Unless it improves, the current posting activity is going to necessitate one of two options:
1) Removing characters who are unable to post frequently and recruiting new players.
2) Shutting down this campaign.
I honestly feel a little lost on where to go.
If you have no ideas on solving any mysteries in this level, you can always go to the stairs. Nothing says you have to (to borrow a video game term) get 100% completion.
You can also just hole up somewhere and wait until you can return to Haven, if you wish.
I had given my vote to go to the stairs earlier but apparently the option was not taken so I was assuming we were being held up here for some reason.
Down the stairs we go, then? Or do you want to try the statue's suggestion?

Sorry for slow updates - work is busy lately, and trying to get our apartment managers to do something about our upstairs neighbors playing their TV so loudly that we can't sleep until 2:00-3:00 AM is taking its toll. I'll try to get a post up tonight.
Give me $50 bucks and an hour alone in their room and I'll hand you a remote that can turn off their satellite. Nifty trick my software buddy taught me.

Seriously, people who sleep that late usually wake up very very late. Check with your other neighbors (downstairs) what time do they wake up. As soon as they are up (and will not get too bothered by it), turn a freaking Harlem Shake on at top volume on your stereo, rotate your speakers up and wait until they come to complain about it.
Special advice: You can also program that on your stereo and let it make a mess while you're at work (and at a time they are sleeping).
Special advice 2: that tactic is more effective if you repeat the same song over and over, with a 15 minute interval.
If they want war, they should have it.

I'm not going to get into a war with them, as that's just asking for more trouble. Apartment management has asked that we write them a letter about it so they have the complaint in writing in case they have to go to court about it, so hopefully things will get better soon.
Although if they're still around then, Thanksgiving weekend could be interesting. I might "accidentally" set my alarm to go off every hour from 3:00 AM to 8:00 AM or so while we're out of town.
