Now that she had at least one client, Konstantyná looked around the town for a vacant place. She would need a place to set up shop, grow her herbs and make her potions. She passes Yulia on her search, looking at a building that had been newly erected, and gives the dhampir a wave.

A Midwife's Other Business:
Yulia waves at the passing changeling. She would need to see her soon, especially when the symptoms started showing up. She saw what Arista was going through and she wanted to minimize the discomfort as much as possible. She turns back to the paladin who stood there. "Well, I guess I can thank Jelks for the quick building. Do you know of a good craftsman in town?"
Yulia finds Meacham's carpentry shop with little difficulty. The man toils on a piece of furniture as the dhampir enters. He looks up at the woman and smiles. "What can I do for you?"
"Aye, that'll do and then some," the paladin replies. "I'll have Barclay draw up the paperwork and give it to you."
AABB:
"My, that's quite a list, but doable," Meacham says after taking the parchment and looking it over. "I can't quite give you an estimated time, so can you come back tomorrow?"
Amélie curls up in Gerard's powerful arms overwhelemed with joy. "Oui, I think that would be perfect right now." she says leaning her head against his chest with a smile.

AABB:
"Very well," Yulia replies with a smile. She almost skips out of the workshop, feeling her dream just within reach. She heads back to her and Drago's house.
Konstantyná sighs. She didn't want to head back to the lighthouse. Soon, she'd have her own living space, but she couldn't very well stay in town until then. A thought occurs to her and she heads to the Old Fish.
Kāma stands outside the bathroom for the third time since they'd gotten up this morning. Try as she might she could not think of anything in particular that they might have eaten the night before, especially since she herself wasn't feeling any ill effects. Genuinely worried she contemplates going and finding Asha, despite Elena's protests.
Cyna dresses quickly after her bath and uses a spell that would allow her to keep watch through the night. She doubted she would find sleep even if she had tried.
You sssit down. I'm going to get your mother." Kāma says leading Elena to the couch and grabbing a large bowl from the kitchen in case she couldn't make it to the bathroom in time. Asha and Priya were both in the tailor shop part of the building. One of them had to know what was going on.
As the oversized rat gnawed on the dummy, Drago concentrated. He could feel the connection, similar to the one he had with Tarja. ”Yes I do, hadn’t noticed that before.”
"Even with just summoned creatures there is a bond there, much like us and our eidolons," Basir says. "Sometimes, it's better to use a summon instead of putting our companions in harm's way. Now, try a different summon."
Trying to be quiet, though she knows it's a bit late in the morning she makes her way with Shamara back into their house wearing the same outfit she wore to meet her sister, Kama, and Dillon for lunch the day before. What followed that meal was nothing short of mind boggling amazing and she hoped it was enough to keep both of them until she returned from her hunting trip. The things that man could do to her were so amazing that they should be.....all thoughts of her.....activities with Dillion the day and night before come to a grinding halt as she sees the state Elena is in on the couch. Going to her sister she looks at her taking in her sickly palor and the smell of vomit on her. Looking from her sister to Kama she asks in an almost panicked voice, "What happened? What's wrong Elena? You look really sick?" Without waiting for a response from either one of them she calls out, "Mama....mama! Somethin's wrong with Elena!" She grabs some extra pillows and places them behind Elena trying to make her more comfortable, "Don't worry Elena, mama and Auntie Priya will surely figure out what's wrong with you. We'll have you fixed up good as new in no time....I'm sure." She says, her voice thick with anxiety.
Asha and Priya rush into the living room. "What's wrong? Rajni, why are you still in your clothes from yesterday?"
Asha looks to Elena. "Never mind, go up and change. We can talk about it later."
She puts a hand on her daughter's forehead. "Hmm, no fever but you feel a little clammy. Priya, get a little water for her to drink. When did you start feeling this way? Have you eaten anything different lately?"
"Splendid," Ieyasu says with a grin. "One's own business can be one of the most rewarding experiences one can have. I enjoy running this bar. It quiets the whispers of the past."
"From a certain perspective, perhaps," Ieyasu says, pouring himself a sake. "But your personal experiences are not invalidated by mine."
He slams back the little cup. "So, why don't you start first? I'm always interested in a beautiful woman's tales before my own."
The first hour of the watch proceeds uneventfully, until the rattling of chains can be heard and four distinct figures approach the bath house from the tower.
