"Well done! Yes let's get these documents back to Gueril and go report that our tasks are all complete."

Will we be able to purchase some of these [the noted items in the crate] with the chronicle?
They are not included upon the chronicle sheet. You would have to actually own a copy of the Advanced Player’s Guide to legally purchase them.
Guaril Karela, Entrepreneur
The party returns to to the Pickled Imp with the mahogany box to give to Guaril Karela. The sign on his door has been flipped to 'closed' but the door itself is unlocked. Karela is inside dusting a weapon display case with a plaque that reads: Wave, Whelm and Blackrazor.
"Ah friends you are back! I was just beginning to worry. So let me see." He opens the crate and scans through it's contents. "Yes, this is it! I knew I could count on you." He winks at Jeanne.
"If there is ever anything this truly humble shopkeeper can do for you, you need only ask. Especially you, my knight in shining armor...." He says smiling, his eyes coming to meet with Jeanne's. Karela's eyebrows move up and down a couple of times.
"But you will have to excuse me now. It is almost sunset, and the coven I rent this space to likes to get an early start."

So what's the plan?

The World's Most Interesting GM
The party heads back to the Lodge in a bit of hurry now that afternoon passes into early evening and the walkways of Absalom grow crowded with people heading home, or to evening work, people shopping in the market for the evening meal, while others race to dinner.
The group passes into a market square and discovers blocked by evening traffic and a group of garish mummers about their art. The group is diverted down a side alley with a portion of the crowd.

Suddenly, a cloud descends upon the alleyway causing a panic in the throng.

Frightened the crowd begins to disperse into the mist around the party members. Some try to turn back but are stopped by those people still coming up from behind. Some run the wrong way deeper into the mist trying to find away out of it. All seem to push and jostle one another.
Because of the chaos and lack of visibility, Lars finds it difficult to tell who is, and is not a possible assailant. Shadows keep darting around the man.
Annuit and Keandre both summon up a bit of magical fortitude, and then Keandre promptly walks into a building wall.
Despite the fog, by the sounds of things, the path ahead seems to be the clearer one.
The vapor obscures all sight, including darkvision, beyond 5 feet. A creature 5 feet away has concealment (attacks have a 20% miss chance). Creatures farther away have total concealment (50% miss chance, and the attacker cannot use sight to locate the target).

Annuit draws out the fiery wand he found during his Confirmation, figuring it will be useful against whatever comes out of that cloud.
5' step, draw wand of burning hands, ready an attack in case enemies approach in a position where he can hit them without his teammates. That's a pretty specific trigger so I don't expect it to necessarily happen. At least next round he can maneuver around and then use the wand.

Keandre, Identifying a spell effect that is in place is a knowledge (arcana) (DC 20 + spell level) and is usually a free action. You see the thing you recognize it for what it is, etc....
With detect magic running for 3 rounds you can identify the school of magic the effect is from using with a Spellcraft (DC 15 + spell level).

"Hello?" It's a woman's voice, cultured but muffled, maybe by the narrow confines and thick mist. "Dwarf? Are you in there? You were sitting with that adorable little gnome with the tiger last night, remember? Where is she? Has she abandoned you? And so quickly too. It's a shame really. It is also sad you weren't chosen for your Pathfinder Society Confirmation. All is not lost though. If you hand over the box you received from the Paracountess this morning you may yet live long enough to take it and become a real Pathfinder. We give you to the count of three.... One..."

Another woman's voice calls out of the mist the words of some spell. "Des scintigraphies magiques et éblouissantes!"
No spellcraft roll because you need to see the spell being cast, but it is probably no surprise what it is either.
Suddenly Annuit, Jeanne and Lars are all engulfed in a swirl of scintillating light that refracts and swirls within the cloud.

Annuit is able to shake off the effects of the woman's spell. He does a little magic of his own, creating an acid cloud to cover the concealed area. "Here's a little storm to go with your cloud," he taunts.
Using acid cloud ability. 5-foot radius cloud to include the woman and the squares behind her. DC 14 Fort save for half damage and to avoid being sickened for 1 round.

The World's Most Interesting GM
So what are you two doing up on that roof? I had moved Keandre down to ground level but now he's back and is Lars' only viable target.
The World's Most Interesting GM
Sooo I had put Keandre in the only legal place that he could stand and hit someone other than his allies--one spot north of where he currently is. Lars, well, I can think of a few ways he can do constructive things or hit something (I'll even use your rolls) but you two guys are going to have to figure that out together. I'll let you have 24 hours and then move on with Lars not be able to do anything this round because Keandre is standing in the way and has already moved this round.

Basically, you are in a narrow back alleyway with buildings to either side. The alley is only 5'-10' wide so things are cramped for fighting purposes. You can climb up the buildings if you like (DC 25, 15' tall), but have to use standard climb rules.
The World's Most Interesting GM
Yes, but not for any reasons that are good. Keandre already took his actions this turn and then somehow, magically, ended back up on the roof I took him down from. I'm half temped to say he has broken his nose and knocked himself silly after repeatedly slamming himself face first into alleyway walls (this would be the third time I've seen Keandre perched upon a roof).
The World's Most Interesting GM
Keandre isn't prone, but he could fall prone as a free action and Lars could stand in his square. In order to stand up he would either have to crawl out of the square, or wait for Lars to move out of the space. He would have to make that decision though.
