Loathe to use his last scroll of monkey fish, but even more loathe to not complete all the tasks, Charlie uses his scroll to climb to the finish.

Just so we don't have to go back to it, I will post it here.
You find signs of corruption influencing the plants and landscape, as toxins have been dripping a trail. By identifying these toxins, you may be able to follow the trail of devestation better.
=========================================================================== ==========
You find one of the NPC survivors. It is a creepy looking elf who wears a mask looking like he has been through hell and back.
"Wha? What? Whose there? I apologize, but I cannot see, and if you are friend I require help! If you are not friend, please ignore me!"
His delirium and fatigue have him panicked. To calm him down, you will need to do one of the following skill checks.
• DC33 Bluff, Sense Motive
• DC27 Diplomacy, Perform (Comedy)
Providing an Anti-toxin or Remove Disease will give a +2 bonus, but if you use an ability that removes the affliction entirely, gain a +4 bonus.

With that, the professor bows, then takes his leave back to Medda's forces.

Inc some actions that are being triggered the moment the first grapple is made against Chaine
The moment the creature launches it's attacks against chaine and manages to grapple him a quick incantation is released from Grimaldus granting the Cavalier a chance to break free from the grapple.
As the creature makes his attacks at Grimaldus and tries to ensnare him with the attacks the flow of magic can be seen as a Talisman protects the Holy Vindicator from being grabbed.
Being free from the grapple the Cleric glances around to see where the rest of his party and their status, raising his shield to fight in a more defensive way he takes 2 swings at the creature as if to taunt it to attack the lightly armored human
Attack, fighting defensively: 1d20 + 9 - 2 ⇒ (5) + 9 - 2 = 12

Damage should be 1 less. Thunderhoof has DR 1/-.
Thunderhoof grunts in surprise when the freakish creature grabs him with a long tentacle. "You're all about to see how I earned my namesake."
The big shoanti falls forward catching himself on his palms. Rapidly his brawny form rapidly swells with hundreds of pounds of additional muscular bulk. His bones shift and stretch alongside the expansion followed by a thin sheen of shining white fur. Lastly, a pair of thick wide-set horns sprout from his now bovine skull, completing Thunderhoof's transformation into a huge snorting bull.
In his new form, Thunderhorn lunges forward and catches the froghemoth on his horns. With a surge of colossal power, the bull drives his opponent back and tries to pin it in place.
Move action to wild shape into a huge bull via quick wild shape. Due to Powerful Shape I count as gargantuan. Standard to reverse the grapple.

Ikit thinks to himself that he should have kept that recording device he found on his last adventure. It would have made doing the report on this much easier.
Ikit makes sure his amulet is on. A protective barrier goes over the ratfolk. Ikit makes a running start and leaps at the creature. Acrobatics: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (11) + 13 = 24 Swift action- spending a point of Abj focus for Mind Barrier- ignore 18 points of damage until my next turn. Ikit has a Necklace of Adaptation so he doesn't need to breathe if he goes into the water.

LOL. You don't know Charlie: +6 BAB,+1 size, +4 buff, -2 dex, -4 blackened curse, -4 no precise shot for a grand total of +1 to hit...if he was within 10', which would provoke. So to be safe, at least 25' away (tentacles reach?), that means -3 mod on his attack roll.
And his melee attacks are worse! He wears the cestus just so he can threaten, but it is a very puny threat. There's a reason he carries a CL3 MM wand for when he doesn't want to bother with bigger spell/ability. He even uses that instead of melee attack, since wands don't provoke.
