Recruiting for 1-10, Tarnbreaker's Trail. This game has an atypical structure and is intended for experienced players.
Most of my games have been run at a pace of 6-8 weeks for a typical scenario. I have been in slower games - 8 to 12 weeks - as well as faster games - 1(!) to 4 weeks. The moderately fast (4-6 week) games have been as fun as the 6-8 week games. This game is an experiment to see whether I can run a faster game (4-6 weeks) and still have fun.
1. Posting expectations are 1.5 posts/day (3 posts in 2 days). I can't run things as fast as some other GMs, so this isn't a blitz game or anything, just faster than normal.
2. I don't really like botting people and won't be using botting to accelerate the game.
3. On a related note, I'm not going to be truncating the scenario or expecting less in terms of roleplay / cooperation. This isn't a murderhobo game.
Recruitment will be open for 24 hours (currently April 15, 11 am Pacific) or 6 applicants, whichever comes later. Priority is for experienced players. Anyone who applied as high priority in my new player game is going to be auto-rejected from this one.
To apply here, just make sure your character profile is updated and make a post by your applicant character with its PFS number as the body of the message.
Assuming >6 applicants, I'll probably choose one Tier or another depending on the applicant distribution. If you want to apply twice, once with a low tier (1-2) and once with a high tier (3-4), that's okay. If you apply 10 times, you put your fate into my hands.
Final selection will be lottery-based. Excel will give everyone a number and I'll sort descending. The party composition won't be considered on my end.
I'll offer the lotteried-out, qualifying applicants priority in whatever game I run when I finish this experiment (probably a fast 1-14 game if this one goes well, and a normal non-repeatable if this one doesn't go well).

Okay, low tier and there are 7 of you so I'm just going to roll here. Each of you gets a number based on the order you applied, rolled number is out.
1d7 ⇒ 2
Sorry, Tao. The gods have spoken. You're the alternate in came someone declines. I'll also put you on priority for the next game I run and PM you before I post it publicly.
Everyone else, let's get Discussion and Gameplay started.

Fair is fair. Good luck folks!
Edit: Appreciate the chivalry, Rextangalin Werzerial, but let me insist to decline your offer, unless some circumstance completely prevents you from being available.
To be perfectly honest, I am greatly interested in "#1-14: Lions of Katapesh", so this actually works out okay.
