How do you want to handle the animal companions? Their own initiative count or the same as their owners? And then do we need to make Handle Animal checks and the like for them to do what we want, or are we just treating them like secondary PCs?
Kale's Init roll: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11

"Ugh, spiders! I hate spiders!" Janji moves backwards 10 feet, and creates the illusion of a Spider Eater halfway between the spiders and the party.

Lion #1 Initiative: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
Lion #2 Initiative: 1d20 + 8 - 2 ⇒ (16) + 8 - 2 = 22
Bartleby struggles against the webs and attempts to get a good look at the spiders.
GM, are the webs anchored or count as opposing force? Are we impeded from movement or can we moved as per the entangled condition?
If Bartleby can move, he will just climb on top of Martin. If not, he will have Martin grab a hold of Bartleby so that he can't be dragged away. Can the webs be burned or escaped via Escape Artist or the like?
Also is there a map?
One lion is also entangled and the other is not. Bartleby will command them to attack the spiders.
Lion #2 (higher initiative): entangled, no charge. If the lion can move, it will attack a spider.
Bite: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22
Bite Damage: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9 + Grab (free, no AoO)
Grab: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (8) + 13 = 21 vs Spider CMD - If the bite hits, the lion can start a grapple vs the spider. If this lion's grapple is successful, the spider's AC will be reduced for the other lion's attacks.
Lion #1: Charge/pounce: (AC -2 due to charge). This lion will attack the same spider as Lion #2, the spider may have an AC of 2 less if the other lion was able to attack and successfully grapple.

Grab: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (13) + 13 = 26 vs Spider CMD - If the bite hits, the lion can start/join a grapple vs the spider.
Martin will primarily assist Bartleby, however if a spider comes close he will attack it, or if Bartleby is able to climb aboard, they will attack a spider together. Martin has 10' reach.

From your description, it sounds like the last spider is hanging from the ceiling 60ft. over our heads. That is far, far out of melee range, so...
Kale draws a Chakram and throws it at the spider hanging over their heads.
Chakram, attack, bonus vs. Large or Larger creatures: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 7 + 1 = 28

"Wow this place is huuuuge.." Bartleby's tiny high pitched voice reverberates through the large chamber as he fires his crossbow at the spider and reloads.
Attack Roll: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (3) + 9 = 12
"Hmm maybe I need more practice with this thing."
| Janji |
Janji draws his bow and fires an arrow at the remaining spider. "Die, you creepy crawly bastard!"
Shortbow attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Unfortunately, he is even worse at archery than Bartleby, and his arrow completely misses.
"Um...when I called you a 'creepy crawly bastard,' it was really a term of endearment..."

The spider moves down, striking at the one in its web, its larger size giving it enough reach to stay away from the ones in its domain!

Bartleby tries to free himself from the webs otherwise moves slowly to assist the others, or if they can move to him he can speed up the healing.
Depending how many rounds it takes to free himself or with the aid of others he can start to assist Riggar and Kale by using his heal skill to treat poison. (might be faster if they can come to him or are close enough that he can move entangled.) He will have Martin assist and rip away the webs as well.

"This venom is tricky and potent."
Takes three rounds before I can give Kale a +4 competence bonus to his saves if he still needs it by then.
Riggar save: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21
One round for Riggar, but not until the 4th round of saves.
Not sure how much help it will be but maybe.
Don't forget the resistance orison should still be active on most ( +1 to saves )

What kind of reach does the Spider have? I was using a Reach weapon (the Guisarme), so I was attacking from 2 squares away instead of 1 square away. Did that provoke an AoO? Amir would have had to provoke for his attack, although Kale's attack would have technically killed the spider first.
If the spider had 15 ft. of reach then here are my rolls:
Kale repeatedly tries to help Riggar fight the poison, but seems to be unsuccessful.
Riggar, Treat Poison (Heal): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (3) + 9 = 12
Fortitude, Resistance Orison: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 6 + 1 = 26
Riggar, Treat Poison (Heal): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10
Fortitude, Resistance Orison: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 6 + 1 = 9
Riggar, Treat Poison (Heal): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13
Fortitude, Resistance Orison, Bart's Poison Treatment: 1d20 + 6 + 1 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 6 + 1 + 4 = 23
Wow, my treat poison checks are crap. No aid for Riggar from Kale. However, if the spider hit, that is 2 successes and 1 failure after 3 rounds of Fortitude Saves.
| Kale "Seascum" |
Ah, okay. So the Spider would have AoO'd against Amir. His AC is 24 with Barkskin right now, so I'll replace my FS rolls with his:
Amir, Fortitude, Resistance Orison: 19 + 6 + 1 = 26
Amir, Fortitude, Resistance Orison: 2 + 6 + 1 = 9
Amir, Fortitude, Resistance Orison, Bart's Poison Treatment: 12 + 6 + 1 + 4 = 23
I'll try to specify reach vs. non-reach in the future. Sorry for the confusion.

Riggar's body reacts quickly to the venom but not quick enough. His face grows pale, and his lush brown beard has a few strands of gray appear. He clutched his holy symbol, and cards a spell.

Bartleby helps out with the search after freeing himself from the webs. He stuffs a bunch of the sticky stuff into a small vial, knowing that spellcasters sometimes need webs for components.
Bartleby will beam his detect magic around as he looks for clues or information.

"I feel strange.."
Bartleby sparkles briefly and you hear an almost imperceptable *ding*.
"Maybe we should rest up a bit and let you guys recover from the spider bites, this place isn't going anywhere. We can return in a few days."
