"Yes, I'd like drop this off and make sure it's all intact," Charity says.
She nods, "Okay...we can do that. You know...even though I...I don't know or understand what you're going through...I don't know how important or precious your things are to you....but the most important thing...is that you're here, and you're okay. I'm sorry...I just...I don't know..." She gets quiet as she has no idea of what it is she is trying to say but knowing that Charity got to start her life over...it made a difference.
Yulia comes out of the bedroom, her hair unkempt. "Yes, still...I need to fix my hair and then I'll head to the cafe."
"Maybe we should head back to your place and start your training with Juhi? Dillon suggests.
She nods, "You can hang out with us if you want to. I don't mind...but I'll make sure Juhi is okay with it. I...like doing stuff with you....besides that." She says as her cheeks darken and she giggles slightly.
Charity smiles. "It's alright. These are just some things from my family. If they're intact, it's great. If not...I'll be okay."
Dillon smiles. "Alright."
She nods as she wraps an arm around Rhy and leans into her as they walk.
She gives him a squeeze before laughing lightly and leans into him as they head back to the house.
Rajni finds Juhi sweeping the porch outside.
Smiling as they approach she says, "Hey Juhi...so, how did your morning go?"
"It was fine," Juhi says. "I've mostly been cleaning around the house."
Her smile gets a little wider, "Would you like to go around back and start learning about the crossbow you'll be using?" Looking from Dillon back to Juhi she asks, "Also..if it's alright with you, would you mind if Dillon just kinda hangs out with us?"
"Yes, he can stay if he wants," Juhi says. "Let me go hang this apron up and wash my hands."
"I like the design." Cyna comments.
"Is there anything else you like here, Mother?"
She nods, "Okay, we'll meet you around back." Taking Dillon's hand she leads him around the back to where there's a sturdy looking picnic table and some targets at different ranges set up. She leaves the bolts in the quiver for now as Juhi will not even be touching the crossbow or bolts until she fully understands all the safety rules and mechanics of the bow first.
Juhi comes outside after cleaning up. "Okay, I'm ready."
She nods, "Good. Come on over here to the table where I have the crossbow so you can get a good look at it, but don't touch it yet okay? I have to explain some ground rules first before you can even pick that thing up and there's no if's, and's, or but's about that okay? I'm sure you already know that this is not a toy...it's a weapon and needs to be treated with respect and reverence at all times with perfect understanding of it's mechanics and firing abilities, as well as knowing what it's purpose is...that one is simple. A weapon's sole purpose is to become an extension of yourself so that you can use it effectively, efficiently, and most importantly SAFELY. Rule number one about this particular type of weapon since it fires with a trigger mechanism....The bow is always loaded. Repeat that. I want to hear you tell me, because it is the most important thing to remember and I'm gonna be drilling it into your incredibly intelligent head about every five minutes. So tell me...what is the crossbow?"
"A weapon that's always loaded?" Juhi answers, a little intimidated.

"What do you think of these?" Cyna asks.
Taking a deep breath she lets it out slowly, "I'm sorry...I'm not used to having to teach anyone." Sitting down on the bench she sighs, "The place where I learned this from...it was a bit...different, but they were effective in instilling in me a healthy amount of respect for the use of such a tool. I just...my number one priority...above all else is to make sure that you are safe at all times. Okay? Let's just go through the rest of the safety rules for today and then if you have any questions about anything we went over you can ask me when we're done." She puts an arm lightly around the young girls shoulders, "It's okay, you're doing very well and I'm sure you'll have this stuff down in no time."
For the rest of the lesson she goes over the rest of the rules and makes sure to praise Juhi every time she got the answers to her questions correctly. After about two hours she stops and looks up, "I think that's enough for today. If you keep learning at this pace, we might be able to go for an overnight hunting trip before first snowfall. I'm so proud of you." She says as she gives her a gentle hug.
"Oh, those are really pretty!" Sienna exclaims.
"Thank you, Rajni," Juhi says. "I'm a little hungry now."
Gwen nods in agreement.

No stranger to understanding people, Celia can infer from Ylrhea’s tone and lack of eye contact that what was done to her must have been horrible as well.
”I…I truly am lucky to have been rescued by people who can understand. Thank you for sharing that Ylrhea.” Celia says giving the gnome a grateful smile. ”Would it be alright if I came along when you meet with the shield warrior? I’m curious to see what he has to show.”
"Sure, I don't see any reason why not. We might as well head over there now." Sadhana says turning to Ylrhea to see if there was something she wanted to do first.
Re-adjusting Celine, Alethiro replied, "Sounds good to me. Stew and biscuits it is."
As they go through the market she picks up everything she'll need for lunch, plus a few extra things for the next week or so. She also picks out some New interesting smelling spices to try in some of her dishes. Giving him a satisfied grin she says, "That should do it. Let's go home love, I have a lunch to prepare."
