Red Raven grunts and grasps the tongue, setting his feet.

"Ha ha! One down, more to go!" Kakrish pauses to start to count the remaining frogs then shakes his head. "Don't care how many more." He quickly steps towards the closest and swings his mighty sword.
Greatsword: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18

"Ah. Feeling that, are you?"
Rannik
Kakrish, Tamora and her eagle make short work of the second giant frog. It falls back into the water, lifeless and bleeding. Red-Raven tries to overcome the hold off the sticky tongue, but can't seem to find a way to reverse the grapple. Garrik climbs on one of the sarcophagi and let one of his arrows fly. It hits the frog in the shoulder, but it keeps its hold on the Tengu. Tedious reposition himself and uses arcane energy to summon a small ball of acid that he sends flying toward the frog. His attack, however misses the target, hitting the wall behind and leaving a small mark.
The frog tries once more to bring its target to its mouth. But either because it pulled too hard or because of the attacks, the frog looses its grip on the monk. The frog croaks with anger as it is visibly upset at having lost his future meal. It seems to be eyeing the hole in the wall from where the water is getting in. But before it can make up its mind about leaving the fight, Hoga's axe comes down hard on its head. The third frog is dead.

"There's our meal for the day."
Tamora searches the room and the corpses for loot.

Kakrish Stonetoe
Kakrish flexes some muscle, "Ah. I wish Duerli was here to see me. She would have been impressed." Kakrish pokes at one of the frog carcasses. "Maybe it will be good to eat. But let's get our work done first. Hoga, is that door locked?" Kakrish points at the door near Hoga.
Rannik
Tamora searches the room and she finds a single belt pouch. Inside, she finds 24 gold pieces and a gold ring set with a single aquamarine. while Kakrish and Red-Raven talks about cooking the frogs, Hoga moves closer to the door and get his ear against it. Aside from the noise of water, Hoga doesn't hear anything else. He does notice that this door will require some effort to open since it is swollen by the water.
The door opens to a long corridor. Fifteen foot into it, there is an opening on the left. Thanks to his dark vision, Hoga can see that the corridor open into a big room thirty feet in front of him. He can't see the back wall, but he can see that the corridor and the room are both flooded.
Tamora
Do we know what the dagger and the ring are?
Tamora
Out of all of us, only Taladrius have the skill. Not sure if we could get him to identify them since the player seems to be less active as of late.
Tamora
Tamora thanks Taladrius for identifying the items before she sees Hoga breaks the door. She sends her eagle into the unknown to scout ahead for any dangers and traps with its remaining time, gripping an arrow that is imbued with a light spell. If her eagle is not attacked, she moves past Hoga and a bit into the corridor (but before the left junction) that she can see with her low-light vision instead of relying her short ranged darkvision.
Hoga, I am more of a landlubber than a water lover. I think the ring is better in your hand.
She hands the ring of swimming to the half-orc.

After opening the door, Hoga steps aside to let the eagle explore ahead. It flies to the next room and come back without having suffered any damage. Tamora then takes the lead into the corridor, moving until she gets to the intersection. On her left, she can see the room full of electrified fungus from earlier. In the room ahead, she can see a large wheel attached to what looks like chains that rise up into the ceiling.
Tamora
"It must the one that open the gate. It would seem that it needs some strength work to turn it but we must cross the waters to do so which could be difficult than the previous room. It is a good thing I gave Hoga the ring if he wants to do it. I am not going into the deep waters. I will support anyone who treads the waters from where I stand."
Tamora gives the cue to the eagle to drop the light imbued arrow into the water before it disappears.

