PFS Core First Steps (Inactive)

Looking for a group to run through First Steps using the core campaign rules. Recruitment will be first come, first served and we'll get started shortly after the group is assembled.

Obviously this is standard PFS point buy and we'll use core classes and races.

I've got an idea for a rogue that I'd like to play in the core campaign. May I reserve a spot while I stat him out?

I could be tempted :-)

I'm in, I'll post the character up later this evening or tomorrow evening, but I'm doing a Sorcerer.

By Core you mean just the Core Rulebook yes? If so I would like to post interest as a Bard. I should have her done by tomorrow night around this time.

To clarify, we'll be using the rules recently established for Pathfinder Society Core Campaign. As noted in the paizo blog post below only the material from the core rulebook, character traits web enhancement and the guide to pathfinder society play can be used for character construction.

I am interested to play Tier 1 scenarios. I have already played this one though in the Normal Campaign. Thus I will understand if you pick up a different player for the run.

Elemental halfling sorcerer here. You can expect buffs and some blasting here.

I'd be interested in participating. Will be creating a half orc paladin. Will have it ready by tomorrow night.

Unfortunately, if you've played this character in a non-CORE game already, you can't play in CORE games. All of your character's chronicle sheets have to be form CORE games to play in one. You can switch from CORE to REGULAR play, but once you switch you're stuck in the regular campaign.

I can vouch for the fact that Ledt was played in a CORE game of 'Mists of Mwangi', and since that is his only game chronicle, he should be fine :-)

I think what he was saying is that he, the *player*, has played 'First Steps', not that this particular PC has.

As Radagast said I have played it as a player, Ledt is only Core, you can see his chronicles at character profile :)

For those in the second group, put together a quick character and add a comment if you're still interested in playing.

I should be more clear that 'first come first served' means first character submissions. Also, don't duck out just because someone has submitted a character of the same class that you intend to play. I've played in plenty of games without perfect party balance and some of them have been the most fun because it forced some creative gameplay.

Just to be clear, Radagast *is* a CORE PFS character ;-)

The next two characters submitted will be the party and we'll get started. If a handful of characters are submitted before I check again, preference will be given to the players who have expressed interest in order of their first post.

If multiple players submit characters, I plan to run another low tier CORE campaign soon and will consider them for the party if available when the scenario starts. I don't want to commit to running two at once right now but as soon as we wrap up First Steps I'd like to get another CORE scenario rolling.
