Iliquoi |

At our level of experience, I do agree that we should stay together and show these cretins the penalty for defiance of the Sith.

Trevan Darksome |

Koro Tass |

Toro nods at the other's accptance of her suggestion, inwardly letting out a sigh of relief, getting co-operation from her Sith brothers isn't always so easy, each of them often being pitted against each other for their Master's approval.
"Let us fetch the bounty hunters, then the 'cargo'. We'll see if the pilot-cur remains in the hangar for some well deserved punishment."
She commands the turbolift to take her to the officer's guest quarters, stepping out into a corridor...
The two bounty hunters hear some muffled voices from outside their quarters and the entrance opens with a hiss.
The female Sith from the hangar enters, the other two crowd the doorway.
Crossing her arms, she says, "The Inexorable is under attack. We are leaving now, and will deliver the 'cargo' with or without you, it is your choice if you wish to forfeit your delivery fee. "
She then waits for the bounty hunter's answer.

Iliquoi |

The miraluka will smile in anticipation of the response, his hand near his lightsaber.

Kordin III |

Kordin had been waiting near the door, vibroblade drawn in case the door was opened by people she didn't know. While she would not have minded taking out the rude woman, she set the blade at her side, and sighs.
"Okay, so the ship is under attack, can you guarantee our payment upon arrival to Dromuud Kaas? Money and flowery words will get you a lot farther with us than thinly veiled threats and rude tones."
Shrugging her shoulders she continues.
"Saying please, or explaining why we are leaving might be a great place to start. Because if this is some elaborate ruse to rip us out of 30k there will be some problems."
Walking over to the bar, the tall Mandalorian picks out a few choice bottles and loads them into her pack. She grabs unopened bottles, and one she enjoyed.
"But if we are leaving in a rush, I'd rather not hold you up. Might as well take a few souvenirs right? A bottle of liquor from a downed vessel might sell well to collectors in the future if the Inexorable doesn't make it."

Koro Tass |

"Pleasantries can wait until we've safely arrived on Drommund Kaas. Yes, your payment is guaranteed. We are leaving... because our Master, your client wishes it so. The 'cargo' must arrive on Drommund Kaas intact. "
She pauses, considering the potent duo before her, her esteem of the Mandalorian increasing. She asked cogent questions, directly...with some sarcasm, but Koro didn't hold that against her.
"Some more information for you consideration. Your pilot has taken it upon himself to shoot his guards and flee towards the hangar where his ship...your transport, lays waiting. We consider his life and ship forfeit ,given his actions. You we hold blameless for his actions, indeed we hold you in much higher esteem." she says, pulling a credit chip from her belt.
"I am authorized to offer this...10K credits to ensure your continued service after the delivery on Drommund Kaas. " she holds the chip aloft for a moment before returning it to her belt. "But that is a matter for you to discuss among yourselves. "
"Now, gather your gear. We must fetch the cargo, then make haste to the hangar, where our transport awaits." she turns to go, then looks back at the tall Mandalorian, "Please..." she says, a wicked grin spread across her face.

Trevan Darksome |

Trevan chuckles at Koro Tass' delivery.
"Koro Tass is the most polite among us. We must quickly reach our objectives as we have little time to dawdle. Come it is time to go".

Venaris Cole |

Unlike his Mandalorian associate, Venaris has no armor and only a pistol and a knife, the rest of his gear stashed in his utility belt. Thus, gathering them and moving along is a simple and rather quick matter.
"Eh," he says with a shrug as soon as Koro shares the news of the third bounty hunter's escape. "I did not like him very much anyway. Too... dour. And besides, these several thousands of credits you just spoke of? Great incentive for us to move."
He then winks at the Sith woman. "And you even said 'please'."

Koro Tass |

Koro nods at the seeming acceptance of the situation by the bounty hunters, turning with a snap of her robes...
Making haste, she leads the group towards the holding bay where the 'cargo' was under guard.
Any indication the Inexorable was under attack yet , GM?

GM Phntm888 |

None yet, although by now, the fighters have likely engaged each other.
Arriving in the secure storage facility, you see the carbonate slab hanging on the wall. Guarding it are 2 squads of Imperial Troopers. The one in charge approaches you as you enter the room.
"My lords, we heard the alarms. Is the ship in danger of being boarded?"

Koro Tass |

"Indeed it is, should the fighters be unable to hold our enemies at bay. You will gather the carbonite and bring it with us to the stern starboard hangar." Koro says in a tone that assumes absolute obedience.
She turns to the others, "In case the Inexorable is boarded, the troopers and the carbonite will take the center. I will lead , with her , she says, pointing at Korbin, " You two take up the rear with him" she says indicating the other Sith and the Echani.
"Agreed?" she asks, but doesn't wait for an answer , snapping her fingers at the troopers, then leading the way astern...

