Just a question, with Omar being 3rd level, would he get in out of subtier gold?

Correct- however under the new rules, it seems that just about any 3rd level character is destined for out of subtier gold.

Meridyth, lovingly known as Fijit, is a gnome worshiper of Arshea.

Using the PP from last campaign, she will be purchasing a wand of Cure Light Wounds, and some mundane items (potions and the like) from around town as the adventure moves forward.

Sterelin is using PP from last adventure for a wand of infernal healing as well.

I tried to make a new avatar for Meri, but it would just result in unnecessary clutter and fail to be linked to the right PFS Number. So Meri is now edited to Fijit. I thnk that made sense! Hey Broken GM! Hope you have fun! This is v. 2.0 of the other oracle, trying to figure out which I like best before the con season starts!

Sorry, no problem Meridyth is Fijit. Just wanted to rename, but you can't remame avatars. meh. Anyhow. Went to the local con's game day yesterday and ran a preen for Meridyth/Fijit, so no dying! Otherwise a waste of a perfectly good chronicle!

FYI … I will be on the road to Canada tonight, and in Canada for the next four days. Should still have daily access, but won't be as frequent (and no phone access.)

Can we assist others on the rolls ... Ahn can't disable device, and the climb will be nigh impossible, but he could certainly try to aid someone else.

I hate these rules they are ridiculous, either make a DC 18 climb or a disable device check? One of which is impossible for seventy five percent of characters the other of which is impossible for seventy five percent of characters, designed by a moron and about as fun as headbutting a wall.

Aid Other when you know you cannot do it yourself is one of the keys to team play though. . .

Yes, you can aid another in a chase (as far as I know).

While I do see your point Zephri, I happen to like the chase mechanic. At its most basic function it reminds players to not be too one deminsional.
My biggest issue is that the skill challenges are the same for 1st lvl PC's as for 5 lvl Pc's in Society play.

Also, remember anything that gives a bonus to your speed also helps your DC checks.

I think the rules are poorly written, but to be honest my major problem is that particular check which I feel few characters are likely to be able to make, its almost rogues only.

Sorry gang to have dissappeared for a couple of days. I found a lot of bad oysters and suffered some serious food poisoning! Recovery is in progress and I'll have a game post up later today.

Dropping the old rule that you could extinguish yourself as a full round action to merely a +4 makes catching on fire much more dangerous at the lower levels. Wow. Stullun could use a little more healing as well, by the way.

I will make rounds with the wand from Ahn for as long as Ahn is agreeable, and as long as we have before we find the Keg's thief. . .

Yeah and it seems that at low level a lot of module writers put this in. Some parties are able to move through with ease while others can get stopped in their tracks.
Its a good thing that you put the other fires out so fast, or you would have a burning building to contend with also!

Use the potion of CLW first ... we can use anything we find in the adventure, but not after (without buying), so may as well burn it.

Thanks all for a fun game. Sorry this took awhile to get done, but slow and steady wins the race! I'll be leaving town for a few days in the morning. On Monday we can make further plans for those that would like to play another game.

I hope to get chronicle sheets posted before I leave. At the minimum I'll have a sample sheet posted and then we can get the rest sorted out on Monday.

Sadly I think sign up for the online gameday are over, which is a real bummer I was planning to run a game, but missed the dealine for registration.
