Nimos Yardan
Nimos raises his head from his now empty cup of mead as the little human eyes him and the Gnome.
Well this is the first time I have ever been called little by a human, I don't see this one eating dolls though.
Nimos says completely strait faced.
Miyako Okori
|
"No no, you're not little. You just look like you eat others that are little. Have you, ever?"
Miyako points at Merrilin and makes a sad face. "Please don't eat him, sir."
Kwin Longclaw
Kwin chuckles as he takes another sip from his tankard. "It's funny when it's happening to someone else."
Miyako Okori
|
"Good! Now that we've all agreed to not eat each other, it's time for important matters."
Miyako picks up her chair and places it in a way she can see all the people she's been talking to from it. She sits herself down and crosses both legs and arms. "I have no idea what they are, though. Someone please enlighten me."
Miyako Okori
|
Miyako nods heavily. "The show! That's it, that's what's important!"
Now where has grandpa gone? He said he wanted to see the show.
Kwin Longclaw
Kwin smiles as he breaks off a hunk of cheese and dips it in the dish of honey.
"Thank you, miss! Baijiu would be nice, if you have any."
Nimos Yardan
Nimos picks up one of his chickens in one hand and then crunches through the front snapping bone and gristle finishing the whole thing in seven bites before picking up and downing his second ale and mopping at his face with a cloth.
Not bad as chicken goes, not very good either. At least it isn't trail rations
Nimos makes a face at the thought of trail rations tugging on his horn? ring.
I am now disturbed, wondering if I should have ordered a salad and vegetables since he is a minotaur. Ah well no lets hope his kind are omnivorous and I won't spend the next few hours on the crapper.
Kwin Longclaw
You're disturbed...
Kwin seems to shrink back in his chair a bit, then grabs his tankard and downs a large swig, never taking his eyes off the minotaur.
"Don't dally with that baijiu!" he shouts.
Merrilin Thomdril
Merry eats a spoonfull of apple pie
I don know about ye chickens, but I must be sayin' this apple pie coulda been grown, cultivated, and baked by me dear ol' mudda! One of da finest me ever had!
While enjoying his pie Merry hears a commotion behind him. He turns around and sees their waitress being pulled by the arm by a dwarf, The waitress is trying to pull away but can't seem to break free
Oy laddies, our server seemin' ta be havin a right sour time
Merry points to the on-going scene
Me be thinkin' she be in need of assistance what da ya say boys?
Without waiting for an answer Merry starts to scuffle off his seat
Kwin Longclaw
"Wait, what?" Kwin turns to look in the direction the gnome is pointing.
"Hey, you! DWARF!" he shouts, emboldened by the alcohol. "Leave her be! She's to bring me my drink yet!"
K-01 'Kol'
Kol makes a sound that could easily have been interpreted as a long-suffering sigh at Kwin's outburst. He stands up, the stool clattering to the floor behind him as he walks over to the dwarf's table.
"Excuse me, sir, but I must concur with my loud companion over there. Please unhand the lady so that she may continue her rounds," he says cooly. Hopefully he could end this before things get out of hand. Standing so close to the dwarf now, the size difference seems almost comical, Kol's almost 7 ft. armored bulk looming over the smaller dwarf.
GM:
As Kol gets close to the dwarf a pair of paticulary large Warforged guards appear from adjacent tables and step between Kol and the dwarf, they don't conceal their Warforged appearance and are a foot shorter then Kol, but they say without fear:
Step Down Sir, This Is Not Your Concern
Kol and Kwin roll knowledge enginerring checks please
Kwin Longclaw
Kn:Engineering: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 23
Kwin takes another swig of pulque, then places his tankard on the table, pulls a pair of rust-colored gloves from a pocket, and begins pulling them on.
"Unless you intend to fetch my drink for me in her stead, I'd say it is my concern, metal-mouth."
GM:
No, same way a human may not understand the workings of a human body don't worry you got it
Kol you know these are non-sentient models, simple mechanical contrations with minimal thinking other then what they are ordered to do by their owner
Kwin you know this and that this particular model has a weakness in its knees, if hit there it will fall over and need repairs to stand back up
Stand Down Sir, This Is Not Your Concern
GM:
Threat Detected, Step Down Sir or Face Immed-
At that molment a dwarf can be seen flying through the air, and lands unceromoniasly on a table with humans seated around it, spilling drinks everywhere. The two warforged run over to the table to assist their owner
The waitress looks at the three who were coming to her assistance Mighty thoughtful of you boys but I think I got it cover for th-
YOU SODDY B&!!#!! The waitress narrowly dodges a tankard that goes wizzing by her head
One of the humans had got up (appearing very drunk) and threw the tankard, enraged by the sudden break in his evening.
