It's just a developper's personal opinion, and thus has no weight in terms of RAW.

(In french, it's pronounced Yo-meh-dah-eh, Yo-meh-dah or Yo-meh-deh !)

Being a swede, that's mostly true here to.

I pronounce Iomedae as "ee-o-meh-da-eh".
