Arrrrrrr, walk the plank, scallywag and all that. This be pirates and so do ye be.
Impositions:
Disgraceful Impositions:
Yes, Sir!: For the next hour, the PCs’ crew completes any mundane tasks they’re assigned in half the expected time. This typically relates to Craft and Profession (sailor) checks made to prepare, maintain, or repair the ship, and cannot be applied to combat or more complex deeds like crafting magic items. Costs 2 Disrepute.
Captain’s Orders!: As a standard action, a PC on board her ship can cast fog cloud, heroism, make whole, quench, or whispering wind with a caster level equal to her character level. Costs 5 Disrepute.
Walk the Plank!: The PCs may sacrifice one crew member or prisoner to grant themselves and their crew one of two bonuses: either a +2 bonus on all skill checks or a +2 bonus on attack rolls. These bonuses only apply while on board the PCs’ ship and last until either the next day or when the captain leaves the ship. If a sacrificed character is returned to life, the PCs and their crew members take a –2 penalty on both skill checks and attack rolls for 1 day. Costs 5 Disrepute.
Get Up, You Dogs!: Every PC and allied character on the deck of the PCs’ ship is affected as per the spell cure light wounds, as if cast by a cleric of the PCs’ average party level. This imposition can only be used once per week. Costs 10 Disrepute.
Despicable Impositions:
5: Lashings!: Your ship's speed doubles for 1 day.
5: Shiver Me Timbers!: While on board their ship, the PCs and their entire crew can reroll initiative or roll initiative in what would otherwise be a surprise round. The benefit of this imposition can be used immediately, but only once per week.
10: Besmara’s Blessings!: As a standard action, a PC on board her ship can cast animate rope, control water, remove curse, remove disease, or water breathing with a caster level equal to her character level.
10: Dead Men Tell No Tales!: While on board their ship, the PCs can use this imposition to automatically confirm a threatened critical hit.

Ixrul gathers the crew.
"Regrettably, Captain Jrahk has perished. As First Mate, I am taking over his role as captain."
Coolly, he looks over the crew. "If anyone has any issues with this, please, voice them now."
"With his death, we have need of a new combatant for our standard going-ashore party. If any of you feel you are up to the task, please, step forward. Should you prove capable, you will be given an officer's share."

With almost no hesitation, a tall, muscular half-elven man steps forward. The confident grin on his face indicates that he has been waiting for this moment for a long time.
"Captain Ixrul, my name is Krom Manirah, and if you're looking for a combatant, you'll find no better one on this ship! Just let me summon my trusty sidekick, and we'll decimate any opponent that gets in our way!"
He sits down on the deck and begins chanting to himself. A minute later, a bizarre-looking creature appears at his side.
It is roughly the size of a large horse, and its body is covered in thick, reddish fur. It has a pair of batlike wings and six limbs, four of which end with massive claws that seem to ooze acid. Its green, catlike eyes curiously study its surroundings, particularly the ashore party.
"This is my eidolon, Gurram." Krom explains as he casts a few spells on the creature. (Mage Armor and Greater Magic Fang.) "She is a deadly beast called forth from another plane of existence, and made even more deadly by yours truly!"
He clambers on top of it, strapping into a saddle on its back. With a flourish, he draws a lance from his backpack.

Ace claps as well.
"Hey there, never knew we had more summoners on board, anyways, welcome to the going-ashore party.

"Actually, I do have a question. When you were First Mate, I noticed you spent a lot of time crafting magical gear for Jrahk and the rest of the ashore party. Are you gonna keep doing that, along with all your newfound duties as captain?"
Krom shurgs. "Not meaning to disrespect you, sir. It just seems like you're still the only one of us who has the skill for that. Gurram and I will be very interested in using your services soon, given how much the officers get paid around here."

"Ah...you could say that."
Looking somewhat ashamed, Krom lifts his pant leg, revealing a hinged wooden prosthetic.
"I lost it to a shark a long time ago. Just barely managed to fend it off before it got the rest of me."
He quickly covers it again. "And unlike the late Captain Jrahk, I don't like to flaunt my weak point with an expensive mechanical leg. That just makes you a more obvious target, not that he seemed to mind. But don't worry - I've had several years of practice walking on this, so I won't slow you down at all."
To prove his point, he walks a lap around the deck. Despite his slight limp, he does indeed move as quickly as any healthy humanoid.
Opening her eyes with a gasp, Daliya slowly rose to her feet, feeling odd and disorientated. "What happened? I feel...strong. Stronger than I was." Looking down at herself, she added, "Also, I seem to be green. Why am I green now? What happened to me? Why am I strong and green? How annoyed did I get!?"

Gurram makes a startled shriek and leaps away from Daliya. Krom quickly moves to calm her down.
"Easy, girl, easy! This is a different person!
He turns to Daliya and smiles apologetically. "Sorry about that! Like Ixrul said, you and Captain Jrahk died. Unlike him, you were lucky enough to have a recoverable body. Ixrul has taken over as captain, and you've been reincarnated as an Orc."
"I'm Krom, and this is Gurram. We're the newest addition to the ashore party. Gurram was always afraid of Jrahk, which is why your new body gave her a bit of a scare."

"Yeah, I think we were all scared of him at first. He was like a vengeful demon straight from the Abyss. But then he started picking fights he couldn't win, and we realized he was as mortal as the rest of us."
Krom spits over the side of the ship. "If you can't tell, I didn't think too highly of him."
You don't even need to go all the way to his "lair", as soon as Ixrul steps foot through the gates of teh fort, he appears.
"YOU'VE BROUGHT IT!" he cries, excitedly.
"Now, I can finally leave this wretched plane!"
"Now, who volunteers to help me with the ritual? I won't lie to you, it does involve a bit of possession. Shouldn't take much more than an hour."
"As extra incentive, I can tell you the location of a different treasure hoard, if you let me...this one isn't even on the island, you'd never be able to access it without guidance."
"Side effects? Not that I know of. Maybe a lingering sense of discomfort and horror as you have no control of your body for a while. But nothing important."
"As for what I'll be doing? Performing the ritual to put my spirit inside the Dreamstone. I need a corporeal form for that, however."

Krom casts a few more spells on both himself and Gurram.
Extended Bull's Strength on Krom; Extended Shield on Gurram; Barkskin and Heroism shared.
