Drax pokes around, wrinkling his nose at some of the things he finds. "....elf woman, do you desire more arrows?" he grunts, holding up a handful of the same.
The little quills and paper earn another scowl from him but they look valuable, and the coins look very valuable, so he bundles up the whole lot.
The papers, now-- Drax squints at them, but he has a hard enough time reading in common.

After a short bit Quarr regains control of himself as he returns to his normal jubilant demeanor. Shaking his head his body regains its composure.
leaping back up he frowns at all the smoke, fire and destroyed building. Frowning he begins to scold Drax. Wiggling his finger around the big man's chest.
Ya gotta be careful. We can't be destroying innocent buildings all around town. What will people think?
Throwing his arms in the air he walks off bewildered.

Assem hightailed it out of there once the fighting started. Hopefully, he ran back to the guest house. Otherwise, you may need to search out a new interpreter once the rough stuff is over.
So, what's the plan? You've only explored about half of the mill at this point. The only other obvious path is a side door off of the main milling floor.

About 3 minutes later, Ananta will himself head towards the unexplored side door.

Drax throws open the door to find the spinning and dyeing room. Large dye vats and reels of drying silk fill this area. At the north (right) end of the room, a large trough sits on a long charcoal bed. The place reeks with an acrid chemical odor.

Drax grins appreciatively at Konrad's words, then snarls in irritation at seeing multiple cowardly arrows rain down at Ananta.
"Leave the giver of 'tonglen' unhurt, cowards, or I shall remove the intestines from each of you! And I will enjoy it!" Drax yells up at the rafters, and runs in past the shelves to circle around and join Konrad in slaying the serpentine spellcaster.
Drax should be full HP, just for the record. Ananta's life link took 5 damage from him and then Ananta channeled for 8, wiping out his ten damage. :) Also, the snake guy stepped back from Konrad but it's not shown on the map yet-- I'm moving Drax adjacent to him/it at where he logically would be. Double move, going along the northern wall past the shelves, then south to come on the back side of the snake-person. If snake-guy is indeed in his current map position, then Drax would move one closer to be adjacent.
