces into one bone and then set it in a cast with rods, or in ancient medicine, tight wraps with lemur skin and various poltices and probably would utilize her honey for wound care. If you want the heal check to be enough, that's okay. I'm fine with that. I was using real-world understanding of surgery and medicines with in-character gaming. In any case, that works for me :)
As for the scales, here are ones I wouldn't use:
Blessed Barrier, Dragon's Scales, Hallowed Resistance.
Preference would go to Sacred Weaponry or Cloudwalker

Damn, some of those are pretty sweet. Obviously, as an archer, Sacred Weaponry would totally fit. But it would fit any combat-based character, so many of us would likely want that one.
Beyond that, Callen is honestly a jack-of-all-trades and could make use of most of them. I am happy to be the low man on the totem pole on this round of loot selection.

Gah! Looks like I forgot one other house rule along the way - I use Athletics as a skill in place of Climb/Swim and generalized Strength checks. It is a class skill for anyone that has either of the listed skills. You may all update accordingly!

The Perception DC of 15 is set for the scene in the AP. Yes, spotting a figure out in the open is DC 0, but it is affected by modifiers: in this case the distance from the mouth of the tunnel to the ruin, the cover afforded by the ruin itself, and the concealment due to the lack of any light source near them.
A further in scouting run would obviously lower the DC, as would darkvision (removing the concealment as a factor). Circling around the tower ruin might also give a more clear sight line, potentially reducing or removing cover.
