"Tents up ahead....maybe people there..." Yakanzi tells the others of the obvious...

The blonde woman sees Lance approach. "Hail travelers...please leave us be. Depart."

The two guards eye him warily, their hands resting on their hips.

"Ho thieves and brigands, the elixir is safe - your plot has failed, now time for justice" Lance retorts as he lowers his...lance into an aggressive posture.

Yakanzi smiles at Lance's diplomacy and stands next to the man ready for the upcoming fight...

The blonde woman cries out, "Bandits indeed! Men destroy the papers!" She and the two guards grab vials from their packs and they look ready to throw the vials at the tents.

Dexter then Yakanzi are up

Lance whoops with joy at their decision to fight.

Buffs in effect:
• BANNER: As long as your banner is clearly visible, all allies within 60 ft receive
a +2 morale bonus vs fear, and a +1 morale bonus on attacks made as part of a charge.

Yakanzi rages as a free action and then moves quickly to attack the closest foe leaving a charge lane for the horseman to the others foes...

Barrakhan swallows an extract from his belt and begins to swiftly get much larger.

Drink an extract of enlarge person.

Yakanzi's attack misses as the Aspis agent dodge away.

Lance is up! Charge!

Dexter advances, drawing a wand and activating it as he goes.

Move, draw and activate wand of Divine Favor.

Cue theme music

"You'll do no such thing! Prepare to meet your doom!" Lance calls his challenge to the woman.

Lance urges Flash into a charge and the white stallion sets off at a cracking pace...

Lance's attack open's a wound in the man. Flashe's attack goes short.

The aspis agents hurl the vials at the tents. The vials break on the tents as they erupt in flame. you guys know they're alchemist fires. Part of the tents are on fire

attack guard: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10

Jalthas is up. 2nd round Dexter

Jalthas closes in and slices through the agent!

Dexter sizes up the woman in the back, and takes a swing.

Lance drops his lance and draws his longsword as he closes with the woman, lashing at her from horseback!

"You are a trivial foe! Yield!" Lance practically laughs at the woman with thinly veiled contempt.

Barrakan steps forward and attacks the nearest bandit with his trusty falchion, trips on a tent rope and nearly slices into Jalthas.

Falchion and Inspiration: 1d20 + 5 + 1d6 ⇒ (1) + 5 + (6) = 12

Lance's attack drops the leader as Barrakhan's swing goes wild. The two guards withdraw into the desert. Combat over

Yakanzi comes out of rage and yells curses and insults at the guards that fled to the desert... he then calms down and comes back to the others to see what goods are available to loot... err... return back to the society.

Lance tends the fallen foes wounds, disarms her, and throws her over the back of Flash for the walk home.

"A fun adventure friends! Seems we were victorious on this mission an no doubt there will be a few more for us as a reward"

Ziralia greets you as your make your way back to the city. As you tell your tale, she sits quietly. When you finish she nods. "Thank you Pathfinders for testing the caravan's defenses, your actions will help Pashow move to a more stable economy in the long run. And your mention of the Aspis involvement brings me a heavy heart but at least you stopped their treachery. I'm sure they will threaten the region again. If you need anything please call on me again."