The tankard flys through the air, hits an orc in the back of the head and lands in the hand of a goblin. The orc turns around, picks up the goblin and with a fierce RRRRRRRAAAAAAAWWWWWWRRR throws him across the room.
While this happens the 5 humans rush in the waitress direction while the two warforged help the dwarf up and the tavern erupts into chaos as people are attacking each other from all sides.
K-01 'Kol'
Kol sighs again and draws his buckler and longsword and takes a defensive stance. So much for not escalating. "I am sorry my brothers but... as of now it is my concern."
He hesitates on attacking though as the offending dwarf is suddenly airborne and Kol stops for a moment for his processing center to parse out what just happened.
Move Action: Draw Longsword and Buckler.
Standard Action: Fight Defensively but not attack.
Kwin Longclaw
Kwin surges to his feet, what appears to be a sturdy walking stick in one hand. Hanbo. Note Kwin was not expecting a fight and does not have his buckler with him; -1 to the stated AC. (He also left his backpack in his room.)
One eyebrow goes up in surprise as the dwarf takes flight. His head snaps around to look at the waitress.
"Whoa..."
Initiative: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26
Miyako Okori

"The show's begun, haha!" Miyako gets up and climbs on top of the table, where she starts clapping and jumping. "Woohoo! Get 'em boys!"
I'd never have thought of placing actors amongst the inn's guests!
Initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
Miyako Okori

"Aww, Kwin. It's nice of you to think of my safety, but I'm not a child who needs to be told standing on tables is dangerous. I know that, and that's why I'm being careful."
Mumbling some words, Miyako reaches in front of her with her hand. One of the plates on the table, Kwin's plate, begins to levitate and moves up to her hand. (Mage Hand) Miyako takes the plate when it's close to her hand, and begins to eat what's on it while watching the spectacle.
Can't remember ordering anything, but oh wel.
"Dirty" Harry Calahan
Initiative: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22
At the sight of viloence, a look overcomes the elf-orcs face. Raising his morning star to hos face, harry licks one of the many steel points that speckle the surface. Some of the points still show signs of recent use, as blood and bits of flesh still hang from the weapon.
In a voice devoid of emotion names harry. Now lets have some fun.
Stepping forward, harry puts a hand upon the minotaur. Speaking a holy word, harry casts a spell upon the ferocious east.
please, honorable minotaur, remind these puny humans why your kind is so ferocious in battle
cast enlarge person on nimos
GM:
Waiting for Nimos to roll but otherwise here is the order. So far only Kol and Kwin drew a weapon, humans currently charging Waitress, and other general chaos
.
Added Nimos to the order
.
Order:
1 Kwin
2 Kol
3 Harry
4 Miyako
5 The Waitress
6 Human 1
7 Human 2
8 Merrilin
9 Human 3
10 Human 4
11 Human 5
12 Nimos Sorry buddy lol
Nimos Yardan
int: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Nimos looks around at the brawl unimpressed and finishes his mouthful of chicken before standing up and letting the song of battle calls out to him. Pulling his sword out he sighs almost sadly at its edge before letting out a mighty roar and laying about with the flat of his blade. Turning to the elf orc he says
Watch my back
Rage, draw greatsword, non lethal attacks
attack: 1d20 + 6 - 4 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 6 - 4 + 2 = 18
damage: 2d6 + 7 + 3 ⇒ (2, 6) + 7 + 3 = 18
possible aoo
attack: 1d20 + 6 - 4 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 6 - 4 + 2 = 21
damage: 2d6 + 7 + 3 ⇒ (2, 4) + 7 + 3 = 16
Any rioting individuals in range.
Kwin Longclaw
I'm not clear on whether we'll be using a map, where the waitress is or how far away, etc. But since the serving girl incident is what started all this, Kwin would most likely go to her aid (even though she apparently needs no help). Use the following if it appears one of the humans rushing her is about to attack. Otherwise he'll just ready for same.
Kwin dashes to intercept the men rushing the waitress.
Hanbo Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Pfft, hardly worth the bother.
EDIT: Removed comment to GM.
Miyako Okori

"Wait, you're not all actors?", Miyako asks with a frown. Her face then clears as she thinks she understands the situation. "Oh! We all get to join in the show? It's an interactive show!"
