A flicker across his reptillian brain registers that another large creature has entered the fray. Part of him wanted to protect his kill from this other potential predator.

Asuran turns and faces the other large creature, roars at him, warning him to stay away from his kill.
And then promptly recognizes a fellow Pathfinder and drops out of rage. For the next minute or so, Asuran is winded.
Erlathan

"Excellent work, gentlemen. Those things were nasty," Erlathan says, heading over to Kun Ling and tapping him with his wand of infernal healing. "HEY!" He leans over the passed out monk. "Are you alright?"
Jobin gathers the group and then channels energy twice more. I don't know who he worships "Desna, smile upon us." Channel: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 6, 2, 1) = 15

The monk is unresponsive when the wand touches him, only starting to stir after the first channeled energy washes over him. He gives a shiver as he begins to regain motion, obviously still feeling chills from the cold breath that brought him down. "These old bones aren't prepared for these kinds of threats anymore it would seem."

With combat over some of the villagers including Yukaza and Arkar show up near the group. Yukaza looks shaken to the core and Arkar is more looking devastated. He looks to the pathfinders and coughs for a moment before speaking up, looking at Yukaza "I have to confess something, I hide the cradle, I wanted to prove that Malikeen was powerless and that we did all of this on our own..." Yukaza looks aghast at Arkar and looks like she is about to burst in tears due to her faith being broken by what has aspired.
Meanwhile Arkar looks to the pathfinders and sighs "I can show you the location of the cradle, if that is still your intent?"
Xavilon Starnon

Xavilon bows his head. "We would indeed love to see the cradle and pray there."

The moment one of the pathfinders hold the flame close to the cradle it burns blue for a few seconds to indicate that Bakten was communing with it before it turns back normal. Arkar looks with interest in what the pathfinders are doing. Once done he scrapes his throat and looks at his feet for a moment. "Now what?"
GM Psyblade
|
Arkar nodded and said a little prayer for the cradle before he stepped out again. He would wait till the rest of the pathfinders were out. Looking at them for a moment "Thank you for what you have done for us, I will make amends to the village about my foolishness and we will make sure that Malikeen will be rememebered for what she has done for us. Good luck..." And with that the villager turned around and made his way back to the village, leaving the pathfinders alone and ready for their next stop once they were done here.
Xavilon Starnon

"Indeed. Let's depart for the skull. I hope we're done with flying demons, though." says sternly Xavilon.

With everyone ready the group moves towards the second errand. The travel is uneventful and takes about 16 days for the group. Jinin, where Ayajinbo is located is a peaceful land. When the pathfinders arrive at the Silver-spun city of Ayajinbo they find streamers and flags to proclaim there is a major festival in progress. When the pathfinders wander around they can try to see if they can gather any information on what the occasion is of the festival
Three noble families—the Haraka, Ishigo, and Mata—use a cavern called the Court of the Ancestral Sky to honor their ancestors as part of the Festival of the Fortunate Moon. The clans gather at dusk in the underground grotto, then exchange tales of honor until the moon shines down through a hole in the ceiling, striking a mirror and granting good luck to any whobehold it.
The Court of the Ancentral Sky also houses the family crypts, although outsiders are not ordinarily granted access.
The clans fought for centuries until 6748 ic (4248 ar), when Malash the Magnanimous united them to repel a threat from the Darklands. Malash died during the conflict, as did Sorin, the great-grandfather of the current daimyo, Haraka Kasashige.
While making their way through the city you all arrive at a silver pagoda to behold a procession of elven nobles descending a gilded stone ramp into a cave. In front of the cave there are 4 guards, spears blocking the entrance as one of them speaks up "Halt, state your name and business! "

When hearing the mention of Malash 2 of the guards share some words with the other 2 and then detach them from the protective duty and mention to the pathfinders to follow them. Taking them to where the festival seems to be focused. Taking them to a young elven lord they bow before peeling off and heading back to where they were stationed. The hypnotic music of a mithral flute draws the guests toward the central mirror.
An imperious elf, clad in the ceremonial armor of a daimyo, greets each family by name: “To the sagacious Mata, the perseverant Ishigo, and my own brethren, the decisive Haraka—welcome to the Festival of the Fortunate Moon. Tonight, the full moon will travel from sky to sky, and those who meet its pallid eye will earn the luck of dragons. Till moonrise, tales of honor shall remind us of our noble ancestry.” then, as an afterthought, he adds, “And perhaps these bold outlanders have a tale or two to share?” He then waited for the pathfinders

I will not tell you a tale, but there is a song I wrote for the woman I loved the most, who died tragically a few months ago. She was my sister, and her heart was as full of goodness as it is possible for a human. Please, listen to Lukaas's Lament.

Harake smiles at all the stories the pathfinders shares and seems to clap in delight as well for some of them. "I am glad to hear those stories, it makes the world come more alive once more.." He nodded at one of the servants before turning his attention to the pathfinders once more. "Tell me, how can I help you?"

Harake frowned for a moment when he was trying to disect what Kun Ling was referring to. "I take it you mean Malash?" He waited for a confirmation before he motioned to the other 2 noteable people and they took the pathfinders to what seemed to be a shrine. The skull that the pathfinders need to access cannot be seen from where they are standing. Haraka says a small prayer when arriving at the shrine. "What you seek is in here, however, as you can see it is closed and this is a tangled knot of honor. When he was Malash, Bakten gave our families strength. yet, even for his sake, can a son permit the desecration of his ancestor’s grave?” With that said he guides you back to where the celebrations are and invites you to enjoy the party till moonrise when the 3 heads will put it a vote to have the pathfinders grant acces..
The PCs have three hours before moonrise to persuade the clan leaders, including Kasashige himself, to grant them access to Sorin’s skull.
Polite but indecisive, Kasashige is forever cowed by the weight of his ancestor’s legacy. The daimyo has spent decades engaged in spiritual introspection about the meeting between his great-grandfather and Malash, and feels as connected to the event as if he had witnessed it himself. He obsessively glances up toward his family’s shrine before answering queries.
This lachrymose lady wears mourning white, including a broad conical hat that conceals her hair. She speaks lovingly, though somewhat vaguely, about her late husband. If PCs ask other guests about Shiori, they learn that she lost six infant daughters, and that a yeti in the Zi Ha Mountains killed her husband.
A toothless, rambling elf reeking of sour wine. Whenever the Pathfinders approach him, he shrieks, “Welcome, outsiders!” as if he has forgotten who they are. His claw-like fingernails rasp against the PCs’ skin as he clasps their hands in greeting.
For this part players will have to interact with the 3 daimyo's and win their votes for the upcomming vote. These are all with different checks. During the 3hrs you can also earn acclaim by contributing to the elves entertainment (for extra help).
For this, I will let people do 6 actions (basically 1 action is 30mins of the event (might cut shorter if conditions are met in time).
Ifd you have any questions, let me know, this is kind of tricky to do using PbP