Kordin III |

Looking over the soldiers, Kordin thinks it's a solid plan, but it lacks ingenuity and color.
"If we encounter any enemies, try not to damage their armor too much. We can have these fine soldiers here change uniforms and we can "capture" a few sith and freed some prisoners. It would get us past a couple of other obstacles. If this popsicle is what they are after, they'd probably let us right on through. If they have jedi with them there might be some issues but I can probably take at least one. Ven, think we got this?"

Iliquoi |

If there are any Jedi solider, leave them to the Power of the Dark Side. says the Miraluka.

Koro Tass |

Koro regards the Mandalorian, the nods , seeing the sense in what she was saying, " An intresting gambit, but we may not have time for such tactics. Come, to the hangar!"
She leads the group out into the ship, setting a punishing pace...

Iliquoi |

Would it be possible to use the Force to see if there are force sensitive people around and what aura they might have?

Trevan Darksome |

Trevan growls and takes a position in the rear not wishing to countermand Koro Tass in front of strangers.
What sort of fight will be had in the back?
Lightsaber in hand, Trevan reaches out with the Force to ascertain if there are Light Side users on these ships... Sense Force 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22

GM Phntm888 |

Use the Force: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
Use the Force: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
You sense one Force-user on the bridge, and one in the hangar bay.
[ooc]You need a talent to tell if they are light side or dark side. That particular use is for telling whether there are Force-users within 100 km.

GM Phntm888 |

Also realized I forgot to tell you the Republic ships are too far away to sense.
Your journey through the corridors of the Inexorable is relatively uneventful. Towards the end of it, you feel the vibrations of the turbolasers firing, as well as the occasional shudder of the shields taking a hit.
As you approach the entrance to the hangar bay, you hear Zilar's voice say, in protest, "Look, I ejected that homing beacon in the last system to ensure you could track this ship. Why can't I just get on mine and get out of here? I don't want to help you rescue some Republic general. You aren't paying me enough to face down Sith!"
Entering the hangar bay, you see the tableau before you. Two squads of Republic troopers stand ready, a Republic drop ship sits in the hangar bay, and Zilar stands there, arguing with two Jedi, a female Twi'lek and a a male human. They look over as you enter, and the Twi'lek says, "Stay where you are. If you return the general to us, we shall allow you to depart from here in peace. Should you wish, you could even turn from the dark path to the light. You cannot have traveled far down it's black roads."
The human says, "If not, we shall be forced to slay you, and take the general back ourselves."
Both hold lightsabers out and at the ready.
Let's roll Initiative, shall we? Unless you want to talk it out?

Koro Tass |

Hearing , Zilar's whining, Koro hisses, "I'll gut that traitorous dog!"
She strides confidently into the hangar, a wide grin spreading across her face at the sight of the Jedi.
"Peace? The Light? You waste your breath Jedi. It was a mistake to come here."
Koro glances at Kordin beside her and Venaris behind, "Choose your side now, bounty hunters."
Koro's lightsaber appears in her hand, igniting with a hiss.
Talking into her commlink, she contacts the central command, "Boarders present in stern hangar bay. I repeat, boarders present in stern hangar bay."
Initiative: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26

Iliquoi |

The miraluka will smile at the Jedi's proposistion. Are these knights or padawans.
Int. 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9

Trevan Darksome |

Initiative 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22
Traven approaches the female Twi'lek but pauses, "You mean there is another way? The Light Side would have me after all of the evil I have committed?"
Deception 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16

Venaris Cole |

"Choose sides? You do know you still have not paid us, right? It would be unprofessional to turn on you," Venaris replies to Koro with a shrug, his eyes focused more on the enemies, especially the Jedi, rather than the Sith woman. "Unprofessional and a loss of credits."
Initiative: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24

Kordin III |

"This... is a little above that 30k I was promised. I think... I'll sit this one out. Or not as the scary lady is giving me a mean look. No hard feelings right?"
The mandalorian already had her vibroblade out, she clicks something on her wrist before entering a combat stance.
Initiative: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14

GM Phntm888 |

Apparently Koro is quite ready to fight with that initiative roll. Iliquoi, I need yours.
Looking at Trevan, the Twi'lek says, "Do you think us so easily fooled?" Both ignite their lightsabers and move into combat stances.
You can't tell. They look like all Jedi.
Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20
Initiative (Twi'lek): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
Initiative (Human): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
Initiative (Zilas): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
Zilas draws his blaster and looks at Kordin and Venaris with...is that hate?

Trevan Darksome |

Trevan grins his eyes glowing with fire, "I would have made your death painless, now I shall make you suffer..." he states igniting his blade.

