Hiya, folks, and welcome to Skull and Shackles v. 2.0!

Before we start, I would like to hear a bit of feedback about the previous campaign. One of the advantages of having a new GM is that you can say what you didn't like about the previous game without worrying about hurting my feelings. So, I have a few simple questions: Is there anything you'd like to see included in the new PbP? What went well...or not so well? This is to help me figure out where to take the game from here on out, and to give me a chance to try to cater to everyone's gaming style.

I, for one, noticed that a lot of physical descriptions were lacking. To remedy this, I will try to make sure that I give a brief description of NPCs you meet, and if there is art of that character, I will post it up on a OneDrive account.

I'm also considering having people have actual conversations with the PCs for the night actions, instead of a roll-diplomacy-and-go style interaction.

On the positive side, it would deepen immersion and give the PCs a chance to actually interact with, get to know, and possibly even care about the NPCs aboard the Wormwood. The negative is that it would slow down the speed through which the party moves the story forward.

I guess it comes down to whether or not you folks just want to burn through the days to get to the "event days," or if you want to take a more leisurely pace. There's certainly nothing wrong with roll-and-go, if that's the preference.

Last but not least, I will probably try to recruit a 4th in the near future. There is another "event day" coming up soon that would make for a relatively easy explanation for a sudden new party member besides "Uh, yeah, I was a stowaway," or simply retconning one of the undines into the new character.

I was trying some flavor posts with my diplomacy. Wooing the half orc--asking the slaver about slavery, etc.

Anyway, thanks for taking over. More descriptions would be appreciated. Some how I get the feeling that the 'bimbo' Sandara should be a bigger factor, but we hardly got to know her.

I just finished working a double shift, and I am wiped. I'm going to delay my post until tomorrow, and then I should have a regular posting schedule.

I could ask a friend to take a role. We play together another game. Do we need something special? Arcane, divine, ranged?

I'm fairly easy however it decides to be run.

I will rebuild Akadi to the lower points buy and ensure compliance with the ACG later today, though I can't see anything obviously different in the ACG at this level.

We good to go yet??