Hoga the half orc
Hoga waits for the dwarf. As Kakrish arrives, he speaks.
You quit yourself well against those frogs, Kakrish. I wish there were time to roast a leg, but we must go on.
He looks Tamora in the eye, then his other companions. We're doing this. Together.
Tamora
Tamora returns the stare, unflinching.
"We are. Don't get the wrong idea."
Rannik
@Kakrish, the entire section you are in is flooded with water. You can walk around, but it's all treated as difficult terrain.
Tamora scans the room ahead from the corridor. She doesn't see any problem, but then the water on the floor isn't clear either, so she has no idea if there is something underneath.
Tamora
Even with the light spell?
Tamora
20 ft from us.
Tamora
If still nothing, please move us forward.
Rannik
The group move foward toward the room. This large chamber is partially flooded, with the south end just barely rising out of the stagnant water. A large wheel is set into the floor of the dry area, attached to chains that rise up into the ceiling. A thick layer of slick, black mold covers the carvings on the walls of this chamber. Now that you are closer, you notice two darker areas in the water on either side, as if the water was deeper there.
See the map for the area
Tamora
With the light granted by the arrow and now that they are closer to the room, Tamora tries to better look at her surroundings for any danger, her spear out.
"It would be better to draw our weapons out now. I can tell that something or someone is not going to make it easy for us to get to the wheel."
Perception (Take 20) - 29
Rannik
Tamora inspects the room from the doorway, and aside from the two pits, she doesn't see any danger. Of course, she is unable to inspect the wheel properly without crossing the room. As for the mold, from what Red-Raven can see, they are just the common humidity mold. They are only dangerous after prolonged exposure.
Crossing the room requires an acrobatic DC 10
Tamora
Seeing there is no danger atm, we can take 10 right?
Tamora
*looks at Thorn* Oh, I see.
Tamora
"It seems I overestimate the room. The only things we need to watch out are the pits. They could be the only area where the waters are deep. Other than that, there are no other things that obstruct us."
Tamora moves to Hoga's left. She lights another arrow with another light spell, snuffing the light out of the first one before throwing it into one of the pits to see what lurks within.
Perception (Take 20) - 29
If she sees nothing, she will follow from the rear behind Hoga, Kakrish & Red Raven (assuming one of the three is leading) in order to cross the thin ledge that separates both pits.
Acrobatics (Take 10) - 12
Blue arrow represents the new arrow that she thrown that is imbued with a light spell.
Rannik
Red-Raven, Kakrish and Tamora cross the room. While doing so, Tamora drops another arrow in one of the pits. She loses sight the arrow pretty fast, but can still see the glow from the light spell. About ten to fifteen feet down, it's hard to tell, the glow start moving around as if something was bumping it. There seems to be something down there.
The wheel looks old, it will take a strength check to move it.
Tamora
Tamora winces as the arrow creates a sharp sound when it impacts something. She moves to the side to let Hoga space to turn the wheel.
"There is something down there. Be wary."
Red-Raven
Red Raven prepares himself to attack whatever it is that comes out of the water the moment it shows itself.
Unarmed Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Tamora
Tamora braces herself, ready to jab the first enemy she sees if it shows itself.
Attack: 1d20 ⇒ 13
Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 6
Can the player move Hoga's token so I know where he is?
Tamora
Not sure if I move Hoga to the right square. If not, please move it to the right spot. I just assumed that he took Tamora's original square after she moved.
Rannik
Karkish and Hoga work on turning the wheel. It's hard at first, but then it starts turning. You can hear the mechanism in the ceiling moving along and in the distance a scraping noise of metal on stone can be heard. Closer to you, however is the reaction coming from the two pits. The water seems to be coming out of them. Your first reacting is to stop turning the wheel, but it has no effect as the mechanism above you is still going. You see some odd shape at first, not sure what is coming. You all take a defensive position, waiting for whatever is coming up.
Then you see them, white skulls sticking out of the water, followed by upper torso and then the rest. Six skeletons are now standing in the room with you. The floor under them just stops moving as you react to what just showed up. Tamora thrust her spear, but the point, deflect on the bones. Red-Raven hits one with his bare "hand?" and inflict massive damage to it, breaking multiple bones. That one (red one) is barely standing.
Hoga and Kakrish, you both have a standard action to take before we start initiative