GM Phntm888 |

Ah. I read the "INT" as "Intelligence", not "Initiative". Thank you for clarifying.

Koro Tass |

Koro's blood begins to rise as the combatants engage, a wicked smile emerging on her face.
Clenching a fist, she ruthlessly takes control of the Force, reaching out and lifting a cargo loader behind the Jedi and causing it hurtle throught the air at the human Jedi.

Kordin III |

"You said leave the jedi to you guys right? Then I guess I'll go for the troopers."
Still feeling the effects of the alcohol, Kordin barrels forward and swings wildly at a trooper.

Igniting her lightsaber, Koro reaches out and lifts a cargo loader, throwing it at the human Jedi. Warned by the Force, he attempts to dodge, not quite succeeding as it clips his shoulder. Meanwhile, Venaris draws his blaster and fires a hasty shot at the troopers, missing the mark. Trevan reaches out and pulls the Twi'lek towards him, slashing viciously at her. She is barely able to stop the lethal blow, and it is clear the effort cost her. Kordin activates her vibrosword and swings wildly at a trooper on a charge, also missing the mark. Perhaps she shouldn't have drank so much...

Finding herself in close with one of the Sith, the Twi'lek calls on the Force to aid her attack, striking at him. Trevan easily blocks her attack as she settles into a combat stance.
The human, seeking to disrupt the Sith holding the forklift, also calls on the Force and leaps towards her, striking from above as he lands behind her, saying, "I will bring you to justice for your crimes, Sith."
Koro, take 11 damage, and 1 DSP for using the Force to harm another creature.
Zilas, apparently having the good fortune to not be attacked, shoots at the Miraluka Sith who invaded his mind earlier. Iliquoi takes a harsh blow, and Zilas grins in triumph as he moves towards his ship.
Iliquoi, take 11 damage.
Stretching out with the Force, Iliquoi tells the human Jedi, I am your friend and have important information. The Twi'lek is really a Dark Lord of the Sith, take her out." Looking at her, he says, "What? Treachery? I must stop it!"
His next round he'll attack her, unless another threat presents itself first.
The troopers exchange fire, with Republic troopers falling and 2 Sith troopers going down. Venaris takes a glancing blow, as does Kordin.
Venaris, Kordin, 8 damage each. Kordin, you get an Attack of Opportunity.
Round 2 ends tomorrow at 5:00 pm.

Venaris Cole |

"Damn," Venaris mutters under his breath as the enemy proves more accurate than him. Still, he is hardly out of the fight, and, noticing his former partner moving towards the ship, he points his pistol at him and fires.
"Leaving so soon?"
Shooting at Zilas this time.
Ranged attack (sidearm blaster pistol): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
Damage (energy): 3d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 6) = 9

Iliquoi |

The human jedi is now my friend. Leave him be. says the miraluka in an authoratative tone.

Kordin III |

Kordin only takes 3 as she has a light shield generator :p
The blast seems to hit Kordin and dissipate while only lightly damaging her.
"Ven, I'm going to need you to repair my shield later. Finicky thing always goes first, but boy is it good to have."
AoO: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 92d6 + 6 ⇒ (2, 3) + 6 = 11
"Stop moving around so much, it only makes it hurt more when I actually... connect!"
Kordin grunts out the last word of her sentence as she brings the vibroblade down on the republic trooper with an overhand chop.
Vibroblade: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 232d6 + 6 ⇒ (4, 3) + 6 = 13
"Take no chances with the jedi, any chance that they could escape and reveal sensitive information is too much of a chance."

Trevan Darksome |

Round 2
Trevan grins as the Human Male turns on the Twi'lek, "Should you wish, you could even turn from the light path to the dark. You cannot have traveled far down it's fruitless roads."
Trevan calls upon the power of the Dark Side to smite his foe.

Neither the Jedi or the Sith will ever hire you again. Best to blow your brains out now and end your miserable life now
Both he does with a smile, a calm and calculated smile.

Iliquoi |

I just noticed that my first roll for the mind trick that made the jedi attack the other one was only listed as a plus 8 rather than 12, I think I got this character mixed up with my vurk in the other game.

Koro Tass |

Koro hisses from the exquisite pain as the Jedi's blade scores a hit along her arm. She gathers herself to launch the suspended cart into the back of his head, when the Jedi's face goes blank then his words show that Iliquoi's trick had worked.
Her lips twisted in contempt, she ignores the male Jedi for now, then sees the hated pilot fleeing towards his ship...
GM, just wanted to make sure this was the way I read it. Move object states that with concentration one can keep the object aloft. Do I need to reroll the UtF or use my previous roll
