They're both visible, but the organizer is still juggling configurations with 'warhorn' to allow the signups to work well for online, avoiding a lot of the 'safety' features built into the event planner for live conventions.
Hum, I still can not see mine.

for this online thing will you be able to run more than one character in different scenarios or just one... i know you can GM 2 but i didnt know... Second i heard you can replay modules now with a different character is that true or just rumor
DM Beckett

You can replay on scenario per GM star, (per year?). Not sure how much. I think right now it is at all, and they are thinking about making it reset after each new scenario year. It does have to be with a different character than previously played.

I'm right there with Grundle. Let me introduce you to Aesantiel - 58034-1, deceased. Awkward crit at an awkward moment.
But first level is very darwinian...

i hope we can finish this by the time that online game starts so i can use this character and not have to create another one... do think it will be done by then or do i need to start preping a new character now

It might be or close. Im going to try.

Yah, after thinking about it and how little time there is, it's honestly pretty unlikely that that will happen. If everyone where able to push through this one, maybe. We will see.

Jacen - if I might suggest (I love playing illusionists..)
- the connection from the dock to the shore collapsing, such that the bad guy would fall in if he were to continue
- planks of the dock warping up into a thicket of spear-like spikes, such that bad guy would impale himself if he continued
- another robe-clad guy (or three) come trotting down the dock, waving the bad guy over 'for a chat' (won't last long without sound, but maybe long enough for one of our guys to catch the baddy...)
- a fishing net flying up from another boat along the dock, snagging bad guy's legs
- a flock of seagulls is startled from under the dock, creating a swirling mass of birds potentially distracting and confusing bad guy
and... an old one but a bad one (lacks credibility..)
- wall of fire springs up from dock, blocking bad guy's way out
none of these will hold up under scrutiny. most may be avoided or ignored pretty safely. but many might make the bad guy pause long enough to get tackled...

I am willing to see if that will work Raul... if it wouldnt i say we get on the boat, cut the line, throw a rope down to Merisiel. We push off and pull Merisiel up when we get in the clear... Just an option

ummm... Jailers with Andoran human rights monitors? armed human rights monitors?
ooohhh... do you think our newly 'liberated' receipt book could be used to make a ransom receipt? then we could walk in as official release and escort, with a receipt for a huge ransom, and Grundle as our 'neutral party' to ensure 'no funny business'. It might at least be confusing enough to get us through the front door without being pincushioned again.
DM Beckett

Well, the book is really basically just a notepad with copies of the receipts ready to be signed off on. <no roll required>
You could try to masquerade as Razmiran enforcers here to pick up the prisoners, but keep a few things in mind. No one knows where they actually are. Your group is one of many, and was given the inn as a possibility to sort of scout that area. So walking up to the inn and just saying "hey, hand over the super secret prisoners no one is supposed to know about" to a full in that might not have any clues what you are talking about might not go over well. You could, with some Know Religion, Disguise, Intimidate, and other skills be able to pull something off, though.
I also want to point out a few things out of character. There are a lot of things included in this that are only mentioned once here or there, and then just never brought up again. For example the tribute receipt. Mentioned once, and then nothing, so I put in the log book to sort of wrap that up. :)

I will be out of town on a work conference from 10/7-10/11. I should have internet...but I don't know what kind of access I will have via pc. I have my phone but posts may be a little to-the-point if that's my only option.

So, I just noticed something about season 5. Kind of a minor thing, but in the past, if you missed an encounter, or whatever, that was supposed to reward the players with a chest of gold, the DM was supposed to just move the chest of gold to a different encounter without anyone knowing. Now, with the way Season 5 encounters are written, you are supposed to remove that treasure from the chronicle sheets. (So for example if no one made a Perception DC 12 after that fight, 127 GP would be removed from the Chronicle Sheet. I'm not sure I like that.
To be honest, though, I'm not really sure I like a lot of how Season 5 I being handled.

If the boys don't do something merchant-like in moment or two here, Merisiel may do something unlady-like to one of them. Disguises! Subterfuge! Smooth and charming! ...which is why Merisiel is biting through her tongue, and sweating her t!^@s off in this huge boring-grandma outfit.
So someone who is smooth and charming probably ought to find someone to charm.

Merisiel waves a hand, "I have people that do those things..."
This could be dangerous. Merisiel could lose herself in the merchant princess thing. Fortunately she's not really charismatic enough to carry it off for any length of time...

For this what you say is just as important as what you roll.

Horse thieves is the lowest down, meanest, dirtiest creations that ever crawled out of god's own trash heap, where he meant to sweep 'em up with the trash and not pollute the green earth. They should be hog tied and hobbled and whipped through the streets until their blood makes main street bust out in daisies.
But if they preach the word of the Lord, then I guess they might be all right with me, long as they're good with the good book.

Oh, I just meant that my understanding of the official Merisiel is that she has 0 modesty and likes making others feel a little uncomfortable. Nothing abour you, I just didnt know how much difference your Merisiel might be and didnt want to go too far.
-Posted with Wayfinder
I did not know that... I'll have to hunt down some of the canon. I think my emerging picture of Merisiel is much more internally motivated. Naked exhibitionism tends to be a much more attention- and approval-seeking thing. Merisiel is much more likely to be turned on by 'getting away with' something - boffing the king's champion on the throne in the middle of the night maybe? skinny dipping in the temple pool while the monks are all at early-afternoon prayer?
Oy - seduced twice tonight - once by 'slash'-fiction for an alternate Merisiel, and once by a nodule-ridden, slimy curtain of scabrous color and uncertain provenance.
I think my train of thought has hopped a rail.
