Just for clarity, the mission isn't forgotten. I don't intend to burn mission-specific items.
Only for the moment - a turn of phrase. I assure you, Reta, if you decide to forgo your orders and burn down the ship, cargo, and mission-critical fireworks, it will be of your own volition, and not based on subtle machinations of the GM. It does seem a shame to hold back on what would certainly be a spectacular grand finale, though... no?

Kinda feels wrong not to let Moggy have the moment.

Mogmurch Goblin |

Moggy steps up and bows slightly, as he gazes upon the mighty pile of paper and wood. "Friends, we have fought bravely, each of you have been wonderfully brave and heroic allies. And Reta. Today we achieved greatness that will be remembered for the next week. I call upon each of you here to reflect upon, and enjoy, this wonderful pastime that we like to call, BURNING.
Without further ado, Moggy lights the pile, and capers about the flaming pyre with delight.
Selena is now Level 3!

<--- Dying.
The pile erupts in flames – first small and flickering, growing longer and wider until the man-thing-treasures glow red beneath a canopy of continuous flame. The moss crisps and blackens, and steam rises from the deck of the broken ship – but the wood refuse to burn, years of swamp and seafoam soaked into the timbers. Perhaps Zarongel has other plans for the derelict craft.
The goblins easily make it away with the remainder of the booty. The fire has the horse too spooked to approach. The can still see the glow of the bonfire on deck through the trees as they head back through the marsh.
Upon their triumphant return to Licktoad village, another great feast is given in their honor. It is here that the His Mighty Girthness Chief Rendwattle Gutwad announces (through chief advisor Slorb), announces that Chuffy's bravery and killings of many things, that he should marry the his daughter — the fearsomely corpulent and ferociously lusty Gupy Wartbits. In addition, he is bestowed the title of Overseer of Village Stabbings.
Reta is likewise deemed a title: Master of the Pig Pit. Only the bravest and mightiest of Licktoads can handle such a job!
Poog, showing wisdom and the blessing of Zarongel, is promoted to be the new Head Village Watcher.
Mogmurch does not take on one of the current village roles, but instead is given a new title – Boss of Big Fire.
All the goblins cheer and covort, partaking in slug-challenges and barrels of fermented apples. Chief Gutwad looks on with satisfaction as Slorb attends him with a newly-acquisitioned decorative fan of gold and ivory. Mogmurch oversees the creation of the greatest bonfire Licktoad village has seen in many seasons – rivaling even the burning of the man-things at the ship. Goblins, children and grown, gather round to hear the stories of their adventures, and gawk at the trophy heads Reta displays. The drunken revelry stretches out through the night, with food and drink and song, and dares. The glow of the fire, and roar of the celebration announce to Golarion that Licktoad Village, the mightiest of all goblin tribes, is mightier still - to be respected and feared!
What the goblins do with the fireworks they recover, and what happens when they figure out the meaning of the images and map symbols scribbled onto the back of the ivory fan found in Vorka’s den, sets into motion a series of events that will have repercussions far beyond Brinestump Marsh, in the distant land of Minkai. These events await discovery in the Jade Regent Adventure Path.
