Apologies for not reading nor posting anything this weekend, or today. Spent Sat and Sunday doing a blacksmithing event where people could try their hand at forging.
And today, i bought a camper. That took much longer than expected.

I might be a bit slow the next two days. I have extra hours at work and am evaluating a job offer I was just given which is taking some research. I will stay up as much as possible.

...and it seems that everyone is having some sort of network issues or on vacation this pass weekend.

we'll just play it by ear. The only person who needs to do some rolling is Fuma for the mules at the moment.

Basically, however many you want to roll. each success adds to an extra 2 miles traveled before the mules stop due to fatigue. So, id just make 10 rolls, set the first dc to 10, and for every roll add a +2 to the save.

so itd look like
hour 1 dc 10: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
hour 2 dc 12: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10
hour 3 dc 14: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9

etc

@Rizzenmagus = can it be assumed that the party has been talking about the book and "prophecy" while we have been pushing the mules? If not Echo has no way of knowing what the info he got might refer to. I'll play it either way was just wondering though.

Unless actively silenced it can be assumed that Bander talks always and constantly about anything and the book being so interesting and all he likely has brought it up.

yes. echo is aware of the prophecies...although i am not sure if youd be allowed to read the book...

i posted this in our discord chat, but i dont think everyone in this game uses discord, or has been updated to our discord channel

i hate to say this, but im going to have to put this adventure on hold for a little bit. ive been in a PTSD-induced funk for the last couple weeks, and have been trying to muscle through it, hoping that itd get better. But it hasnt. I just cant seem to generate the motivation to do pretty much anything. it sucks. im hoping that if i take a little time off from everything, that i'll get my mojo back.
