As the heroes shift their attention to the right flank, Grung is left holding the left much to his joy. Grung's cupidity for bloodlust would have it no other way as he singlehandly stems the goblin advance.

Aura of Protection works like a burst spell: everyone within range and LoE gets the bonus, which lasts for 1 RD/cleric level.
I thought aura spells/SLA/SU required your allies to stay within the range of your aura to receive the bonus. Basically, as long as the person is within your presence feels the effects, similar to a paladin's auras.
