DM Wicht wrote:You told me it was on the western half of the beach, the jungle to the south, leaving the ocean to the north.Actually the ship is to the north, exactly in the opposite direction, but carry on... :)
To be clear, you are on the southern edge of a u-shaped cove that has walls to the east and west. The jungle is south of you. The ocean is north of you. The ship is also north of you, along the western edge of the cove, but there is more ocean out past where the ship is.

"Did you say Smuggler's Shiv," says Ishirou. He appears thoughtful.
"Sounds like a horrible place," says Sasha, but she is smiling, as if thinking of something pleasant, belying her words.
"Indeed I did, thats what the voices in my head told me... though they seem to be giving me conflicting information about the specific geography of this place."
I relay the information about the island I had told Klania to the two of them.

The lighthouse is to the southwest. The ship is to the west. Go to the ship and logic says we will be closer to the lighthouse than we are now. Unless of course we overshoot, but that wont be an issue because a lighthouse would be on the coast. Find the western coastline and you find the lighthouse. Trust me, I am a ranger. I reached the rank of life in Elf-Scouts.

Let me re-consul the voices in my head about the geography of this place.
You have to go with your first roll, (which was better anyway) as you cannot learn what you didn't already know. But if you missed it, post 151 above has the final bit of geographic help you are going to get (at the moment). I recommend you peruse that for any potential help. Well, maybe one more thing,...

Also i want to try to do my best as a healer to find ways to make Gelik more comfortable.
Medic: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10
if medic won't work heal will be
Heal: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14
"This is symptoms of poisoning and from my understanding the symptoms are of poison that people will apply to food and which apparently was is supper...last night? a week ago? I have no idea how long we were out."
DM Wicht
Gelik brushes away Malchi's help.
"I'm alright," he says, "If you can't get up on your own, other's shipwrecked with you will never take you seriously, and they'd be quite right not to."
As the minutes pass, it is clear that everyone is starting to feel better.
Caasi draws a hooked tear-shape in the sand, crudely, and points to a spot near the top narrow part indicating where he thinks you have been beached on the island he thinks you are on.
It doesn't help a whole lot, but perhaps he can get some better map making tools somewhere.
"It doesn't help us a whole lot," says Aerys, unhappily "what we need is a way off, if indeed we are on an island, which I suppose could indeed be the case. Do any of you have anything to drink?"
Malchi Shua
I of course give him water. "I am also interested in why you are in manacles. What do you think happened to the ship."
Looking at Aerys I say symathetically, "Sorry, ma'am but I didn't bring anything strong. I wasn't really thinking this would happen so only my spells do i have."
I bet Ieena poisoned us.

The man has no way to hold the mug himself, as his hands are manacled behind his back.
"My name is Jask, Jask Derindi, and I was being taken to Sargava for a trial... for something I didn't do. I have been working in Corentyn these last few years as a scribe. I don't suppose that any of you are from Corentyn?"
"As for how we got here, I can't help you... The last thing I remember is the Captain feeding me dinner last night, if it was last night. I suppose it must have been... Oil of Taggit generally only lasts for a few hours. Anything stronger than that and we would be sicker."
DM Wicht
Klania also realizes that opening the manacles is beyond her meager skill. She will need the key
Klania is unable to open the locks on the manacles.
DM Wicht
I wish to detect evil on every one here.
Jask speaks up, "I have some experience in medical matters, and I have seen the effects of Taggit before. This is the first time though that I have experienced it firsthand. And for so many of us, there must have been a lare quantity used. I wonder if the crew was likewise effected." He accepts the drink from Malchi.
His manacles are of good steel.
"The Captain had a key," says Jask, "Perhaps his body is still on the ship."
DM Wicht
"Fresh out of chisels," says Gelik.
The ship in the distance can be currently reached because it is low tide. The tide will come in, and it is possible that the tide will not only prevent access to the ship, but may very well cause the ship to either be smashed against the rocks, or pull the ship out to sea.
DM Wicht
"Well," says Jask, "I don't think I can make that trek, so if its all the same to you, I'm going to wait right here."
"Someone should guard this site," says Sasha, "I can do that."
Ishirou merely grunts and shakes his head resignedly. "There's nothing on the ship to interest me, no doubt its broken and the crew is dead."
"Bunch of quitters," says Aerys, "But really, do we need to go to the ship? My head is killing me. I need a drink."
"No doubt you need a drink, madam," says Gerlik, "There is little else you do but drink and snore."
"Watch it runt," says Aerys heatedly.
After a little more bickering, it is clear that the Gerlik will also stay on the beach, off the rocks, which he fears will tear his clothes, and that Aerys could be persuaded to go, but doesn't really want to.
"When you get to the ship," says Jask, "There were a few of my personal effects in the Captain's quarters. If you fetch them for me, it would be good of you. Some Armor, a small dagger, a symbol of Nethys, and a pouch. I do believe the captain also had some maps."
DM Wicht
Walking along the jagged rocks is not a pleasant task, but as you move northward you realize that when the tide rises, this area will be quite dangerous, due to the pull and tug of the waves atop the rocks.
As you approach the ship, you see firstly that it is the Jenivere, but her prow has been completely smashed.
