I'm recruiting for a table of The Confirmation for a new player or two. This is going to be a modified application recruitment.
It would be helpful if a couple of well experienced players could join to assist me in providing speedy responses to rules questions and questions on the quirks of PbP PFS play.
So, just state whether you're applying as a 'new player' (defined below) or a 'mentor' or 'regular.' I'll screen your aliases and campaigns to see if you're the right category and right fit.
Roster:
Aite
Maybe someone else
Open to anyone (ideally willing to mentor)
Open to anyone (ideally willing to mentor)
Open to anyone (priority to a new player)

New Player Definition:
1. Fewer than 5 PFS/SFS games under your belt
OR
2. Fewer than 2 PbP games under your belt
Bonus: You've never played PFS.
Bonus Bonus: You've never played Pathfinder

I'm interested! I'm fairly new to both Pathfinder, PFS, and PbP. I'm in a couple of PbPs and am in love with the format, I play one character on a local table who has seen 2 games, and I GM'd one scenario. I have a Kitsune Hunter I'll make an alias for shortly. I've got her stats, just not her companion's. I'd fall somewhere between new player and regular.

I ended up making a new account because I didn't like the fact that her name looked like Ate (a verb) rather than Aite (goddess of vengeance )I couldn't do the accents in the name, for some reason) so I made a new alias.
For future reference and peace of mind, you can edit a character or alias name any time before you've made 10 posts with that name.
You should contact customer support to have you extra account inactivated, since you can't have more than one Organized Play number. That way you don't accidentally get games reported on the wrong account.

Less than your average PFS wizard, I suppose. Better than your 3e wizard in the same situation. The trend is to not drop Constitution below 10 to avoid a penalty to Hit Points, to your Constitution roll to survive when below 0 hit points, and to have a longer buffer to survive while below 0 hit points.
My concern were I to imagine playing such a character myself would be, "Am I going to be spending to many of my actions trying to keep myself alive rather than contributing to the overall survival of the group?"

*shrug* My 'flagship' character is an Elf Witch with a base Constitution of 8, and he's doing fine. He's not even the only CON 8 character I have; heck even my (Human) MONK has a Constitution of 8, and she's done fine (she did take Toughness pretty soon, though)!
What level is your witch? Could I see how the character is built please?

Voila. He's level 13 now (my first character to reach that mark), and while he has got a Constitution-enhancing belt and the Toughness feat, he did not get either of those until very recently (at or around 11th level). He has suffered one death to date, but that had very little to do with his Constitution and everything to do with getting cornered after an ill-timed failed saving throw versus a fear effect (a higher Constitution wouldn't have saved him).

I wouldn't know. My familiarity with DRAGONLANCE is minimal outside the 3.0/3.5 rulebooks. Maybe he should be a proper Necromancer.
You should get a crossbow, I can tell you that much - and you'd be better off with a Craft skill as your Day Job (though there's nothing wrong with a rank in Profession [herbalist]). You could definitely do better for a trait than Classically Schooled. Traits like that are more for characters who don't normally get the skill in question as a class skill.
As for his feats, brush up on what's out there, because there's a LOT; Scholar's fine, but you could probably do better. There's Toughness, of course (not a requirement, but you can't go wrong), and also Cunning, which is the skill point-equivalent thereof (maybe that suits him? Especially if he's supposed to have skills beyond standard Wizard fare).
Arcane Strike, metamagic feats (though not much use at 1st-level), Human-exclusive racial feats (including Fast Learner), the list goes on and on.

The following players should go to the Discussion page now available and follow the instructions. Experienced players, please follow the instructions as written as well (don't short cut or jump ahead) so as to not confuse the new players.
If you have something that 'breaks' the rules, please raise the issue in separate post by itself so that I can address it publicly for the benefit of the new players.

Apologies to Grimdog. You've got similar experience, so I went with the first of you two to apply.
