The lout, as he is called, lives up to his name, standing ready, drooling with anticipation to cave in your skull.

Yellow turban looks less confident, but also stands at the ready.

Aldren calls out...

He calls upon his mistress...and points from Lout to Yellow.

The large misshapen creature, blinks and turns to yellow with a malicious grin.

Lubella took advantage of the distraction to move up behind the half-ogre and attack it with her scimitar. "Do you really want to be a tool of these fools? They don't care at all about your well-being, or even if you live or die!"

Lubella gracefully slides behind the distracted ogre-thing and slashes it with her small but sharp blade.

Ouchies! it bellows, but not comprehending her plea.

As she moved forward she can see better into the dimly lit chamber beyond and spots a bridge and three creatures. Namely, a familiar woman and red hound, and a strange blob looking creature.

A little confused why Lubella is attacking the creature that seemed to be under Aldren's influence, Talvek moves in to take care of the other threat.

Arcos attacks yellow as well, trying to make it easier for the Lout to finish it off.

Lubella is able to tell the hound is a hellhound, evil outsider able to breathe fire and immune to its affects.

The blob not so much is known.

The woman appears to be a hybrid form of bearded devil, another evil outsider with corresponding resistances and some minor spell abilities.

Talvek moves and lands his strike on yellow, doing enough damage to stagger him. And Arcos fires a bolt and finished the man with a flourish.

The ogre Lout scowls at yellow for dying so easily. Hey!

The lout looks at Lubella with anger and cannot resist the sudden urge to chop his would be ally.

Lubella felt that, given Aldren's enchantment, she hadn't given the half ogre a proper chance to surrender. She didn't want to spend time trying to persuade it, since Nox and her pet were nearby, so she decided to try a disabling strike. She spun into her martial dance, lunged forward, and aimed for the back of the lout's knees with the flat of her blade.

Lubella reaches up and lands a well-placed flat of her blade to the base of Lout's skull. He goes down with a thud.

Arcos runs forward to behind one of the tables, readying to attack a creature once it comes into the hallway.

The fleshy blob undulates in a rush towards Talvek and attempts to claw him.

Arcos' bolts do electrical damage.

Lubella called out, "Lady Nox! Will you renounce your fiendish heritage and turn away from the path of darkness?" She wasn't entirely sure that Nox could be redeemed, but the supposed half-devil's answer might be informative in some way.

I want to see the results of Talvek's AoO before I post Lubella's actions. Who knows, perhaps he can skewer the blob and kill it with his strike!

As the fleshy creature charges towards him, Talvek's right arm lengthens and he manages to bring his rapier to bear so that it scratches the side of the blob.

Arcos's readied bolt hits the devil with a sizzle, as the electricity burns some of the blob's flesh. It hisses at him.

Talvek's strike also lands true, but does not appear to do any damage to the creature before it slashes him with a dirty claw.

The room is lit well enough that Lubella can see Nox indeed has her glaive...but at this moment, it is sheathed on her back.
She also has what appear to be a number of throwing axes hanging from her belt. She is wearing chainmail under a flowing black cloak.

Aldren steps up and swings at the foul creature.

Begone to your infernal vat!

FWIW, Talvek has silversheen applied to his rapier.

Lubella sliced at the foul blobby thing, which reminded her of the things they had fought it the Fair Fortune Livery. She stepped back, trying to spread out, should the Hellhound decide to breathe fire.

Thanks. I thought he had something but I did not scroll far enough back thru history.
If possible in the future, when posting attacks, please include the weapon and any
special properties (or energy). It makes sure I don't forget or miss something.
Since in some cases, more than one property or energy can apply.

With Talvek's silvered blade and Lubella's scimitar, the slashes take down the blob and it disappears in a flash.

In a rage, Nox calls out to the hound as she plucks an axe from her belt and hurls it at Talvek.

Lubella dodged out of the way of the worst of the flames. She stepped forward towards the beast, but instead of moving all the way up to it to attack, she muttered an arcane phrase, trying to coat Nox's polearm with slippery grease. "Kill the accursed hound!", she urged her allies. She really hoped that the infernal creature couldn't breathe fire again right away.

Casting Grease on Nox's glaive. DC 14 Reflex if she gets a save, but given that she's not holding it, I'm not sure there is a save right now.

Talvek also manages to avoid the worst of the fire breath, and closes in on the hellhound.

"Oh no, Mehpries, bad doggy!" he shouts back in Infernal as again his elongated arm whips up to skewer the creature.

Talvek laughs as the hounds flames do not even singe a single hair, and Lubella dodges most of the breath.

Nox tries to duck the spell reflex: 1d20 ⇒ 6 as her polearm becomes covered in grease.

Talvek howls in pain as the blade of the glaive bites deeply into his side, but his agony subsides as Aldren heals him. Yes, having a longer-than-usual arm works great, until your opponent pulls out their own blade-on-a-stick trick.

"How telling that you care more about an infernal mutt than about the people of Kintargo." His tone is serious for now, the levity and teasing gone. He attempts to return the favour of being sorely wounded.

I realized that I hadn't been applying the Bless attack bonus before, so my previous attack would have been a 19.

Lubella and Talvek step in to slash the temporarily unarmed woman.

Both blades hit, but Nox manages to avoid severe damage from the halfling's blade. (no confirm)
