Kali slips out like a ghost onto the stones and quaffs her potion of mage - James however, slips as he begins to clamber up the stones, his chainmail ringing out.
The serpentfolk begin cursing in Aklo, scrambling onto the shore and grabbing daggers laying by their sides.
I'll call drinking the potion Kali's surprise action. Kali gets an AoO on yellow serpentfolk
The water is shallow enough to stand in once you are out of the tunnel, although it is difficult terrain.

Seemingly from out of nowhere, one of the serpentfolk suffers a boot the head! It doesn't carry too much force, but nonetheless leaves an ugly bleeding bruise.

James arrows sink down to the fetching, laying the surprised serpentfolk prone. A moment later, spurts of blood splatter the side of his face as Kali breaks the ribs of one serpentfolk with a supersonic strike, and then another by slamming its head into the ground.
The serpentfolk on the ground quickly realizes this peril, and calls upon its inner magic magic - or tries to. It its panic, it creature is unable to cast its spells.
The other creature bites and stabs at Torque to no avail.

Kali drops a serpentfolk with her controlled fury; it lies convulsing on the ground as it slowly bleeds out.
With his mighty axe, Torque hews limbs like firewood, and the second serpentfolk falls just as quickly.
Bow and magic missiles serve to blast the cooling husks into pulpy snake-bits.
Spell Penetration: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (16) + 11 = 27
Once the battle abates, the Pathfinders quickly uncover a few items of note: a wand and a scroll - the scroll in case with the draconic sigil for "10" marked upon.
The door leading to the right appears well-locked, while the door to the north is slightly ajar.

Damien riffles through the creature items and takes a quick look at the scroll. "It's a scroll of Flame Strike, something you could probably use to smite chaos." He comments while handing the parchment to Torque.

Kali tightens her chains around her (to keep them from jangling) until they begin drawing small droplets of blood, and a serene, sensual look crosses her face. Then she makes her way through the northern corridor, her unnaturally-black skin providing surprisingly good camouflage in the poor lighting.
DM, please expose the northern hall and move me 20 feet down it (unless I reach something/someone before then, of course).

It occurs to me that I forgot to mention some other items in the sauna: there was a bag with a a jade holy symbol of Ydersius, a bag of spell components.
The passageway opens up to reveal a large statue of a snake facing a wide corridor to the north that ends in a pair of golden doors covered in a twisting serpent pattern
Kali, ghost-like, pads into the hallway, catching just the backsides of two particularly muscled serpentfolk as they round the far corner. The creatures appear not to have noticed the monks padding footsteps, but their voices can still be heard close-by.
They appear to be patrolling - you would guess they will return shortly

I moved myself up behind Kali, but are we going to hide in the side spot and wait for them to come down the hallway or try to get them in the hallway, which is narrow and will prevent all of us from attacking? Might need to move me into the hall with the doors then.

As Torque moves to join the ambush he just notices a tracery of silver runes, mostly obscured by dust, immediately in front of the double doors. One step closer... well, who knows what sort of foul magic would have issued from the doors.
Suitably warned, the party stays clear of the door until the snake-men come back down at corridor. The monk leaps in front of the serpentfolk, suprising them; still, she overreaches and misses her strike.
Kali gets the surprise round, I rolled stealth for the rest of you.

Both of the serpentfolk seem to fight off Damien's magic - perhaps protected by nictating membranes.
With the hindrance of cover - partially counterbalanced by Torque's inspiring words, two of James' arrows bite the flesh of the leading serpentfolk, while Kali's rapid flurry puts the creature out of the party's misery.
The remaining serpentfolk steps up to Kali - it seems too stupid to flee. It swings a mace and bites at the monk to no effect.

With a few well placed strikes the party quickly finishes off the remaining serpentfolk.
Besides the ornately decorated doors to the north, the passage continues east. A short flight of stairs to the east leads down to a doorway and
an alcove containing a statue of a robed serpentfolk priest with its hand raised in warning. On the wall at the top of the stairs, the image of a coiling serpent is carved in the stone.
Note this maps North points left. Let me know precisely where you go next, and what order you take (I'm assuming Kali, Torque, James, and Damien unless otherwise counterindicated)

Seeing no real point in carrying anything around any further than necessary, Kali places the medallion in the indentation.

Kali opens the door to quite a sight. This vast chamber glows with green light that seems to emanate from the stone itself. Along both sides of the chamber are emerald pools, above which loom gigantic serpent statues, their fanged maws pouring rivulets of green liquid into the pools below. On the far end is a glorious serpent statue plated with green metal scales, reaching nearly to the high ceiling. This statue is missing its fangs. In the center of its body is a glowing green emerald the size of a fist, held in place by brackets of dark metal.
A double, albino skinned serpentfolk hisses in surprise at the intruders.
"What have we here? Ahhhhh, I sssseee - more adventurers. Why do you foolish ssssurface dwellersssss keep coming to this place? I have no more patience with your k-k-k-kind - although you may yet sssserve Ydersssiusss."
James: you notice acid dripping from the fangs of the serpent statues. You would guess that passing in front of them may cause them to spit acid streams.
