In theory you shouldn't be able to do much due to concentration/grappled issues but we have never used those rules for spellcasters and I'm not going to start now.

Likely she could use her strength to break free or cut her way out herself. She is waiting to see what actions the party takes before moving or taking any actions.

You see nothing that looks like a trap in the vicinity just lots of trees and other greenhouse based flora.