Miyako jumps on the floor and throws the plate, somehow already emptied, on the table. She stretches her arms and loosens her shoulders. "That should be fun!"
Pointing a finger at the human Kwin attacked, Miyako casts a spell. "Souls that guide me, make this creature tremble."
Move action: get off the table.
Standard action: cast Doom on the human Kwin attacked.
Free actions: talk, talk and talk.
GM:
Your right Kwin sorry xD
Also Nimos you might wanna take a look at this: Enlarge Person
One of your allies cast it on you :P
Bar Map , I will work in grids in at the next scene, for not your close enough that it doesn't matter
GM:
Included human labels: Improved Map
Please say which human your each hitting (sorry, first time working with online maps, bound to be a few hiccups)
Miyako Okori
|
I don't know which it is, but I'm targetting the same target as Kwin.
Kwin Longclaw
If you want to specify which one seems the most immediate threat to the waitress, that's fine. Otherwise... hmm. Kwin would reach #4 first, but he wouldn't just attack indiscriminately. Not in a bar fight, anyway. So, your call, GM.
Nimos Yardan
Edit Important: Further reading of Enlarge person shows that it will not work on me. It only effects humanoid(human/elf/whatever) I am a monstrous humanoid and there for immune to the spell.
Last round I will hit human four with my blade and the first one that provokes an aoo even if he isn't moving toward me.
If none are in my reach I will walk up while drawing my sword and attack.
Dm enlarge is a full round it takes effect this turn.
I am now a 15 foot square with a reach of 15.
I did however use the wrong damage dice for my last two attacks. Large greatswords do 3d6 not 2d6 and my current huge greatsword does 3d8's
I will swing at 4 if he is still up if not I will swing at 5.
damage 1: 3d6 + 7 + 3 ⇒ (2, 3, 2) + 7 + 3 = 17
aoo damage 1: 3d6 + 7 + 3 ⇒ (6, 5, 6) + 7 + 3 = 27
Round 2
Suddenly his body grow at the words of the elf'orc behind him Nimos glances around as the world shrinks even further. Seeing his huge muscles flex and his blade grow even more massive he smiles as he continues to lay about with his sword. Then feels the size pull mockingly from his flesh leaving him as he was before.
1d20 + 6 - 4 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 6 - 4 + 2 = 18
3d6 + 9 + 3 ⇒ (4, 1, 4) + 9 + 3 = 21
Possible aoo
1d20 + 6 - 4 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 6 - 4 + 2 = 11
3d6 + 9 + 3 ⇒ (6, 5, 6) + 9 + 3 = 29
K-01 'Kol'
Kol grunts as the parameters of the his mission suddenly changed. He meets the new threat head on -or at least shoulder first- as he barrels into the throng of charging humans, attempting to break their charge with one of his own.
Full-Round Action: Charge + Bull Rush Human #5.
Bull Rush: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
I assume that the humans are currently unarmed?
GM:
Seeing a giant metal man hurdling through his allies Human #3 makes a hasty swing with his tankard and...
AoO, Just Realized only way he can hit you right now is with a nat 20 lol: 1d20 - 3 ⇒ (18) - 3 = 15
Swings wide! He misses the rampaging metal monster
Make your Bull Rush with a -4 Penalty against Human #2
GM:
And Bam! Human#2 Gets pushed as well by the rampaging man, halting both the humans in their tracks
GM Arbitrary Roll #5: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
GM Arbitrary Roll #2: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 19
Human#5 (Feeling a little tipsy from the booze and a huge bulk of metal crashing into him and then being crashed into his friend) loses his balance and gets knocked prone
Seeing the charging humans rushing toward her, the waitress prepares to strike
As Human 1 Approches he draws a dagger at his side and makes an attack...
CMB: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21
...but is quickly disarmed by the waitress before he can make an attack.
As Human 3 rushes toward the waitress he is greeted by the blunt end of Nimos's Greatsword (AoO) and goes spiraling to the ground
Human 4 Attempts an unarmed attack against the waitress...
AoO: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
damage: 1d4 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
...but his attack is blocked and a quick uppercut from the waitress finishes him off
Human 1 stands baffled, until a blunt sword stroke from Nimos knocks him down as well.
Sorry just realized I skipped you Merrilin, go ahead and take your action
Merrilin Thomdril
Seeing his allies make quick work of the opponents, Merry decides to distract the remaining humans, he rushes over to them and casts Hypnotism
Creature HD: 2d4 ⇒ (3, 2) = 5
Lie down laddies, it'll all be over in a wee bit
