grim sees the others jump into the lake and he decides what the heck, why not he takes off his hooded jacket and neatly folds it and places it neer the lake on a dry looking rock and jumps into the lake he misses the "elavator" but doesn't seem to notice, his physical features seem odd, and its more noticeable without the jacket though its initially difficult to tell exactly what, other than his hectacromia*, at first, eventually you figure he looks too... perfect, not in a super model kind of way more like a Fae kinda way

Benefit
When you take this feat, you must decide whether you are unusually beautiful or unusually hideous. Once you make this choice, you cannot change it. You gain a bonus on Perform checks (if you chose beauty) or Intimidate checks (if you chose ugliness) equal to the number of Abyssal heritor feats you possess. As a full-round action, you can attempt to distract a target within 30 feet by focusing your attention upon it. The target must be able to see you and can resist your distracting appearance by making a Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 your character level + your Cha modifier). Failure indicates that the target is fascinated (if you are beautiful) or sickened (if you are ugly) for as long as you remain in its line of sight. You can affect a specific creature in this manner only once per day. This ability is usable a number of times per day equal to the number of Abyssal heritor feats you possess.

"There are a lot of students here, many of them come with big problems. With so many in need of help, it makes sense for him to defer to those who have more time to focus on a problem. And it encourages all of us to work together and learn to help each other. The problems that he does have to directly intervene in are generally extremely serious. Otherwise he mostly only has time to match up people with problems with other people willing to work on those problems."

"I believe he feels that if it drives us to learn than it should stay until we have learned. With in reason. He has helped me save my sister so I can't say he's not doing his job.
