I think a good thing in our current dynamics is that most have found their 'space' within the group.
Need a rugged outdoorsman shooter/hunter, go to Helgash.
Need a Rogue, go to Alex
Need a versatile mad healer, go to Marvin,
Need a versatile damage dealer, go to Cathoris.
Need a resilient, strong hitter, go to Straug.
Etc.
Not sure if we are really missing anything - I am a personal fan of Bards in general, and in a group so focused around some melee/ranged damage. Well... You know how good it can get in a scuffle.
But I will echo GMMIchael and add - since the group is decently balanced (have not gone into minute details about who has which knowledges, etc, etc) this is a good opportunity to come in with a character you will enjoy to play, whatever it may be.
My only personal request/recommendation is that whomever comes aboard does not make any of the other characters obsolete.

pad300 as for your questions- no drawbacks. Nothing special on campaign traits. just normal traits.
downtime? whats downtime? Between this adventure which the party has wrapped up and will be returning to Falcons Hollow soon and the next one taking off, there will be essentially 1 night of rest. bwahahahaha.
Then they will be gone for a while. I dont believe there will be mich downtime til they are at least above 7th level...maybe 8th. Dont count the NPC classes in that levelling. They are essentially 1/2 classes for flavor of character and make the characters a little heartier.

Character Concept- Name, race, class what makes the character stand out?
Varkus Vorshin (aka the greenskin)
NG Male ½ Orc
Commoner 1 Shaman 2 (Unsworn)
A versatile control & save or suck caster, Varkus should synergize with the rest of the party (especially his Flagbearer feat).
What 2 traits you will choose.
Fates Favored (Faith), Peg Leg (Campaign)
What class direction you wish to take tentative
Shaman (Unsworn)
Why you are in The Hollow.
Born and raised in Falcon’s Hollow, his mom is the caravan mistress, Ayda Vorshin. He has never met his dad; presumably he’s the result of her having a tryst on her travels. (Unbeknownst to him, his dad was one of the itinerant mercenaries the lumber guild hires; she lay with him after losing a bet.) His mother being away so much, he was pretty much raised by a local nanny (an older Kellid woman, who taught him the basics of spirit binding and got him his sacred tattoos [they are kellid designs, not the traditional orcish ones]). His rearing has resulted in him falling out with (and being disowned by) his mother (her being NE contributes significantly). He has a peg leg, the result of an unfortunate accident as a child message runner in the cut yard.

Hey, pad300 has a good concept and he's only in six games. I'm happy to step away from this one and recommend him for the game. He's in another game with the GM, Helgash and myself and is a solid player. Have a good game folks, I'll be following along :)
Jump into the pool Robert, DM Michael deserves some options...

I'll throw a hat into the ring!
Eva Bentham is a blunt and pragmatic elven winemaker who runs a small, makeshift vineyard tucked between the trees on the outskirts of Falcon's Hollow. Loggers and minor fey alike stop by to barter for her wares, united in the simple desire for alcohol. Eva remains on decent terms with most but is close to none, seeming mostly interested in her plants and her recipes. Yet she is fiercely protective of the precarious existence eked out by her vineyard and the area as a whole, and when violence is needed she proves deadly with bow, spear, or molotov cocktail.
Eva is a true neutral elf expert / alchemist with the sacrament alchemist and grenadier archetypes. Mechanically she'll function as a switch-hitter and skill monkey with a bag of alchemical tricks. Her patron deity is Halcamora, the Lady of Ripe Bounty — empyreal lord of gardens, orchards, and wine. Eva is nearing middle-age as she approaches her 165th birthday.
Eva came to the Hollow in the early days of the Lumber Consortium's operations, working as a mercenary to support her family. But the occasional clashes between loggers and the denizens of the forest only escalated, until her husband and children got caught in the crossfire. She found them dead in a pile of smashed timber, and to this day she has no idea who was responsible. Besides herself, of course. That was the end of her mercenary career, ever since the plowshare has been the only blade she trusts. She's kept herself somewhat isolated from the people around her. Her grapes keep her occupied — and sometimes, even, happy. But now odd things are happening in the Vale, and everything is about to change.
Her traits are Warrior of Old (for her mercenary background) and Pragmatic Activator (for her no-nonsense approach to problem-solving).
Let me know if there's anything here that's unclear, or anything else you need!

ok I think Im going to accept MUS as the player for this.
Pad300 hope theres no hard feelings.
primarily because with 2 divine characters already, Id really like a dif kind of character; and we do need an area effect type damage dealer.

post Eva to the discussion thread.
No problem... It's a recruitment, not an entitlement.
