You let the last man finish to laugh and cry of fear in the same time before he surrender.
After the man's surrender, you are able to get to the longboat, as nobody else try to stop you.
The unconscious woman looks quite the same as the woman standing next to you.
Using one of the men's potion you are able to wake her up. Except for some bruise she's ok.

Michellia I... I don’t know. But please don’t hurt Eleanir! She was misguided but, she’s my sister and I still love her dearly.

Michellia is a litte disturbed by Jack rudeness but still answer his question. I... I have second thoughts. Damian is... is harsh and rigid man. He's a Hellknight to the core.
He's not a bad man you know. He tries his best during the wedding but I fear that our wedding will be loveless...
Eleanir interrupts her sister I know it! You were so stubborn to not listen to me! Too afraid to shame our family to call off the wedding, Ah!
Yes, Damian is a Hellknight but I've secretly studied him all these months before the wedding and he's not as bad as you describe.
You have the chance to marry as I was sent away in the North with some cousins. If you want a life of adventures away from Mother, take my place and I will take yours as a wife.
Michellia listen to her sister but don't seem convinced to trade their place I have a Duty, I'm a Blakros. Not some girl raised with faery tales!

”It sounds like Elanir would enjoy life with Damian more than you would. I can only assume you’ve prentented to be each other before! A switch sounds like it would be better for everyone involved!”
GM Ilmakis
If Uldar wants to convince the sisters to switch, he could make a diplomacy check to make Michellia accept the deal
GM Ilmakis
Uldar's words finished to convince Michellia to let her sister to take her place.
The two sisters hug themself and wish each other well. Michellia follows the Ulfen, after they bring back the corpses of their fallen comrades, in the longboat and waves at her sister and at the Pathfinders Thank you Pathfinders!
Eleanir makes a quick prayer for Olaf and smiles at the Pathfinders with a happy tone Time to go back to the wedding, my husband awaits me!
After Eleanir finishes to looks like Michellia you are able to go back to the wedding pavilion by foot.
It takes again more than half an hour to go back and you are pass several guards patrolling.
As you enters the weeding pavilion you are welcomed by music, laugh and noises from multiple conversations between guests. Quickly Damian sees you with "Michelia" and moves toward you. Taking Michellia's hands into his.
Thank you Pathfinders, I know I could count on you. What happen?
"Michellia" smiles at Damian and says Noting to worry my dear, my sister send me words that she will attend the wedding but doesn't want Mother to see her. So I went near our old summer house to see her. The Pathfinders caught me when I was saying good by to my sister. She's happy to see me happy and gave us with her blessing.
Reassured, Damian bow to the Pathfinders and go back to the feast.
GM Ilmakis
As you enjoyed the feast, some time later, Jack starts hearing strange noises coming from outside.
He nervously touch his weapons until the noises he's heard finish to cover the sound of music and conversation. The sounds of yelling, screaming and combat erupts outside the pavilion !
The Blakros' mercenaries seem to fight numerous enemies.
A guard come into the pavilion, weapon ready and in an inhuman voice says
I AM ARASTRAX OF THE ONYX ALLIANCE! PREPARE TO DIE
As the man announce finishes his phrase, demons, dozen and dozen of demons, dretches, quasits and babaus, pour into the pavilion quickly transforming the feast into a blood bath.
The crowd begins to panic, and the frightened guests stampede to the exit of the pavilion.
Rubaanni quickly reorganizes the mercenaries around her to defend the guest and try to put back order in the panic.
Damian doesn't panic and protects Michellia and his mother in law with well placed sword's strike that keep the demons at bay. Nigel also starts casting spells to slow down the demons while Jeon protect the half-elf.
The Trade Prince, Zarta and Lady Morilla also quickly work together to fight back the horde as well as the Chelish dignitaries.
A ring of dead demons is quickly raised around Toulon Vidoc who helped by Vroclaw of Brevoy start counterattacking.
Nevertheless, despite all their efforts, the sheer number of demons is too high to make a difference and for one dead demon, three other come back or teleport!
You find yourself near where the one who name himself ARASTRAX stand and commands the other demons.

Something about the spellcasting catches Aurus' eye, if not his mind, for a moment - and then the demon's spears lash home. He falls under their spears with a split-second moment of surprise, before his body begins to glow gold...
If my math is right, the first attack took Aurus down to -Con, so he would be dying... but I do happen to have a boon for that. Empyreal Revenant, off of the Solstice Scar. So I'll come back to life with a breath of life... but it will take 1 minute.

Naw, I looked at that using my reroll already, but that would still just make me take more damage, weirdly enough. Make the save on the will, save 12 dmg - which is just enough time to take the second round of hits and go down further. Most of the damage was sneak attack cuz I was flatfooted.
Travail

Well, not a good thing when the tank goes down in the first round. Before I decide what action to take, is Aurus actually dead? And are we fleeing? I'm afraid Travail's attacks are pretty middling without a flanking partner or a decent initiative roll.

OH! I just looked at the initiative spoiler and Aurus is actually before Arastax, but the demons are way before Aurus, so I guess the demons delay until after Arastax? Also one (really high) roll for both demons seems a bit cruel with them appearing within full attack range. Aurus should reroll initiative for a 15% chance of not being flat footed against the two demons! :-P

Even if they did delay, that does mean that I would attack before the demons - or if the demons go before me but after Astrax, that would put me at -9 before the fireball. So I guess it is up to the GM as to whether all the enemies are going together and Aurus gets an action, or whether the enemies are split up and Aurus dies on the fireball.
And if the option is "Yes, the babaus go before Aurus," then... sure, I'm alright with using a powerful reroll to try to not die :)
Womp Womp.
GM Ilmakis
About rerolling initiative : You can reroll only before knowing the result on your action (here, without knowing if the enemies go before or after you). On this case, you rolled a 14 on your dice for initiative which is far better than you can expect. So I will say no to rerolling init.
About the way I’ve handled initiative : It’s a PbP trope, because as a GM you don’t want to split too much the initiative between the NPC and the PC. That’s why I’ve regrouped the enemy’s initiative into one block after Cloudia but before Aurus. That’s what I’ve done for the previous fight.
Nevertheless, I will be amenable for this round, and I will say that the 2 demon needs to get into position to attack Aurus, so Aurus takes only 2 attacks (for 36 points of damages) and then the Fireball for 20 points of fire damages.
Aurus can decide to use or not a reroll for your save.
