I have a couple of characters to throw in, depending on what the party needs.

i'll throw my hat in...looks like there is six already, so if you need a backup if someone drops, i'm down for that...

Just to clarify, I have a level 2 bolt ace and a level 3 bloodrager who could join. If it goes high tier then my bloodrager will happily play up.

I'd like to play my fighter 3 or arrogant wizard 3, each is now one scenario away from 4th. I am fine with playing "up", although if we did so I think I'd prefer the fighter.

If it helps folks decide on characters I don't mind telling you that the high tier gold for this scenario is a little lower than is typical for tier 4-5, as was sometimes the case in Season 0.

Looks like 3 slayer, or 4 druid would be the best bets.

Would one of those push us up a tier? It is seasons 0, so high tier shouldn't be totally horrible.

So do we need a moderate melee presence, or a moderate druidic presence.

Your choice may affect Tier, EM.

If you take the level 3 then APL goes to 2.5 - and per the Season 10 guide the players get to decide whether to round up or down. Round up, and APL 3 with 6 players means that you play high tier. Round down and you are low tier.

If you take the level 4 then APL rounds to 3, and the table will be high tier.

And Cynan's pretty soft. If we go high then I will switch characters to my bloodrager.

Don't want to make anyone play someone other than who they initially wanted.

So will go with the level 3 slayer... and we can stay low tier.

Then everyone can stick with their original plans!

For those of you who have yet to play at one of my tables - I tend to run a fast game by pbp standards. Usually at least one GM post per day, sometimes more. If you're not going to be able to post for a while please let me know here. I will bot or delay you in combat if you have not posted within 24 hours of your turn coming up. It will be helpful if you can add a "Bot Me" spoiler in your character sheet - doesn't have to be anything complex, just what you'd typically do in combat.

Had a really busy couple of days between work and family, which have reduced my typical posting rate. Gameplay is updated now though.

I've given some clarification on handling the Entangle spell and will endeavour to apply it consistently ;)

I played a scenario where my bloodrager was paralysed in some way in three different encounters.

That was pretty dull. I feel your pain.

I do not. But it's the first thing I'm purchasing after this adventure. Assuming he lives that long, of course.

I'm not expecting Evil Minion / Rasil to rejoin us before the conclusion folks. If he does manage to that'll be great, but it doesn't look likely. His absence doesn't affect the tier.

Just in case anyone missed this and still can't get on.

Here is the information concerning the outage today and not being able to sign into Paizo. They appear to be back up now, but you have to go into your settings and manually delete you cookies associated with Paizo first to be able to sign in. (May take several attempts. Mine took deleting the cookies three times before it stuck.

There's a much greater danger of failure than there is of death in this mission (though you had me worried a bit with the hut fire!).

Success conditions:
Returning the undamaged lorestone satisfies your primary success condition.
Preventing the fire at the hut from spreading to the forest, AND avoiding violence with the gnomes earns you your second Prestige Point.

I should be able to get your chronicles done by the end of the weekend.

Super-fast foes can produce some strange scenes. I had a strange one at higher levels with a dragon whose fly-speed was 200ft and had fly-by attack.

What do we do?! Aaargh!
