"I'm sorry for that. I didn't ask your name," Magestreia says to Jedda.

"It's Jedda...with two d's," the Anizari answers.

Magestreia looks Jedda up and down. "Indeed."

WILL (Not to crack up in amusement): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (9) + 9 = 18

Sādhanā manages to keep a straight face as they head in. Once out of Jedda's earshot she whispers to Magestreia "Oh yeah, another thing about anizari....there's an inherent....pull of attraction you might notice."

"I see," Magestreia says, taking in the caves. "Is that among the single ones?"

"That's what I've noticed at least. I don't think it's anything that isn't overpowered be real emotion for someone, so probably anyone who isn't already with someone is more prone to it." the magus replies.

Celia tries to keep her pace relatively restrained, but in her excitement, almost runs.

Magestreia smirks at Celia. "Go on ahead, Celia. I think Sadhana, Ylrhea and I can find this Allira."

"Yeah, if my mom missed me, I'd run to her too," Ylrhea says.

Sādhanā's eyes flicker over to her love, a momentary sad expression crossing her face as she brings Ylrhea's hand to her lips for a second.

"Thanks. I'll meet you all later." Grinning, Celia goes off to greet her mothers.

"It must be nice to see one's parents freely," Magestreia says. "Though I'm sure we will run into my mother once again before all is said and done."

Many of the Anizari are surprised to see Celia, but none more than her own parents offering prayers at the altar of Aroden. Hearing her footfalls, Zariah turns around. "Celia! You're home!"

Mikel gets to her feet and embraces her daughter. "Aroden bless us. What happened?"

Ylrhea nods. "I'm sure."

Celia steps into Mikel's arms, embracing her tightly then turning to do the same with Zariah, taking a moment to simply enjoy the loving attention. "It turns out the undercity of Lysse was a much darker and more corrupt place than I ever anticipated. I was robbed and held prisoner for months until Sādhanā...The Bladebearer, and her friends found me while liberating the undercity. Aroden definitely blessed me there." she says turning to look at the others, her eyes falling on the magus' shield.

Celia's parents approach Sadhana. "We owe you our thanks, Bladebearer."

Sādhanā's expression is almost embarrassed as Celia uses her title among the Anizari, though she understand's the significance. Slipping the Shield of Aroden off her back she smiles. "That he did, he's blessed us all."

"It was my pleasure to free an imprisoned sister, and a joy to become friends with Celia. You have every reason to be proud of her strength in coming through what she did. It's an honor to have her beside us. And a joy to see her reunited with you both."

Zariah looks to Celia. "I get the feeling you won't be staying."

Mikel nods in agreement. "Are you serving the Bladebearer?"

Taking a deep breath Celia looks from one of her mothers to the other. "Aroden has given them an extremely important task......he personally appeared. If my help can in any way aid in accomplishing it....I wouldn't be who I am if I didn't try....I wouldn't be who you raised me to be." she says passionately. "I've mised you both so much, and I promise to come and see you when I can, and keep you up to date on how I'm doing."

Her tone clearly seeks their blessing despite her conviction.

"We couldn't stop you before," Zeriah says. "We cannot stop you now. You appear to be in good company, Celia. So, we wish you luck."

Mikel nods in agreement. "But we had better see you on occasion."

Sadhana hears a familiar voice coming from behind her. "It has been a while, fellow Bladebearer."

Magestreia turns around to see the approaching Anizari. "You...you are part dragon."

"And you are not an Anizari," Amareth remarks. "At least, not in totality."

"How do you know?"

"Call it a hunch," Amareth replies. "Yet, you are with Sadhana. So, I am not suspicious of you."

Magestreia narrows her eyes. "Nor I of you."

Umina, the other Bladebearer approaches. "Sadhana. It is good to see you again. I had heard you were here."

She acknowledges Amareth with a nod.

Ylrhea looks at both Bladebearers with a puzzled look.

"Yes, I realized that she's too young...for everything," Umina says tersely.

"Then she tried to be motherly and I considered that to be too weird."

"Perhaps I should go find this Allira on my own," Magestria sighs, feeling a bit out of place.

"I could show you to her," Umina says with a similar lilt that Jedda used.

Ylrhea buries her face in her hands. "No, Magestreia, we'll all go together. I'm afraid something might happen to you if you wander off."

"I am capable of defending myself," Magestreia asserts.

"No...that's not what I meant. Remember what Sadhana said earlier?"

"Oh...oh!" Magestreia says, realizing Ylrhea's implied meaning. She then looks at Umina. "I suppose I should wait then."

"I am Umina, by the way," the blacksmith says, introducing herself to Magestreia. "I am also a Bladebearer like Sadhana. This is Amareth, a Bladebearer as well."

"I am capable of introducing myself, Umina," Amareth points out.

"I am Magestreia," the brawler replies.

"We couldn't stop you before," Zeriah says. "We cannot stop you now. You appear to be in good company, Celia. So, we wish you luck."

Mikel nods in agreement. "But we had better see you on occasion."

"You will, I absolutely promise mothers." Celia says throwing her arms around her parents. Looking towards the others she notes the odd interactions with a grin of understanding. Which also reminded her that there was something else she wanted to share.

Sādhanā smiles, first at the heartwarming sight of Zariah and Mikel's reunion with Celia, then at the unfolding undercurrent of interest centered on Magestreia. This was going to be interesting, at this point
Magestreia would practically need a chaperone.

"Good to see you both again, I gather things have been interesting." she says with only a hint of a smirk. "It's refreshing to all be together in a non crisis oriented moment."

"Would you mind if we took our daughter home for a while, Bladebearer?" Mikel asks. "Since it will be some time before we see her again."

"Allira would like some news of the outside world, I'm sure," Umina says. "It's been rather quiet here."

Amareth nods in agreement. "Save for some interesting temporal issues, but I can get into that later."

"Ah, yeah..."

Magestreia simply stands still.

"Have you found anything out about the Blackcrown Inquisitors?" Amareth asks.

What inquisitors? Oh....ooohhhhh....yeah the ones that killed her parents. I don't think we've heard a damn thing have we?

That will probably be something that we will have to deal with.

"Would you mind if we took our daughter home for a while, Bladebearer?" Mikel asks. "Since it will be some time before we see her again."

"Allira would like some news of the outside world, I'm sure," Umina says. "It's been rather quiet here."

"Not at all, go ahead and enjoy some time as a family. I'm sure you have quite a bit of catching up to do." Sādhanā replies to Mikel, giving Celia and Zariah a smile.

Turning at Umina's comment she nods. "Yes there's a lot to tell....and we can probably explain the temporal thing as well."

"Have fun, Celia," Magestreia says. "We will see you later."