Looking at her husband as he carries their daughter she's suddenly overcome with emotion and quickly wipes a tear away as she thinks that she must be one of the luckiest women on all Vesaria.
Looking at Celine she sees her wide violet eyes open looking around while having a thumb in her mouth. Putting a hand on Alethiro's arm she says, "Go ahead and put her down honey. She's awake, she can walk now. Just make sure to hold her hand."
Going to where Celine could see her she says, "Celine, you're a big girl. Big girls walk Celine. Daddy is going to put you down and hold your hand and we're all going to walk home Celine." She nods at Alethiro to let him know to go ahead and put her down.
Letting out a sigh she says, "You have siblings honey....please tell me it gets better." She says a bit wistfully.
Taking her thumb out of her mouth she rubs her eyes abd nods. She was still too sleepy to talk.
"Thank you, Rajni," Juhi says. "I'm a little hungry now."
She nods and smiles at her, "I'll tell ya what. You did such a good job today that why don't we get washed up and then Dillon and I will take you out to lunch to celebrate the start of your training? We can go eat anywhere you want, it's our treat." She says with a happy lilt to her voice.
"Is there another place besides Hadrinn's?" Juhi asks.
"Yeah, I'm curious to see what sort of training he has in store for you," Ylrhea says.
"I suppose we'll get these then," Sienna says, taking the rings Cyna picked and taking them to the counter. "We'd like to buy these."
"A fine choice," the dwarf says. "That'll be two hundred gold."
Sienna hands over her coin pouch. "That should do it."
The dwarf quickly counts Sienna's money. With a satisfactory nod, she polishes the rings and casts a quick enchantment over them. "When you put them on, they will fit just right."
She boxes the rings up and hands them to the tieflings. "Thank you for your business."
"Is there another place besides Hadrinn's?" Juhi asks.
She nods, "Yeah, there's the old fish and the owner specializes in Jinzih type food. Then there's Ms. Yilia's Café. She usually has different kinds of sandwiches, sometimes soups and other various things. She also usually has some sweet pastry type treats and muffins. She also makes a pretty good ginger tea." She says thoughtfully. Looking between Dillon and Juhi she says, "I'm gonna wash up and let mama know that we're taking Juhi out." She says before giving him a kiss on the cheek and heading into the house to let her mother know where they were going and to give Juhi time to decide where she wanted to go.
When they get back to the house she opens the door for them and let's Rhy and Charity go in first, "We'll be down here whenever you're ready to go back out. I think...I think I'll just get something to drink." She says before giving Rhy a kiss as she goes in the kitchen and pours herself some lemonade. Sitting at the table with her tankard she sips on it slowly.
Once everything is paid for and they're on the way home with their two week supply of groceries she looks at Alethiro, "When we get home love, would you mind putting away the groceries for me? I need to look at the wedding invitation for Kama and Elena's wedding, and I've got to try to find the birthing records we got from the dark dwarves mines. I'm sure since Garth snuck her into the general population that he'd find a way to include her records too. I'd like to find them and figure out how old she is. That way I'll have a better idea of where she should be developmentally." She looks thoughtful as they near their home.
Charity heads upstairs and unlocks the footlocker. Satisfied, she closes it and heads back downstairs.
Asha smiles as Rajni returns, taking a small break from all her work. "How was training?"
She smiles at her mother. She knew how hard this was for Asha, but she would make sure Juhi was safe. Putting her arms around her mother she says, "She's very very smart. We went over all of the safety rules today and she knows them by heart. Tomorrow I'll quiz her on them before we move onto the mechanics of the crossbow and how it works. Don't worry mama...I won't let her get hurt. I'll make sure she understands everything about it before I even let her hold it." She pauses for a moment, "To celebrate her beginning of training, Dillon and I are gonna take her out for lunch okay?" She asks as she goes to the sink to wash up.
"Okay, Rajni," Asha says.
Once her hands are clean and dry she gives her mama a kiss on the cheek and heads back outside to Juhi and Dillon. Giving her little sister a smile she asks, "So....did you decide on where you wanted to go to eat Juhi?"
"I think I would like to try Yulia's cafe," Juhi says.
She nods, "I think you'll like it. I didn't see her there earlier, I'm sure she'd be there by now though. I mean..it's well after noon now. I'm pretty sure you're going to really like it Juhi." She says as she takes Juhi's hand with one hand while taking Dillon's hand with the other they all head to the Cafe.
Juhi nods.
"Need any help?" Drago asked as he came inside.
Alethiro set Celine down and held her hand as the three of them walked through the market.
"Yes and no," He answered her sibling question.
When asked if he'd put the groceries away, the Elf replied, "Of course I will."
