Yep, unless someone else can use them, Cloudia should get half of the arcane scrolls and Lukian half.
That makes the following for each:

  • scrolls of burning hands CL 3rd (2x)
  • scroll of sleep CL 3rd (1x)

    Cloudia has plenty of acid and does not need any, she does not need a dagger, and she is not into manacles.

A messenger brings news of a second attack: “An enemy fleet is approaching from the south!” A strange mist is rising in the Flotsam Graveyard, and dozens of ships with tattered sails approach Absalom’s harbor with long-dead marines on board.

We must fight the enemy on land and at sea.     “They’re coming! The armada of the dead is coming!” shouts a terrified member of the Harbor Guard while running past. Down in the Flotsam Graveyard, dozens of ships with tattered black sails are winding among and crashing through the hazardous wrecks that dot the bay, rapidly approaching the harbor. As the skeletal ships advance, more sunken ships start rising of their own accord through the foaming waves, joining the undead invasion.

    When you make it to the harbor, a soldier clad in mithral armor, wearing a blue cloak, and carrying a barbed spear nods a greeting, carrying a worried look on her face.

    “I’m captain Sevana Kinhan of the Wave Riders, and I’m glad to see you have come to help us—we’ve taken heavy casualties, our allies from Escadar haven’t arrived, and the undead armada doesn’t seem deterred by
    the Flotsam Graveyard’s wreckage.”

    “In order to stop their advance, we must destroy their five command ships. Your superior at the Pathfinder Society has informed me that your skills would be well suited for attacking the “The Black Swan” commanded by Captain Pegarius Stormcrow. We have more hippocampi than there are able-bodied Wave Riders left to command them, so you can borrow our steeds if that helps you reach and board their tattered ships.”

    As you ride your seahorses towards the Black Swan you fail to notice two aquatic creatures sneaking up on you.

    A disturbing combination of shark and seal, the brown-furred creatures have wide mouths filled with razor-sharp teeth.

    They charge at the Hippocampi of both Mao and Aurus!

    Lukian thinks the creatures are sealsharks.

    Aurus knows they are bunyips, fierce and avid hunters, possessing a primal ruthlessness that seems almost evil in its rapacity. A bunyip typically inhabits large freshwater inlets or sheltered coastal sea caves where food is plentiful—the bunyip is equally at home in fresh or salt water. It prefers feeding on animals of Small size or larger, though it isn't averse to eating humanoids when presented the opportunity. Bunyips are quite territorial, and readily attack when intruders threaten their hunting grounds. Bunyips mate annually, during the late spring. During this period, bunyips become even more aggressive. After mating, couples split, with the female wandering off to find a place to birth a small litter of four to six pups. Females watch their pups for a few days, until they become independent enough for the mothers to move on.

    Attacking large creatures as Hippocampi seems weird. Aurus thinks the strange curse that animates the ships and marines of the Silent Tide also beckons to aquatic beasts and makes them unusually aggressive, attacking anyone who approaches the ships.

    Aurus also knows that bunyips inflict bleeding wounds and they have a supernaturally loud and horrifying roar that can panic all hearing creatures (with 4 hd or less)! They go into a blood rage when they smell blood.

    (The hippocampi of both Mao and Aurus are currently bleeding)

    Pathfinder agents begin broadcasting illuminated signals that confuse the Black Echelon agents.
    (Once during the adventure, the PCs can activate this benefit grant all undead creatures present the confused condition for 1 round. If an undead creature confused in this way attacks a PC, it takes a penalty on its attack rolls equal to half the group’s APL=2.)

    Grand Lodge Mission Complete
    Absalom’s flag rises over Fort Tempest and emboldens the city’s defenders.
    (At the beginning of one encounter, the PCs can activate this benefit to gain a number of temporary hit points equal to three times their APL=12; these last until the end of the encounter.)

    Liberty's Edge Mission Complete
    Freed slaves cast off their chains to join Absalom’s defense.
    At the beginning of one encounter, the PCs can activate this benefit to increase their land speed by 10 feet for the duration of the encounter.

    Scarab Sages Mission Complete
    The powerful construct Gulgamodh awakens and seeks out invaders to strike down with its arcane cannon.
    The group gains one free use of the Aid Token’s Allied Offensive benefit (multiply the additional damage dealt by 150%) that the PCs can activate at their discretion.

    Silver Crusade Mission Complete
    The faithful of Sarenrae return to Absalom in force to heal embattled defenders’ wounds.
    The group gains one free use of the Aid Token’s Burst of Healing benefit that the PCs can activate at their discretion.

    Sovereign Court Mission Complete
    Members of Absalom’s nobility rally the defenders and direct their household guards to shore up key areas.
    The group gains one free use of the Aid Token’s Timely Inspiration benefit that the PCs can activate at their discretion.
